Background
With the development of cities, more and more domestic kitchens adopt semi-hidden or open kitchens, which are visually pleasing and add a lot of colors to the domestic pattern. The cooking bench is used as a necessary appliance of a household kitchen and is an operation platform for making various foods, the conventional cooking bench is usually made of marble or polished stainless steel and the like in an integrated manner, the raw materials of the conventional cooking bench are expensive and even contain toxic and harmful substances, the conventional cooking bench pollutes the indoor environment and influences the body health of family members for the household environment, the environment-friendly light artificial stone is required for making the cooking bench, the cost is reduced, and the environment-friendly and comfortable household environment is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly artificial stone for a cooking bench, which solves the problems that the existing cooking bench in the prior art is usually integrally formed by marble or polished stainless steel and other materials, the raw materials are expensive, even toxic and harmful substances are contained, the household environment is polluted, and the body health of family members is influenced.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above environmentally friendly artificial stone for cooktops.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the environment-friendly artificial stone for the cooking bench is prepared from the following materials in percentage by weight: 30-50% of fine sand, 12-20% of cobblestones, 10-15% of marble glue, 0.5-3% of an accelerant, 4-8% of a stabilizer and 10-20% of a coloring agent.
The invention is also characterized in that:
the accelerant is one of stannous chloride, ferric trichloride, p-chlorobenzoic acid and accelerant M.
The stabilizer is one of tribasic lead sulfate, dibasic lead phosphite and dibasic lead stearate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly artificial stone for the cooking bench, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: step 1: weighing fine sand, cobblestones, an accelerant and a stabilizer according to the weight percentage for later use;
step 2: placing the substances weighed in the step 1 into a stirrer for uniform stirring;
and step 3: placing the stirred substance into a hearth mould, and adding marble glue;
and 4, step 4: placing the hearth mould into a furnace for sintering;
and 5: and adding a coloring agent to the surface of the sintered cooking bench.
The invention is also characterized in that:
the stirring conditions in the step 2 are as follows: 1600 revolutions per minute.
The sintering temperature in the step 4 is as follows: 400 ℃ and 500 ℃.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the environment-friendly artificial stone for the cooking bench is attractive and practical, has no peculiar smell, does not pollute the indoor environment, provides an environment-friendly and comfortable kitchen environment and ensures the safety of household dining, the accelerant selected by the invention can reduce the surface tension of the cooking bench and prevent the surface of the cooking bench from being oxidized or deformed at high temperature, and the stabilizing agent selected by the invention can make the cooking bench resistant to high temperature, prevent the cooking bench from being damaged due to open flame and prolong the service life of the cooking bench.
Detailed Description
The following examples illustrate the invention in detail.
