当废气以较高的速度排出时,会产生噪音。为了减少产生的噪音,安装了消音器,以降低废气的流速并且降低废气的温度。
另外,近年来,在废气排出的路径上已经设置了排气气门,以增加驾驶员利用排出的废气进行驾驶的感觉。这种排气气门根据其打开程度控制废气的排出量,并且根据排气气门的打开程度,降低或者传递噪音,以便向驾驶员传达运动型驾驶感觉。
然而,在相关技术中已知的排气气门装置由电机驱动,并且存在的问题在于,当从废气传递的较高温度的热量传递到电机时,会损坏电机。另外,存在的问题在于,由于车辆的运动和废气的循环而产生的振动传递至电机,从而引起电机损伤。
提供如上所述的内容作为背景技术仅仅是出于促进对本发明背景的理解的目的,背景技术的前述描述不应当解释为承认上述内容对应于本领域技术人员已知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中通过最小化对电机装置的损伤(例如,由较高温度的热量引起的损伤),来改善用于调节气门的打开程度的电机装置的耐久性,并且减少传递至电机装置的振动。
特别地,根据本发明的可变排气气门组件包括:排气壳体,废气流过所述排气壳体;动力传递装置,其与所述排气壳体分开布置,并且配置成传递旋转动力;轴,其配置成接收来自所述动力传递装置的旋转动力,所述轴延伸通过所述排气壳体并穿过所述排气壳体,并且与设置在所述排气壳体内部的气门联接,以便根据所述轴的旋转位置打开和关闭所述排气壳体;以及热量阻挡单元,其安装在所述动力传递装置与所述排气壳体之间的所述轴上,并且配置成阻挡热量传递,以便减少动力传递装置与排气壳体之间的热量传递。
所述排气壳体设置有轴穿过的通孔;所述热量阻挡单元具有盖罩单元,所述盖罩单元形成为在安装在所述轴上的状态下,遮罩所述排气壳体中的所述通孔的外围部分。
所述可变排气气门组件进一步包括轴承构件,其设置成封闭所述通孔,并且配置成包围所述轴,以便支撑所述轴的旋转运动。
所述热量阻挡单元包括弹性构件,所述弹性构件设置成与所述盖罩单元内部的轴承构件的一个端部接触,并且配置成朝向所述通孔按压所述轴承构件;所述轴设置有支撑突出部,所述支撑突出部位于所述轴承构件的另一个端部处并且在周向方向上突出,使得所述轴承构件安置在所述支撑突出部上以限制朝向所述排气壳体的移动。
所述动力传递装置设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴配置成传递旋转动力;所述热量阻挡单元设置有连接部分,所述连接部分从所述盖罩单元延伸并且联接至所述旋转轴,所述连接部分设置有安装槽,所述安装槽凹陷使得所述轴插入到其中。
所述热量阻挡单元的连接部分设置有第一开孔;所述轴设置有第二开孔,在所述轴插入到所述连接部分中的安装槽中的状态下,所述第二开孔与所述第一开孔相对应;紧固销插入到所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔中,使得所述热量阻挡单元和所述轴彼此连接。
所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔中的任意一个形成为具有更大的尺寸。
所述热量阻挡单元设置有隔热单元,所述隔热单元安装在所述连接部分中从而位于所述动力传递装置与所述盖罩单元之间,并且所述隔热单元配置成散发和辐射通过所述排气壳体和所述盖罩单元传递的热量。

所述动力传递装置包括:壳体,在所述壳体中容纳有配置成产生旋转动力的电机单元;旋转轴,其设置在所述壳体内部,并且配置成将从所述电机单元传递的旋转动力传递到所述轴;以及振动吸收单元,其设置在所述壳体内部,并且配置成从所述壳体旋转地支撑所述旋转轴并且吸收振动。
所述振动吸收单元包括蜗轮单元和减震器单元,所述蜗轮单元通过接收来自所述电机单元的旋转动力而旋转,所述减震器单元安置在所述蜗轮单元上并且吸收振动;所述旋转轴包括轴部分和支撑部分,所述轴部分穿透所述蜗轮单元并且配置成将旋转动力传递至所述轴,所述支撑部分从所述轴部分突出,以安装在所述蜗轮单元上并且安置在减震器单元上。
具有上述结构的车辆的可变排气气门组件使得由废气的较高温度的热量对动力传递装置(其用于调节气门的打开程度)造成的损伤最小化,并且减少传递至动力传递装置的振动,从而改善动力传递装置的耐久性。

