本发明公开了一种竹木纤维复合集成板,依次包括外墙板、保温层、竹木纤维层和内墙板,所述外墙板为软瓷墙面,按照重量比包括如下原料:聚合物乳液10~35份,无机填料为25~65份,润湿剂为0.1~0.2份,消泡剂为0.2~0.4份,纤维素为0.1~0.3份,去离子水为10~15份,聚乙烯醇纤维0.1~0.3份;中间层为保温棉,竹木纤维层按重量份计,包括以下组分:竹纤维粉8‑12份、木纤维粉12‑18份、重质碳酸钙90‑110份、聚氯乙烯树脂90‑110份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物8‑12份、热稳定剂4‑5份、发泡调节剂5‑6份、发泡剂0.6‑1.2份、硬脂酸0.5‑1份、PE蜡0.5‑1份、麦饭石5‑10份、重晶石0‑10份,内墙板为镁质轻质发泡板层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹木纤维复合集成板。
背景技术
随着社会发展,墙体改革政策开始实施;具体可以呈现为:由于高层建筑的大量普及,因此砌体结构的建筑也越来越少,即用“砖”做承重墙越来越少,则取而代之的是墙体板材。
目前,市场上墙体板材的种类越来越多,其中应用较多的有石膏或水泥轻质隔墙板、彩钢板、钢丝网架泡沫板、石膏板、PC大板、水平孔混凝土墙板、活性炭墙体和新型隔墙板等。除了需要具有较好的保温性能,还需要具有良好的强度和抗外力性能,目前通常都实现了重量上的轻便和适宜的保温性能,但其整体的强度和抗外力性能还欠佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足而提供一种竹木纤维复合集成板,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种竹木纤维复合集成板,其特征在于,依次包括外墙板、保温层、竹木纤维层和内墙板,所述外墙板为软瓷墙面,按照重量比包括如下原料:聚合物乳液10~35份,无机填料为25~65份,润湿剂为0.1~0.2份,消泡剂为0.2~0.4份,纤维素为0.1~0.3份,去离子水为10~15份,聚乙烯醇纤维0.1~0.3份;中间层为保温棉,竹木纤维层按重量份计,包括以下组分:竹纤维粉8-12份、木纤维粉12-18份、重质碳酸钙90-110份、聚氯乙烯树脂90-110份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12份、热稳定剂4-5份、发泡调节剂5-6份、发泡剂0.6-1.2份、硬脂酸0.5-1份、PE蜡0.5-1份、麦饭石5-10份、重晶石0-10份,内墙板为镁质轻质发泡板层。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述外墙板、中间层和内墙板三者的厚度一样。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,聚合物乳液20份,无机填料为45份,润湿剂为0.15份,消泡剂为0.3份,纤维素为0.2份,去离子水为12份,聚乙烯醇纤维0.2份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,竹纤维粉10份、木纤维粉15份、重质碳酸钙100份、聚氯乙烯树脂100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、热稳定剂4.5份、发泡调节剂5.5份、发泡剂0.9份、硬脂酸0.75份、PE蜡0.75份、麦饭石8份、重晶石5份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述保温棉的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明采用特定的复合配方结构,使得复合墙板具有强度高、轻质、隔热、防渗水、防火等功能,而且竹木纤维层对室内有害气体的吸附能力,进一步提高了墙面的绿色环保性能。

实施例1
一种竹木纤维复合集成板,依次包括外墙板、保温层、竹木纤维层和内墙板,所述外墙板为软瓷墙面,按照重量比包括如下原料:聚合物乳液10份,无机填料为25份,润湿剂为0.1份,消泡剂为0.2份,纤维素为0.1份,去离子水为10份,聚乙烯醇纤维0.1份;中间层为保温棉,竹木纤维层按重量份计,包括以下组分:竹纤维粉8份、木纤维粉12份、重质碳酸钙90份、聚氯乙烯树脂90份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8份、热稳定剂4份、发泡调节剂5份、发泡剂0.6份、硬脂酸0.5份、PE蜡0.5份、麦饭石5份、重晶石1份,内墙板为镁质轻质发泡板层。外墙板、中间层和内墙板三者的厚度一样,保温棉的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。

一种竹木纤维复合集成板,依次包括外墙板、保温层、竹木纤维层和内墙板,所述外墙板为软瓷墙面,按照重量比包括如下原料:聚合物乳液35份,无机填料为65份,润湿剂为0.2份,消泡剂为0.4份,纤维素为0.3份,去离子水为15份,聚乙烯醇纤维0.3份;中间层为保温棉,竹木纤维层按重量份计,包括以下组分:竹纤维粉12份、木纤维粉18份、重质碳酸钙110份、聚氯乙烯树脂110份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、热稳定剂5份、发泡调节剂6份、发泡剂1.2份、硬脂酸1份、PE蜡1份、麦饭石10份、重晶石10份,内墙板为镁质轻质发泡板层。外墙板、中间层和内墙板三者的厚度一样,保温棉的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。
本发明采用特定的复合配方结构,使得复合墙板具有强度高、轻质、隔热、防渗水、防火等功能,而且竹木纤维层对室内有害气体的吸附能力,进一步提高了墙面的绿色环保性能。
