Preferably, in the above-mentioned external hanging operation steel platform, a cross brace 22 is arranged between the long main hanging longitudinal beam 3 and the bottom of the platform, an inclined brace 23 is arranged between the lateral connecting rod 5 at the outer side and the bottom of the platform, and a lateral middle connecting rod 24 is arranged in the middle of two vertical connecting rods 8 connected to two ends of the lateral connecting rod 5 at the outer side. The overall strength of the externally-hung operation steel platform can be enhanced through the arrangement of the cross braces 22, the inclined braces 23 and the transverse middle connecting rods 24, and the construction safety is improved.
Preferably, the external hanging operation steel platform further comprises a middle hanging beam 25, wherein the middle hanging beam 25 is the same as the short main hanging longitudinal beam 4 in length and is arranged in the middle of the transverse connecting rod 5 to increase the contact area between the external hanging operation steel platform and the prefabricated side wall 1, so that the load of the external hanging operation steel platform is more uniformly distributed on the prefabricated side wall 1, and the construction safety is improved.
Preferably, the external hanging operation steel platform further comprises a skirting line 26, and the skirting line 26 is arranged on the bottom side inside the external hanging operation steel platform to prevent constructors from stepping empty and improve construction safety.
With continuing reference to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention further discloses a construction method (using method) of the above-mentioned external hanging operation steel platform, that is, a method for constructing a middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 between two prefabricated side walls 1, including the following steps:
the working condition I is as follows: please refer to fig. 5, wherein the prefabricated side walls 1 at the two sides of the middle overhanging prefabricated wall 2 are hoisted in place and grouted;
working conditions are as follows: please refer to fig. 6, when the grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls 1 on both sides reaches the design strength, the external hanging operation steel platform is installed, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam 3 and the short main hanging longitudinal beam 4 are hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls 1 respectively;
working conditions are as follows: please refer to fig. 7, the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 is hoisted in place and grouted, a constructor stands on an external hanging operation steel platform to install an inclined strut 27, the upper end of the inclined strut 27 is connected to the side surface of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2, and the lower end of the inclined strut 27 is connected to the side surface of the prefabricated side wall 1;
working conditions are as follows: please refer to fig. 8, when the grouting mortar strength of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 reaches the designed strength, the inclined strut 27 is removed, and finally the external hanging operation steel platform is removed.
According to the construction method of the external hanging operation steel platform, the prefabricated side walls 1 on two sides of the middle externally-projecting prefabricated wall 2 are hoisted in place and grouted; when the grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls 1 on the two sides reaches the design strength, the externally hung operation steel platform is installed, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam 3 and the short main hanging longitudinal beam 4 are hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls 1 respectively; the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 is hoisted in place and grouted, a constructor stands on an external hanging operation steel platform to install an inclined strut 27, the upper end of the inclined strut 27 is connected to the side surface of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2, and the lower end of the inclined strut 27 is connected to the side surface of the prefabricated side wall 1, so that the installation difficulty of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 and the inclined strut 27 is effectively reduced, the need of erecting a scaffold on site is avoided, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved; and finally, removing the inclined strut 27 when the grouting mortar strength of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall 2 reaches the design strength, and finally removing the externally hung operating steel platform.
The above description is only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any variations and modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An externally hung operating steel platform is used for constructing a middle overhanging prefabricated wall between two prefabricated side walls, and is characterized by comprising a square frame with a U-shaped cross section, wherein two sides of the square frame are hung on the prefabricated side walls respectively, a U-shaped groove of the square frame can be used for the middle overhanging prefabricated wall to pass through, the top of the square frame comprises a long main hanging longitudinal beam and two short main hanging longitudinal beams, the two short main hanging longitudinal beams are arranged on one side of the long main hanging longitudinal beam, each short main hanging longitudinal beam is connected with the long main hanging longitudinal beam through two transverse connecting rods, the transverse connecting rods are respectively and vertically connected with the short main hanging longitudinal beam and the long main hanging longitudinal beam, the transverse connecting rods on the inner side are connected between the inner side end of the short main hanging longitudinal beam and the long main hanging longitudinal beam, and the transverse connecting rods on the outer side are connected with the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the short main hanging longitudinal beam to ensure that the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the short main hanging longitudinal beam, the length of the outward extending part of the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the short main hanging longitudinal beam is at least 5 cm added for the width of the prefabricated side wall, a longitudinal connecting rod is arranged between two inner lateral connecting rods, the connecting part of the longitudinal connecting rod and the short main hanging longitudinal beam and the connecting part of the lateral connecting rod and the long main hanging longitudinal beam are respectively fixedly connected with the upper end of a vertical connecting rod, the lower end of the vertical connecting rod is connected with the bottom outer side connecting rod through the bottom outer side connecting rod, a bottom inner side connecting rod is arranged between the bottom outer side connecting rods, and the bottom outer side connecting rod and the bottom inner side connecting rod form a U-shaped area and a U-shaped area upper laying.
2. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, wherein a sealing plate is arranged at the middle lower part between the vertical connecting rods for connecting the main hanging longitudinal beams.
3. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, further comprising four limiting steel bars vertically fixed on the tops of the corresponding prefabricated side walls, positioned on the inner sides of the long main hanging longitudinal beams or the short main hanging longitudinal beams, and positioned on the outer sides of the corresponding transverse connecting rods.

The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, further comprising limiting bolts, wherein through holes for the limiting bolts to pass through are formed in the positions, close to the long main hanging longitudinal beams, of the transverse connecting rods on the outer sides, and the limiting bolts penetrate through the corresponding through holes and then abut against the side faces of the corresponding prefabricated side walls.

The externally-hung operation steel platform according to claim 1, further comprising two vertical rods and two transverse steel wire ropes, wherein the two vertical rods are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the short main hanging longitudinal beams, the two transverse steel wire ropes are respectively arranged on the floor slabs of the corresponding floors, one ends of the transverse steel wire ropes are connected with the middle parts of the corresponding vertical connecting rods of the upper-connected long main hanging longitudinal beams, the other ends of the transverse steel wire ropes are horizontally connected to the vertical rods, one ends of the inclined steel wire ropes are connected with the lower ends of the corresponding vertical connecting rods of the upper-connected long main hanging longitudinal beams, and the other ends of the transverse steel wire ropes are horizontally connected to the connecting parts of the transverse steel wire.
6. The externally-hung operation steel platform according to claim 5, wherein metal pull rings are arranged at the joints of the transverse steel wire rope, the oblique steel wire rope and the vertical connecting rod and the joints of the transverse steel wire rope, the oblique steel wire rope and the vertical rod.
7. The externally hung operating steel platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the long main hanging longitudinal beam is provided with two round steel bars for installation and enclosure.
8. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, wherein a step cross bar for a constructor to walk up and down is arranged between two vertical connecting rods connected with a short main hanging longitudinal beam at equal intervals.
9. The externally hung operating steel platform according to claim 1, wherein a cross brace is arranged between the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the bottom of the platform, an oblique brace is arranged between the outer transverse connecting rod and the bottom of the platform, and a transverse middle connecting rod is arranged in the middle of two vertical connecting rods which are connected with two ends of the outer transverse connecting rod.
10. The construction method of the externally hung operating steel platform according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the working condition I is as follows: hoisting the prefabricated side walls on two sides of the middle overhanging prefabricated wall in place and finishing grouting;
working conditions are as follows: when the grouting mortar of the prefabricated side walls on the two sides reaches the design strength, the externally hung operation steel platform is installed, so that the long main hanging longitudinal beam and the short main hanging longitudinal beam are respectively hung on the corresponding prefabricated side walls;
working conditions are as follows: hoisting the middle cantilever prefabricated wall in place, grouting, installing an inclined strut by a constructor standing on an external hanging operation steel platform, connecting the upper end of the inclined strut to the side surface of the middle cantilever prefabricated wall, and connecting the lower end of the inclined strut to the side surface of the prefabricated side wall;
working conditions are as follows: and (3) when the grouting mortar strength of the middle overhanging prefabricated wall reaches the design strength, dismantling the inclined strut, and finally dismantling the externally hung operating steel platform.