如图1和2所示,根据本发明的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件包括:排气壳体100、动力传递装置200、轴300以及热量阻挡单元400,废气流过所述排气壳体100;所述动力传递装置200与排气壳体100分开布置,并且配置成传递旋转动力;所述轴300配置成从动力传递装置200接收旋转动力,延伸通过排气壳体100并且穿过排气壳体100,并且与设置在排气壳体100内部的气门301联接,以根据轴300的旋转位置打开和关闭排气壳体100;所述热量阻挡单元400安装在动力传递装置200与排气壳体100之间的轴300上,并且配置成阻挡热量传递,以便减少动力传递装置200与排气壳体100之间的热量传递。
这里,排气壳体100可以联接至消音器内部的排气管的端部,其中排气壳体形成为圆柱形状,并且配置成在其中循环废气。配置成从动力传递装置200接收旋转动力的轴300竖直地穿透排气壳体100,并且可以在轴300竖直地穿透的部分中安装轴承,以便可旋转地支撑轴300。另外,由于轴300与气门301联接,气门301在排气壳体100中与轴300一起旋转以打开和关闭排气壳体100,因此,废气的流速依据气门301的打开程度确定,气门301的打开程度根据气门301的旋转位置确定。这里,就气门301而言,可以由突出到排气壳体100的内部的固定销P2来限制气门301的最大打开程度。
特别地,轴300设置有布置在动力传递装置200与排气壳体100之间的热量阻挡单元400,以减少从经过排气壳体100的废气到动力传递装置200的热量传递。换而言之,当轴300穿透排气壳体100时,废气的热量释放到排气壳体100的穿透的部分。由于热量阻挡单元400防止从轴300穿透的部分释放的热量流动到动力传递装置200,因此动力传递装置200不会被较高温度的热量损伤。因此,动力传递装置200最小化由较高温度的热量造成的损伤,从而改善了耐久性。
现在将详细地描述本发明。如图2和4所示,排气壳体100可以包括轴300所穿过的通孔110,热量阻挡单元400可以具有盖罩单元410,盖罩单元410配置成在安装在轴300上的状态下,遮罩排气壳体100中的通孔110的外围部分110a。
这样,排气壳体100设置有轴300穿过的通孔110。通孔110是轴300在排气壳体100中经过的通道。轴300示出为在竖直方向上穿过排气壳体100的上侧和下侧。然而,可以选择性地仅在上侧形成通孔110,或者在上侧和下侧均形成通孔110。轴承构件500设置在通孔110中。当在排气壳体100的上侧和下侧均设置通孔110的时候,轴承构件500可以设置在上侧和下侧中的每一侧。
这里,轴承构件500可以设置成封闭通孔110,并且可以配置成通过包围轴300来支撑轴300的旋转运动。轴承构件500可以包括轴承510、保持器520以及轴承盖530,所述轴承510包围轴300;所述保持器520安置在轴承的上侧并且支撑弹性构件420(稍后描述);所述轴承盖530配置成包围轴承510和保持器520,并且固定地安装在通孔110中。因此,轴承构件500可以固定至通孔110,并且轴300可以在固定至通孔110的状态下得以可旋转地支撑。
同时,热量阻挡单元400设置有盖罩单元410,盖罩单元410形成为遮罩排气壳体100中的通孔110和通孔110的外围部分110a。盖罩单元410可以形成为锥形形状,并且在盖罩单元410安装在轴300上的状态下,盖罩单元410可以与排气壳体100分开布置,同时遮罩通孔110的外围部分110a以及排气壳体100中的通孔110。因此,通过通孔110排出的热量不会通过盖罩单元410流动到动力传递装置200侧,并且热量的路径切换到与排气壳体100分离的部分,使得热量可以释放到横向侧。
热量阻挡单元400与轴300之间的连接关系的一个实施方案如下。
如图4和图5所示,热量阻挡单元400包括弹性构件420,弹性构件420设置成与盖罩单元410内部的轴承构件500的一个端部接触,并且设置成朝向通孔110侧按压轴承构件500;轴300设置有支撑突出部310,支撑突出部310位于轴承构件500的另一个端部处并且在周向方向上突出,使得轴承构件500安置在支撑突出部310上,从而可以限制轴承构件500朝向排气壳体100移动。
换而言之,由于排气壳体100设置有轴300穿过的通孔110,因此废气的较高温度的热量通过通孔110释放。然而,由于设置在通孔110中的轴承构件500在支撑轴300的旋转的同时封闭通孔110,因此通过通孔110释放的热量减少。因此,轴承构件500应当固定在通孔110中。
