The control system according to claim 1, wherein the electric power steering system comprises an electric power steering electronic control unit (4) and an electric power steering motor (5) electrically connected therewith, the electric power steering electronic control unit (4) is electrically connected with the safety system electronic control unit (1) and the data communication bus (2), the electric power steering motor (5) is in transmission connection with the steering wheel (7), and the electric power steering electronic control unit (4) is configured to control the electric power steering motor (5) to be locked according to the safety system ignition instruction so as to lock the steering of the steering wheel (7); the electric power steering electronic control unit (4) is further configured to be able to release the lock-up state of the electric power steering motor (5) in accordance with the vehicle speed signal to resume rotation of the steering wheel (7).
6. The control system according to claim 5, characterized in that the electric power steering system further comprises a steering mechanism (6) in driving connection with the electric power steering motor (5), one end of the steering mechanism (6) being connected with the steering wheel (7) and the other end being connected with the wheels (8).
7. A control system according to claim 1, characterised in that the vehicle speed detection unit (3) comprises a vehicle speed sensor electrically connected to the data communication bus (2), the vehicle speed sensor being mounted in a transaxle case or transmission case.
8. A control method for preventing rotation of a steering wheel in a car collision, which employs the control system for preventing rotation of a steering wheel in a car collision according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
when an automobile collides, a safety airbag controller of the safety system electronic control unit (1) sends a safety system ignition instruction to the data communication bus (2) and an electric power steering electronic control unit (4) of the electric power steering system at the same time;
after receiving the ignition instruction of the safety system, the electric power steering electronic control unit (4) controls a steering mechanism (6) of the electric power steering system to be locked by controlling an electric power steering motor (5) of the electric power steering system to be locked, and the steering mechanism (6) locks the steering of a steering wheel (7);
the electric power-assisted steering electronic control unit (4) receives a vehicle speed signal sent by the data communication bus (2), selectively releases the locking state of the electric power-assisted steering motor (5) according to the vehicle speed signal, and restores the steering of the steering wheel (7).
9. The control method according to claim 8, wherein the electric power steering electronic control unit (4) compares a vehicle speed corresponding to the vehicle speed signal with a preset threshold value, and performs the step of releasing the lock-up state of the electric power steering motor (5) if the vehicle speed is lower than the preset threshold value.
10. An automobile characterized by applying the control method for preventing the steering wheel from turning at the time of collision of the automobile according to claim 8 or 9.
