The driven shaft 43 is positioned between the winding disc 44 and the rotating rod 41; the driven shaft 43, the winding disc 44 and the rotating shaft 42 rotate concentrically.
A limiting protrusion is arranged on one side of the driven shaft 43 opposite to the winding disc 44, and a limiting groove corresponding to the relative protrusion on the driven shaft 43 is arranged on one side of the winding disc 44 opposite to the driven shaft 43; the driven shaft 43 is driven to rotate in a tangent mode with the driving roller 33, and the driven shaft 43 drives the rotating shaft 42 and the winding disc 44 to rotate for winding after rotating.