为此,由于弹性构件420设置在热量阻挡单元400内部,并且弹性构件420施加弹性力以朝向通孔110侧按压轴承构件500,因此,限制轴承构件500分离到通孔110的一侧。另外,由于轴300具有位于轴承构件500的另一个端部的支撑突出部310,并且轴承构件500安置在支撑突出部310上,因此,限制轴承构件500分离到通孔110的另一侧。
正因为如此,由于设置在通孔110中并且可旋转地支撑轴300的轴承构件500,在安置在轴300的支撑突出部310上的状态下,被设置在热量阻挡单元400的盖罩单元410内部的弹性构件420按压抵靠在支撑突出部310上,因此,轴承构件500可以与轴300的支撑突出部310紧密地接触以固定在适当的位置,并且可以减少通过通孔110释放的热量。
同时,动力传递装置200设置有配置成传递旋转动力的旋转轴230,热量阻挡单元400设置有从盖罩单元410延伸并且联接至旋转轴230的连接部分430,连接部分430可以设置有安装槽431,安装槽431凹陷以使得轴300插入到其中。
如图4和5所示,热量阻挡单元400配置成使得,配置成传递动力传递装置200的旋转动力的旋转轴230连接至热量阻挡单元400的一侧,并且轴300连接至热量阻挡单元400的另一侧。因此,由于热量阻挡单元400包括连接部分430和安装槽431,所述连接部分430从盖罩单元410延伸至一侧并且在轴向方向上联接至旋转轴230,所述安装槽431在连接部分430的另一侧上凹陷,使得轴300插入到其中,因此,旋转轴230和轴300通过热量阻挡单元400在轴向方向上彼此联接。
这样,如上所述,由于动力传递装置200的旋转轴230和轴300通过热量阻挡单元400彼此连接,而不是彼此直接地连接,因此,可以防止穿过排气壳体100延伸的轴300接收废气的较高温度的热量并通过旋转轴230将废气的较高温度的热量直接传递至动力传递装置200侧。换而言之,由于动力传递装置200的旋转轴230和轴300分别轴向地联接至热量阻挡单元400的一侧和另一侧,因此,热量阻挡单元400和轴300可以通过从动力传递装置200传递的旋转动力一起旋转,以便调节气门301的打开程度,并且通过热量阻挡单元400限制通过轴300传递的较高温度的热量传递至动力传递装置200侧。因此,可以防止动力传递装置200因较高温度的热量而受到损伤。
将参考上述热量阻挡单元400详细地描述旋转轴230与轴300之间的连接。如图5所示,热量阻挡单元400的连接部分430设置有第一开孔432,轴300设置有第二开孔320,第二开孔320在轴300插入到连接部分430的安装槽431中的状态下与第一开孔432相对应,紧固销P1插入到第一开孔432和第二开孔320中,使得热量阻挡单元400和轴300可以彼此连接。
因此,设置在热量阻挡单元400的连接部分430中的第一开孔432和设置在轴300中的第二开孔320可以定位成,在轴300插入到热量阻挡单元400的安装槽431中的状态下彼此匹配。另外,当紧固销P1联接通过第一开孔432和第二开孔320的时候,热量阻挡单元400和轴300彼此连接。
另外,第一开孔432可以形成为具有大于或者小于第二开孔320的尺寸。由于第一开孔432和第二开孔320形成为具有不同的尺寸,因此,确保了使穿过第一开孔432和第二开孔320的紧固销P1可移动的间隙。
例如,当形成在热量阻挡单元400的连接部分430中的第一开孔432的尺寸小于形成在轴300中的第二开孔320的尺寸的时候,热量阻挡单元400和紧固销P1在轴300中可移动。这使得在组装动力传递装置200的旋转轴230、热量阻挡单元400以及轴300的时候,能够吸收轴向方向上的组装公差,从而实现平滑的组装关系。
同时,如图6和图7所示,旋转轴230可以在与连接部分430相对应的端部处设置有插入突出部或者插入槽230a,并且连接部分430可以设置有与旋转轴230匹配的插入槽或者插入突出部433。
图6和图7示出了插入槽230a设置在旋转轴230中,并且插入突出部433设置在热量阻挡单元400的连接部分430中。热量阻挡单元400的插入突出部433可以插入到旋转轴230中的插入槽230a中,使得旋转轴230和热量阻挡单元400可以通过从动力传递装置200接收旋转动力而一起旋转。
