本发明涉及一种防火墙布制作工艺,所述墙布制作工艺包括:(1)、用玻璃纤维纱线制作玻纤布,将玻纤布平铺放入事先准备好的料槽内;(2)、按照涂层工艺配方完成涂层材料制作,将完成的涂层材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;(3)、玻纤布在料槽浸泡后取出,用加温设备将其加温烘干待用;(4)、按照印花工艺配方完成印花材料制作,将烘干后的材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;(5)、取出后用加温设备将其加温烘干,在加温设备底部与料槽之间有印花辊;(6)、烘干并裁边后,即完成工艺生产。本发明制作出来的防火墙布具有防火、耐用、环保特点,适用于重点防火单位、家庭、宾馆酒店,市场前景可观。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙布制作技术领域,具体是指一种防火墙布制作工艺。
背景技术
墙布又称壁布,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料(织物),在底布上制作印花或浮雕,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。墙布具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、施工方便、价格适宜等诸多优点,在建筑物装饰领域具有广泛的应用。
墙布的出现,给现代家居装饰带来了全新的视觉感受,但也带来了防火处理的难题,一旦墙布着火,墙布是连接每个房间的墙体,特别是在墙布附近的窗帘等面积较大容易蹿火的地方的处理,因为很多塑料或者化纤材料不但容易着火,而且燃烧时产生的烟尘含有剧毒,火灾一旦发生,人们没有被烧死之前往往已经被毒烟呛死,所以在房屋装修之前,防火材料的选购十分必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术缺点,提供一种防火墙布制作工艺,具有防火、耐用、环保特点,适用于重点防火单位、家庭、宾馆酒店,市场前景可观。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种防火墙布制作工艺,所述墙布制作工艺包括:
(1)、用玻璃纤维纱线,制作完成完整的玻纤布,将玻纤布平铺放入事先准备好的料槽内;
(2)、涂层制作工艺:按照涂层工艺配方完成涂层材料制作,将完成的涂层材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(3)、玻纤布在料槽浸泡后取出,用加温设备将其加温烘干待用;
(4)、印花制作工艺:按照印花工艺配方完成印花材料制作,将烘干后的材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(5)、取出后用加温设备将其加温烘干,在加温设备底部与料槽之间有印花辊;
(6)、烘干并裁边后,即完成工艺生产。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、蒸馏水4kg、阻燃剂3kg。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、组合物4kg,所述组合物为聚乙烯醇高温溶化之后与蒸馏水1:1比例混合后的组合液体。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中印花工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:环己酮37.5kg、醋酸丁酯35kg、氯醋酯18.5kg、色浆0.12kg。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)通过玻璃纤维制作完成玻纤布后,将玻纤布在400℃高温闷烧10小时。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明制作的墙布,具有制作条件简单,材料环保效果好,防火性能更加的优异,相比现有的技术工艺,做出来的玻璃纤维内墙装饰布用火点燃没有明火,也没有烟气,这样就直接减少了引发更大火源的可能,对阻隔火源有更好的作用,同时没有烟气又能对火场中的人体健康造成更低的影响,整体具有防火、耐用、环保特点,适用于重点防火单位、家庭、宾馆酒店,市场前景可观。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施时,一种防火墙布制作工艺,所述墙布制作工艺包括:
(1)、用玻璃纤维纱线,制作完成完整的玻纤布,通过玻璃纤维制作完成玻纤布后,将玻纤布在400℃高温闷烧10小时,将玻纤布平铺放入事先准备好的料槽内;
(2)、涂层制作工艺:涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、蒸馏水4kg、阻燃剂3kg,按照涂层工艺配方完成涂层材料制作,将完成的涂层材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(3)、玻纤布在料槽浸泡后取出,用加温设备将其加温烘干待用;
(4)、印花制作工艺:印花工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:环己酮37.5kg、醋酸丁酯35kg、氯醋酯18.5kg、色浆0.12kg,按照印花工艺配方完成印花材料制作,将烘干后的材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(5)、取出后用加温设备将其加温烘干,在加温设备底部与料槽之间有印花辊;
(6)、烘干并裁边后,即完成工艺生产。
实施例2
本发明在具体实施时,一种防火墙布制作工艺,所述墙布制作工艺包括:
(1)、用玻璃纤维纱线,制作完成完整的玻纤布,通过玻璃纤维制作完成玻纤布后,将玻纤布在400℃高温闷烧10小时,将玻纤布平铺放入事先准备好的料槽内;
(2)、涂层制作工艺:涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、组合物4kg,所述组合物为聚乙烯醇高温溶化之后与蒸馏水1:1比例混合后的组合液体,按照涂层工艺配方完成涂层材料制作,将完成的涂层材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(3)、玻纤布在料槽浸泡后取出,用加温设备将其加温烘干待用;
(4)、印花制作工艺:印花工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:环己酮37.5kg、醋酸丁酯35kg、氯醋酯18.5kg、色浆0.12kg,按照印花工艺配方完成印花材料制作,将烘干后的材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(5)、取出后用加温设备将其加温烘干,在加温设备底部与料槽之间有印花辊;
(6)、烘干并裁边后,即完成工艺生产。

1.一种防火墙布制作工艺,其特征在于,所述墙布制作工艺包括:
(1)、用玻璃纤维纱线,制作完成完整的玻纤布,将玻纤布平铺放入事先准备好的料槽内;
(2)、涂层制作工艺:按照涂层工艺配方完成涂层材料制作,将完成的涂层材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(3)、玻纤布在料槽浸泡后取出,用加温设备将其加温烘干待用;
(4)、印花制作工艺:按照印花工艺配方完成印花材料制作,将烘干后的材料放入料槽,对玻纤布进行浸泡;
(5)、取出后用加温设备将其加温烘干,在加温设备底部与料槽之间有印花辊;
(6)、烘干并裁边后,即完成工艺生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火墙布制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、蒸馏水4kg、阻燃剂3kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火墙布制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中涂层工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:网印粘合剂6.7kg、涂料色浆2.6kg、白乳胶8kg、A浆5.3kg、组合物4kg,所述组合物为聚乙烯醇高温溶化之后与蒸馏水1:1比例混合后的组合液体。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种防火墙布制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中印花工艺配方包括如下重量的组分:环己酮37.5kg、醋酸丁酯35kg、氯醋酯18.5kg、色浆0.12kg。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火墙布制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)通过玻璃纤维制作完成玻纤布后,将玻纤布在400℃高温闷烧10小时。
