According to the formula and the preparation method of the high-strength ivory board, AKD is added into a size washing tank, uniformly mixed, passed through a mesh part pH value control system, and then conveyed into a desander for primary or secondary desanding; then conveying the mixture into a pressure screen, adding a retention aid into the pressure screen, uniformly mixing, and conveying the mixture into a pre-net box; and then carrying out vacuum pressing treatment through a fourdrinier machine to form the white cardboard, and strictly controlling the pH value to be 7.0-8.0 by using an online detection and pH value adjusting system. The pulp is ensured to be dewatered on the net uniformly and has good evenness, and the physical properties of the white cardboard such as folding resistance, tensile force, tearing strength, bursting strength and the like are improved. According to the formula and the preparation method of the high-strength white cardboard, the white cardboard is conveyed to a surface sizing applicator to be coated with surface glue and a surface reinforcing agent, then the coated white cardboard is conveyed to three groups of drying cylinders to be dried, and then the white cardboard is conveyed to a soft calender to be treated, wherein the consumption of the surface glue is 75 kg of starch per pot, the consumption of the surface reinforcing agent is 15 kg of starch per pot, and the physical properties of the white cardboard such as folding strength, tensile force, tearing strength and bursting strength are improved. According to the formula and the preparation method of the high-strength ivory board, the No. 1 or No. 2 after being knocked is input into the batching pool, the whitening agent, the dye, the starch and the dry strength agent are added into the batching pool, mixed and stirred uniformly, then input into the pulping pool, and finally conveyed into the pre-pulping pool, so that the whiteness of the ivory board is improved, and the ivory board is better and more stable.

the method comprises the following steps: preparing softwood pulp: carrying out pulp breaking treatment on the needle blades by using a hydraulic pulp breaking machine, placing pulp subjected to the pulp breaking treatment in a pulp pool, then carrying out pulp grinding treatment by using a double-disc pulp grinder, wherein the pulp degree is 42-450 DEG SR, the wet weight is 10-12 g, and knocking in a back pool # 1;