为此,旋转轴230中的插入槽230a具有以单个沟槽形式伸长和凹陷的形状,并且热量阻挡单元400的插入突出部433可以具有与插入槽230a相同的形状,使得当旋转轴230在插入突出部433插入到插入槽230a中的状态下旋转的时候,热量阻挡单元400可以与旋转轴230一起旋转。
由于插入突出部433具有如上所述的插入到插入槽230a中的紧固结构,因此,不需要额外的固定工具,并且可以将从动力传递装置200传递的旋转动力平稳地传递到旋转轴230、热量阻挡单元400以及轴300。
同时,如图4至图6所示,热量阻挡单元400可以设置有隔热单元440,隔热单元440安装在连接部分430中,以位于动力传递装置200与盖罩单元410之间,并且隔热单元440配置成散发和辐射通过排气壳体100和盖罩单元410传递的热量。
隔热单元440布置在排气壳体100与动力传递装置200之间,以阻挡较高温度的热量传递至动力传递装置200,并且从图6可以看出,隔热单元440可以包括多个散热片441。隔热单元440可以安装于并且固定至热量阻挡单元400的连接部分430,并且可以形成为具有这样的区域,该区域使得通过排气壳体100传递的较高温度的热量首先可以被热量阻挡单元400阻挡,并且其次可以被隔热单元440阻挡,从而最小化传递至动力传递装置200的较高温度的热量。
同时,如图3所示,动力传递装置200可以包括壳体210、旋转轴230以及振动吸收单元240,所述壳体210具有容纳在其中以产生旋转动力的电机单元220;所述旋转轴230设置在壳体210内部,以将从电机单元220传递的旋转动力传递到轴300;所述振动吸收单元240设置在壳体210内部,并且配置成从壳体210可旋转地支撑旋转轴230并配置成吸收振动。这里,壳体210进一步设置有连接至排气壳体100的支架B,使得动力传递装置200和排气壳体100可以固定。
这样,电机单元220和振动吸收单元240容纳在壳体210中,旋转轴230连接至电机单元220,以便接收旋转动力。特别地,由于旋转轴230在连接至电机单元220的状态下安置在振动吸收单元240上,因此,可以使通过旋转轴230传递的振动减弱,从而防止电机单元220被振动损伤。
这里,振动吸收单元240可以包括蜗轮单元241和减震器单元242,所述蜗轮单元241通过接收来自电机单元220的旋转动力而旋转,所述减震器单元242安置在蜗轮单元241上并且吸收振动。旋转轴230可以包括轴部分231和支撑部分232,所述轴部分231穿透蜗轮单元241并且将旋转动力传递至轴300;所述支撑部分232从轴部分231突出,以安装在蜗轮单元241上并且安置在减震器单元242上。
从图3可以看出,振动吸收单元240包括蜗轮单元241和减震器单元242,其中蜗轮单元241通过接收来自电机单元220的旋转动力而在壳体210内旋转。这里,由旋转动力旋转的螺杆从电机单元220延伸,并且蜗轮单元241包括形成在其外周表面上的将与螺杆啮合的齿轮,以便接收旋转动力,使得电机单元220的旋转动力可以通过螺杆传递至蜗轮单元241,并且可以使蜗轮单元241旋转。
蜗轮单元241设置有减震器单元242,并且减震器单元242由橡胶材料制成,以便吸收振动,从而可以使从旋转轴230传递的振动减弱。这里,旋转轴230包括轴部分231和支撑部分232,所述轴部分231穿透蜗轮单元241并且连接至轴300;所述支撑部分232从轴部分231突出,以安装在蜗轮单元241上。换而言之,旋转轴230的支撑部分232安装在蜗轮单元241上,并且与蜗轮单元241一起旋转。由于旋转轴230的支撑部分232在安装在蜗轮单元241上的同时安置在减震器单元242上,因此,防止从轴300产生的振动通过旋转轴230传递至电机单元220。
由此,动力传递装置200能够将电机单元220中产生的旋转动力传递至构成振动吸收单元240的蜗轮单元241,并且旋转轴230、热量阻挡单元400以及轴300能够与蜗轮单元241一起旋转,从而调节气门301的打开程度。特别地,由于旋转轴230安置在设置在蜗轮单元241上的减震器单元242上,因此,通过旋转轴230传递的振动能够被减震器单元242减弱,从而可以最小化传递至电机单元220的振动。
具有上述结构的车辆的可变排气气门组件使得由废气的较高温度的热量对动力传递装置200(其用于调节气门的打开程度)造成的损伤最小化,并且减少了传递至动力传递装置200的振动,从而改善动力传递装置200的耐久性。
