Abstract
The invention relates to the field of foaming materials, in particular to a preparation method of a silica gel foaming sealing ring. A preparation method of a silica gel foaming sealing ring comprises the following steps: respectively conveying the organic silica gel A containing the dimethyl silicone oil and the organic silica gel B containing the vinyl silicone oil to a channel A and a channel B of a dispenser; keeping the organic silica gel A and the organic silica gel B at constant temperature to the pretreatment working temperature for preparation before dispensing; setting dispensing parameters; starting a dispenser, extruding the organic silica gel A from the channel A, extruding the organic silica gel B from the channel B, uniformly mixing in a machine head, and dispensing along a preset track; and (3) curing, namely standing the organic silica gel sealing ring blank prepared in the last step for 1 min-12 h at the temperature of 10-50 ℃ for foaming, and forming a waterproof skin layer on the surface of the organic silica gel sealing ring blank. The invention can process in time according to the size of the required gasket without a die; the joint generated by a splicing method does not exist, so that the uniformity of the sealing ring is improved; the waterproof grade reaches IPX8 grade.

Background
Silica gel integrates the characteristics of organic matters and the functions of inorganic matters due to the specific molecular structure of the silica gel. The foam material made by foaming silica gel is considered to be the most ideal material for sealing, buffering, shock insulation, flame retardance and insulation due to incomparable compression deformation resistance, excellent weather resistance, excellent performance stability at extreme temperature, excellent flame retardance, low smoke and low toxicity of flame during combustion and the like. At the earliest, the material is mainly used in the aspects of aerospace, and the application range of the material gradually expands various aspects of traffic, industrial production and life along with the improvement of requirements of safety, environmental protection and the like.
At present, the sealing ring is manufactured by applying a silica gel foaming material mainly by adopting the following three modes: stamping, molding and splicing. However, the stamping method causes a large amount of waste of material; the mold prepared by the mold pressing method has higher cost and can not be widely adapted according to different shapes, specifications and sizes; the splicing method is easy to generate seams, and the sealing performance of the sealing ring is poor due to the fact that the compression deformation of the seams is different from that of other places.

s3, programming and controlling dispensing parameters according to the size of the sealing ring to be prepared; starting a dispenser, extruding the organic silica gel A from the channel A, extruding the organic silica gel B from the channel B, mixing at a machine head, extruding glue after uniform mixing, dispensing along a preset track to form an organic silica gel sealing ring blank;
s4, standing the organic silica gel sealing ring blank prepared in the previous step for 1 min-12 h at the temperature of 10-50 ℃ for foaming, and forming a waterproof skin layer on the surface of the organic silica gel sealing ring blank.
The step S2 is further described, the pretreatment working temperature is 5-35 ℃, and the pretreatment time is 30 min-3 h.

s3, setting glue dispensing parameters, wherein the walking speed is 1m/min, the glue dispensing temperature is 25 ℃, and the glue discharging amount of a machine head is 1 g/S; starting a dispenser, stirring A, B two substances at the speed of 1000rpm for 10s, and then stirring at the speed of 2000rpm for 5s for mixing to fully mix the two components of the organic silica gel, thereby completing a glue mixing process; extruding the mixed organic silicon rubber from a machine head, and dispensing along a preset track to form an organic silicon sealing ring blank;
s4, standing the organic silicon sealing ring blank prepared in the previous step for 1h at the temperature of 25 ℃ for foaming, and forming a waterproof skin layer on the surface of the organic silicon sealing ring blank; the ratio of the width to the height of the glue line formed was 6: 5.
The following tests were performed on the silicone rubber foamed sealing rings prepared in the above four examples:

4. The silica gel foaming sealing rings prepared by the four embodiments are sealed on a device needing sealing, and a waterproof grade test is carried out, wherein the specific test contents are as follows:
(1) temperature shock test
The test was performed using a rapid temperature change box C7-480/15ESS, with reference to the test method in GBT31467.3-2015, 7.7.
The test sample is placed in an alternating temperature environment of (-40 +/-2) DEG C to (85 +/-2) DEG C, the conversion time of the two temperatures is within 0.5 hour, and each limit temperature is kept for 8 hours.
(2) Damp and heat cycle test
The test equipment is a constant temperature and humidity box with the model of KTHG-715TBS, and the humidity and heat cycle test is carried out by referring to a GB/T2423.4 test method, and the specific steps are shown in Table 2:

② putting the sample at-40 ℃ and 93% RH for 20-22 h;
③ repeating ①, ② cycles three times;
④ putting the mixture into a chamber with the temperature of 23 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 45-55% RH for 72 h.
(4) Salt water impact test
① the sample is kept in 55 ℃ environment for 15 min;
② immediately thereafter, the sample was immersed in cold saline at 0 ℃ at a concentration of 5% for 5 min.
(5) IPX8 test
After a series of tests such as high-low temperature impact test, temperature-humidity cycle test, salt spray test and the like, the sample is put into water with the depth of 2m and kept for 48 hours.
And (4) conclusion: the samples in the four embodiments have no water stain, which shows that the waterproof requirement of IPX8 grade can be achieved by using the silica gel foaming sealing rings in the invention.

s3, programming and controlling dispensing parameters according to the size of the sealing ring to be prepared; starting a dispenser, extruding the organic silica gel A from the channel A, extruding the organic silica gel B from the channel B, mixing at a machine head, extruding glue after uniform mixing, dispensing along a preset track to form an organic silica gel sealing ring blank;
s4, standing the organic silica gel sealing ring blank prepared in the previous step for 1 min-12 h at the temperature of 10-50 ℃ for foaming, and forming a waterproof skin layer on the surface of the organic silica gel sealing ring blank.
