In S3, the printing film and the white PVC base layer are bonded through a first bonding device and a second bonding device and then enter a vat for operation, the vat operation temperature is 190 ℃, a stainless steel heating tube is installed in the vat, the temperature is kept at 200 ℃, the lifting stroke is 25cm, the total number of the stainless steel heating tubes is 24, the power is 3000w, and heat is conveyed to the vat through high-temperature heat conducting oil closed circulation.
In S4, the attaching and transferring process comprises a first attaching device and a second attaching device, the temperature of the first attaching device is 135 ℃, the rotating speed of a preheating roller is 8m/min, the traction tension is 3 kg/cm, and the coiling speed is 75 m/min; the temperature of a cooling roller of the first laminating device is 8 ℃, the width shrinkage is less than or equal to 1cm, the rotating speed is 12RPM/min, the low-speed rotating speed is 8RPM/min, and the high-speed printing speed is 20 RPM/min; the temperature of the second laminating device is 185 ℃, the laminating time is 45s, the traction tension is 3 kg/cm, the coiling speed is 22.5m/min, the cooling group of the second laminating device comprises four groups of cooling rollers, the temperature of the first group of cooling rollers is 6 ℃, the cooling group is cooled and shaped for four times, the temperature of each group is increased by 2 ℃ sequentially, and the linear speed of the cooling group is controlled and the embossing rollers are synchronous.
And S4, in the transfer attaching process, the contour positioning of the embossing pattern is superposed with the contour positioning of the printing pattern so as to ensure the accurate registration of the embossing pattern and the printing pattern.
S5, the brightening treatment method comprises the steps of conveying the finished product after the gluing to a printing machine, coating UV on the surface of the finished product, adding urea and glycerol into UV slurry, wherein the ratio of the urea to the glycerol is 4:3.5, the specific gravity of the urea and the glycerol in the whole UV slurry is 8%, and drying; in S6, in the winding process, the pressures of the rubber winding roller, the silica gel winding roller and the bending winding roller are all 3.5 kg/cm, the winding traction tension is 3 kg/cm, and the winding speed is 17.5 m/min.
And (4) analyzing results:
the physical and chemical properties of the tablecloths produced in examples 1 to 5 were comprehensively evaluated, and it was found that the tablecloth of example 1 had the best properties, and the specific reasons were analyzed as follows:
compared with the embodiment 1, in the embodiment 2, the patterns on the tablecloth are not clear, the color is not full enough, the three-dimensional effect is not achieved, and the problems of the embossing and the pattern non-correspondence are caused. This is because in example 2, the embossed pattern and the printed pattern are not precisely registered by the registration of the embossed pattern and the printed pattern during the transfer and application process.
Example 3 compared with example 1, in example 3, the surface brightness of the tablecloth was poor, and the refractive effect was poor, because the surface brightness treatment was not performed on the plain-color frosted PVC base layer after the transfer printing was attached after the embossing.
Example 4 compared to example 1, the tablecloth of example 4 was poor in softness and plasticity and poor in ductility due to the higher PVC content, the low plasticizer and filler content, and the absence of natural rubber and paraffin wax in the PVC formulation of example 5.
Example 5 compared with example 1, the surface pattern effect of the tablecloth obtained in example 5 was poor, because the matting resin content in example 5 was only 1%, the matting resin content was too low, the compounding ratio in the whole system was too small, and the matting effect on the surface of the finished product was not prominent.

