With continued reference to fig. 1 to 8, the invention also discloses a construction method (using method) of the externally hung operation steel platform, namely a method for constructing the externally hung prefabricated wall 2 in the middle between the two prefabricated side walls 1, comprising the following steps:
working condition one: referring to fig. 5, the prefabricated side walls 1 on two sides of the prefabricated wall 2 are lifted in place and grouting is completed;
working condition II: referring to fig. 6, when grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls 1 on two sides reaches design strength, the externally hung operation steel platform is installed, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam 3 and the short main hanging longitudinal beam 4 are respectively hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls 1;
and (3) working condition III: referring to fig. 7, a middle outwards-raised prefabricated wall 2 is hoisted in place and grouted, constructors stand on an externally-hung operation steel platform to install diagonal braces 27, the upper ends of the diagonal braces 27 are connected to the side surfaces of the middle outwards-raised prefabricated wall 2, and the lower ends of the diagonal braces 27 are connected to the side surfaces of the prefabricated side walls 1;
and (4) working condition four: referring to fig. 8, when the grouting mortar strength of the prefabricated wall 2 with the middle overhanging reaches the design strength, the diagonal brace 27 is removed, and finally the externally hung operation steel platform is removed.
According to the construction method of the externally hung operation steel platform, the prefabricated side walls 1 on two sides of the prefabricated wall 2 are lifted in place through the middle externally hung operation steel platform, and grouting is completed; when grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls 1 at two sides reaches design strength, finishing the installation of the externally hung operation steel platform, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam 3 and the short main hanging longitudinal beam 4 are respectively hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls 1; the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall 2 is hoisted in place and grouted, constructors stand on an externally-hung operation steel platform to install diagonal braces 27, the upper ends of the diagonal braces 27 are connected to the side faces of the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall 2, and the lower ends of the diagonal braces 27 are connected to the side faces of the prefabricated side walls 1, so that the installation difficulty of the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall 2 and the diagonal braces 27 is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the need of a site scaffold is avoided, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved; finally, when the grouting mortar strength of the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall 2 reaches the design strength, dismantling the diagonal braces 27, and finally dismantling the externally-hung operation steel platform.

Claims (10)
1. An externally hung operation steel platform is used for constructing a middle externally hung prefabricated wall between two prefabricated side walls, and is characterized by comprising square frames with U-shaped cross sections, wherein the square frames are hung on two sides of the prefabricated side walls respectively, the U-shaped grooves of the square frames can be used for the middle externally hung prefabricated wall to pass through, the top of each square frame comprises a long main hanging longitudinal beam and two short main hanging longitudinal beams, the two short main hanging longitudinal beams are arranged on one side of the long main hanging longitudinal beam, each short main hanging longitudinal beam is connected with the long main hanging longitudinal beam through two transverse connecting rods, the transverse connecting rods are respectively and vertically connected with the short main hanging longitudinal beams and the long main hanging longitudinal beams, the inner transverse connecting rods are connected between the inner ends of the short main hanging longitudinal beams and the long main hanging longitudinal beams, the long main longitudinal beam and the short main longitudinal beam are hung after being connected by the transverse connecting rod in the outer side, the long main longitudinal beam and the short main longitudinal beam are hung respectively and extend outwards, the length of the outward extending part of the long main longitudinal beam and the short main longitudinal beam is at least 5 cm greater than the width of the prefabricated side wall, a longitudinal connecting rod is arranged between the transverse connecting rods in the two inner sides, the connection part of the transverse connecting rod and the short main longitudinal beam and the connection part of the transverse connecting rod in the outer side and the long main longitudinal beam are respectively fixedly connected with the upper end of a vertical connecting rod, the lower end of the vertical connecting rod is connected through a bottom outer connecting rod, a bottom inner connecting rod is arranged between the bottom outer connecting rods, and a U-shaped area are formed by the bottom outer connecting rod and the bottom inner connecting rod and are paved with steel plates.
2. The externally hung operating steel platform of claim 1 in which a closing plate is provided at a mid-lower portion between the vertical connecting rods connecting the primary hanger stringers.
3. The externally hung operating steel platform of claim 1 further comprising four spacing bars vertically fixed to the tops of the corresponding prefabricated side walls and located inboard of the long or short primary hanging stringers and outboard of the corresponding transverse connecting rods.
4. The externally hung operation steel platform according to claim 1, further comprising limit bolts, wherein through holes for the limit bolts to pass through are respectively formed in the positions, close to the long main hanging longitudinal beams, of the lateral connecting rods on the outer sides, and the limit bolts respectively prop against the side surfaces of the corresponding prefabricated side walls after passing through the corresponding through holes.

The externally hung operation steel platform according to claim 1, further comprising two vertical rods, two transverse steel wire ropes and two oblique steel wire ropes, wherein the two vertical rods are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the short main hanging longitudinal beam, the vertical rods are fixedly arranged on the floor slab of the corresponding floor, one end of each transverse steel wire rope is connected with the middle part of the corresponding vertical connecting rod of the upper extension main hanging longitudinal beam, the other end of each transverse steel wire rope is horizontally connected with the vertical rod, one end of each oblique steel wire rope is connected with the lower end of the corresponding vertical connecting rod of the upper extension main hanging longitudinal beam, and the other end of each transverse steel wire rope is horizontally connected with the connecting part of each transverse steel wire rope and the corresponding vertical connecting rod.
6. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 5, wherein metal pull rings are arranged at the joints of the transverse steel wire ropes, the inclined steel wire ropes and the vertical connecting rods and at the joints of the transverse steel wire ropes, the inclined steel wire ropes and the vertical connecting rods.
7. The externally hung operating steel platform of claim 1 wherein the long main hanging stringers are provided with two round steels for mounting enclosures at the top.
8. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, wherein pedal cross bars for constructors to walk up and down are arranged between two vertical connecting rods connected with one short main hanging longitudinal beam at equal intervals.
9. The externally hung operation steel platform according to claim 1, wherein a scissor brace is arranged between the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the bottom of the platform, an inclined support is arranged between the lateral connecting rod on the outer side and the bottom of the platform, and the middle parts of the two vertical connecting rods on the two ends of the lateral connecting rod on the upper side are provided with lateral middle connecting rods.
10. A method of constructing a plug-in operating steel platform as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
working condition one: hoisting the prefabricated side walls on two sides of the prefabricated wall outwards from the middle part into position and completing grouting;
working condition II: when grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls on two sides reaches design strength, finishing the installation of the externally hung operation steel platform, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the short main hanging longitudinal beam are respectively hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls;
and (3) working condition III: hoisting the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall in place, grouting, standing on an externally-hung operation steel platform by constructors, installing diagonal braces, wherein the upper ends of the diagonal braces are connected to the side surfaces of the middle externally-raised prefabricated wall, and the lower ends of the diagonal braces are connected to the side surfaces of the prefabricated side walls;
and (4) working condition four: and when the grouting mortar strength of the prefabricated wall with the outwards-raised middle part reaches the design strength, dismantling the diagonal bracing, and finally dismantling the externally-hung operation steel platform.