尽管本公开已对其实施方案进行说明和解释,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,显然可以对本公开进行各种修改和改变,而不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的范围和技术理念。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,包括:
排气壳体,废气流过所述排气壳体;
动力传递装置,其与所述排气壳体分开布置,并且配置成传递旋转动力;
轴,其配置成接收来自所述动力传递装置的旋转动力,所述轴延伸通过所述排气壳体并穿过所述排气壳体,并且与设置在所述排气壳体内部的气门联接,以便根据所述轴的旋转位置打开和关闭所述排气壳体;以及
热量阻挡单元,其在所述动力传递装置与所述排气壳体之间安装在所述轴上,并且配置成阻挡热量传递,以便减少动力传递装置与排气壳体之间的热量传递;其中,所述排气壳体设置有轴穿过的通孔;
所述热量阻挡单元具有盖罩单元,所述盖罩单元形成为在安装在所述轴上的状态下遮罩所述排气壳体中的所述通孔的外围部分;
所述动力传递装置设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴配置成传递旋转动力;
所述热量阻挡单元设置有连接部分,所述连接部分从所述盖罩单元延伸并且联接至所述旋转轴,所述连接部分设置有安装槽,所述安装槽凹陷使得所述轴插入到其中;
所述热量阻挡单元的连接部分设置有第一开孔;
所述轴设置有第二开孔,在所述轴插入到所述连接部分中的安装槽中的状态下,所述第二开孔与所述第一开孔相对应;
紧固销插入到所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔中,使得所述热量阻挡单元和所述轴彼此连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,进一步包括:
轴承构件,其设置成封闭所述通孔,并且配置成包围所述轴以便支撑所述轴的旋转运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述热量阻挡单元包括弹性构件,所述弹性构件设置成与所述盖罩单元内部的轴承构件的一个端部接触,并且配置成朝向所述通孔按压所述轴承构件;
所述轴设置有支撑突出部,所述支撑突出部位于所述轴承构件的另一个端部处并且在周向方向上突出,使得所述轴承构件安置在所述支撑突出部上以限制朝向所述排气壳体的移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述第一开孔形成为具有大于或者小于第二开孔的尺寸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述热量阻挡单元设置有隔热单元,所述隔热单元安装在所述连接部分中从而位于所述动力传递装置与所述盖罩单元之间,并且所述隔热单元配置成散发和辐射通过所述排气壳体和所述盖罩单元传递的热量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述旋转轴在与所述连接部分相对应的端部部分处设置有插入突出部或者插入槽;
所述连接部分设置有与所述旋转轴匹配的插入槽或者插入突出部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述动力传递装置包括:
壳体,在所述壳体中容纳有配置成产生旋转动力的电机单元;
旋转轴,其设置在所述壳体内部,并且配置成将从所述电机单元传递的旋转动力传递到所述轴;以及
振动吸收单元,其设置在所述壳体内部,并且配置成从所述壳体旋转地支撑所述旋转轴并且吸收振动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的可变排气气门组件,其中,所述振动吸收单元包括蜗轮单元和减震器单元,所述蜗轮单元通过接收来自所述电机单元的旋转动力而旋转,所述减震器单元安置在所述蜗轮单元上并且吸收振动;
所述旋转轴包括轴部分和支撑部分,所述轴部分穿透所述蜗轮单元并且配置成将旋转动力传递至所述轴,所述支撑部分从所述轴部分突出以安装在所述蜗轮单元上并且安置在减震器单元上。
