Abstract
The invention relates to the field of natural polymers, in particular to an environment-friendly quick-drying raw lacquer coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the original raw lacquer emulsion and a humectant, and stirring at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 10-30 min to obtain a raw lacquer coating; wherein the mass fraction of the humectant is 1-10%. The humectant is one or more of xylitol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, erythritol, triethylene glycol, hyaluronic acid and chitin. According to the invention, the humectant is added into the original raw lacquer emulsion, so that the drying and curing time is greatly shortened, the actual drying time after painting can be shortened to 15 hours from 52 hours, the drying time can be shortened by 71%, and meanwhile, the hardness of a paint film after quick drying is good.

Background
Raw lacquer, commonly known as "earth lacquer", also known as "Chinese lacquer" or "Chinese lacquer", is a milky pure natural liquid coating harvested from lacquer trees, and has a thousand years of history of use in China, and is a name of "the king of the coating".
The raw lacquer has the advantages of high economic value, high hardness, good wear resistance, good glossiness, high compactness of a paint film and the like, and is a high-quality paint for military industry, industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, basic construction, handicrafts, high-end furniture and the like. However, the raw lacquer has the defects of poor weather resistance, poor adhesion to metal and the like, and in practical application, the raw lacquer must be dried in a specific humid and stuffy environment (the relative humidity is 70-90 percent, and the temperature is 25-35 ℃) to form a film after drying, and the popularization and application of the raw lacquer are limited by specific drying conditions and long drying time. As can be seen from the above description, with the raw lacquer coating of the invention, the drying time of the lacquer film is greatly shortened, and the hardness performance is good, wherein in example 8, the drying time is less than 15h under the conditions of 20 ℃ and 60% of relative humidity, and compared with comparative example 1 which is more than 52h, the drying time of example 8 of the invention is shortened by 71%.
In conclusion, the modified quick-drying raw lacquer has enough moisture in the drying process even under a low-humidity environment (such as RH 60%) due to the existence of the humectant in the modified quick-drying raw lacquer compared with pure raw lacquer, and the activity of laccase is maintained, so that the drying and film-forming time of the modified raw lacquer is not influenced or even shortened. As in example 8, the actual drying time after painting can be reduced from 52h to 15h, and the drying time can be reduced by 71%. Under different environment conditions for drying raw lacquer, the drying and curing time of a lacquer film is shortened, and the hardness of the lacquer film is good.