The production process of the plain frosted embossed PVC tablecloth is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps: s1: preparing a plain frosted PVC base layer; s2: manufacturing a printing film; s3: embossing, namely manufacturing an embossing pattern on the surface of the plain PVC base layer through an embossing machine; s4: laminating and transferring, namely laminating the printing film and the plain frosted PVC base layer subjected to embossing treatment at a high temperature, transferring the printing pattern on the printing film to the plain frosted PVC base layer, and ensuring the accurate registration of the embossing pattern and the printing pattern; s5: performing surface brightening treatment on the plain frosted PVC base layer subjected to attaching and transferring; s6: and (6) rolling.
2. The plain frosted embossed PVC tablecloth and the process for producing the same according to claim 1, wherein: in the S1, the raw materials of the plain frosted PVC base layer comprise, by mass, 35-75 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 20-80 parts of PVC resin powder, 50-80 parts of calcium carbonate filler, 10-20 parts of matting resin, 2-5 parts of OBSH foaming agent, 2-3 parts of natural rubber, 1-3 parts of paraffin, 0.02-0.3 part of heat stabilizer, 0.02-0.3 part of monochromatic powder and 0.01-0.2 part of processing aid; the manufacturing method of the plain frosted PVC base layer comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the raw materials in parts by mass, repeatedly calendering until the color of the raw materials is uniform, continuously heating the soft raw material mass obtained after calendering for primary plasticization to obtain colloidal particles, heating for secondary plasticization of the colloidal particles, and carrying out calendaring molding, cooling and shaping on the colloidal particles subjected to secondary plasticization to obtain a foamed PVC layer; the oil content of the PVC resin powder is controlled to be between 75 Pa and 85 Pa, and the thickness of the plain frosted PVC base layer is between 0.25mm and 1.00 mm.
3. The plain frosted embossed PVC tablecloth and the process for producing the same according to claim 2, wherein: in S2, the printing film comprises a PET substrate layer, a pattern layer, a water-based release agent layer and a high-temperature resistant layer; the high-temperature-resistant layer is a high-barrier thin film, the pattern layer is printed on the surface of the PET substrate layer through a gravure printing process, and the water-based release agent layer comprises 55% of deionized water, 35% of modified water-based acrylic resin, 5% of ethylene glycol, 4% of a cross-linking agent and 1% of a defoaming agent in parts by mass.
4. The plain frosted embossed PVC tablecloth and the production process thereof according to claim 3, wherein: in S3, the back pressure roller of the embossing machine is at 7-10 ℃, the rotating speed is 4-8 m/min, the traction tension is 2.5 kg/cm-3.5 kg/cm, and the reeling speed is 60-90 m/min; the preheating roller temperature is between 75 ℃ and 100 ℃, the embossing roller temperature is 5 ℃ to 10 ℃ higher than that of the preheating roller, the embossing roller rotating speed is 4m/min to 8m/min, the traction tension is 2.5 kg/cm to 3.5 kg/cm, and the coiling speed is 60m/min to 90 m/min; in the embossing process, during the embossing process, the embossing roller frozen water circulation is realized, the temperature is 6-8 ℃, the pressure is 7.5 kg/cm-8.5 kg/cm, the rotating speed is 10-25 m/min, and the device can move left and right by 10-20 mm and swing up and down by 8-15 mm through manual adjustment.

The plain frosted embossed PVC tablecloth and the production process thereof according to claim 4, wherein: in S4, the laminating and transferring process comprises a first laminating device and a second laminating device, the temperature of the first laminating device is 120-150 ℃, the rotating speed of a preheating roller is 7 m/min-9 m/min, the traction tension is 2.5 kg/cm-3.5 kg/cm, and the coiling speed is 60m/min-90 m/min; the temperature of a cooling roller of the first laminating device is 8-10 ℃, the breadth shrinkage is less than or equal to 1cm, the rotating speed is 7-17 RPM/min, the low-speed rotating speed is 3-13 RPM/min, and the high-speed printing speed is 15-25 RPM/min; the temperature of the second laminating device is 180-190 ℃, the laminating time is 40-45 s, the traction tension is 3.0-4.0 kg/cm, the coiling speed is 20-25 m/min, the cooling group of the second laminating device comprises four groups of cooling rollers, the temperature of the first group of cooling rollers is 2-8 ℃, the cooling group is cooled and shaped for four times, the linear speed of each group is increased by 2-3 ℃ in sequence, and the cooling group is synchronized with the embossing rollers.

The production process of the plain-color frosted embossed PVC tablecloth of claim 5, wherein the production process comprises the following steps: in S3, the printing film and the white PVC base layer are bonded through a first bonding device and a second bonding device and then enter a vat for operation, the vat operation temperature is 180-200 ℃, a stainless steel heating tube is installed in the vat, the temperature is kept at 200 ℃, the lifting stroke is 20-30 cm, the total number of the stainless steel heating tubes is 24, the power is 3000w, and heat is conveyed to the vat through high-temperature heat conduction oil closed circulation.

The production process of the plain-color frosted embossed PVC tablecloth of claim 8, wherein the production process comprises the following steps: in S1, the raw materials of the plain frosted PVC base layer comprise, by mass, 66 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 68 parts of PVC resin powder, 52 parts of calcium carbonate filler, 6 parts of matting resin, 3.5 parts of OBSH foaming agent, 2.5 parts of natural rubber, 1.5 parts of paraffin, 0.15 part of heat stabilizer, 0.25 part of single-color powder and 0.1 part of processing aid; the processing aid comprises an anti-aging agent, an anti-ultraviolet agent and a flame retardant; the calcium carbonate filler is a mixture of light calcium carbonate with the particle size of 10-50 mu m and modified by higher fatty acid salt and heavy calcium carbonate with the particle size of 100-500 mu m and modified by higher fatty acid ester in a weight ratio of 0.5-1.5: 1. The heat stabilizer adopts calcium stearate, barium stearate and zinc stearate as main heat stabilizers, adopts hydrotalcite as an auxiliary heat stabilizer, and is compounded with the main heat stabilizer and the auxiliary heat stabilizer.
