本发明涉及废料回收技术领域,尤其是涉及一种塑料回收粉碎装置。
背景技术
在塑料回收的时候往往需要将塑料进行粉碎,现有的粉碎装置功能单一,不能将不合格的塑料颗粒进行回收粉碎,不能对塑料颗粒进行加热烘干,灵活性差,粉碎效率低,造成粉碎后的塑料颗粒大小不一,不方便输送和存储。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,方便塑胶制品干燥的塑料回收粉碎装置。为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种塑料回收粉碎装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体的顶端安装有入料斗,输送入料斗的底端安装有粉碎箱,输送粉碎箱的一端安装有轴承座,所述轴承座上连接有第一绞龙和第二绞龙,所述第一绞龙和第二绞龙的一端连接有第一齿轮箱,所述第一齿轮箱上固定有第一电机,所述粉碎箱的底端设有烘干回收箱,所述烘干回收箱的内部安装有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的一端连接有第二齿轮箱,所述第二齿轮箱上安装有第二电机,所述搅拌杆的底端安装有加热杆,所述加热杆的底端安装有筛网,所述筛网的底端安装有出料斗,所述烘干回收箱的一侧安装有离心泵,所述离心泵上安装有输料管。
进一步地,所述装置本体的底端焊接有支撑腿,所述粉碎箱和烘干回收箱焊接相连,所述入料斗与所述粉碎箱焊接相连。
进一步地,所述第一绞龙和第二绞龙的一端与轴承座相连,另一端与第一齿轮箱内的齿轮相连,所述第一电机的转轴与所述第一齿轮箱内的齿轮啮合相连。
进一步地,所述搅拌杆与所述第二齿轮箱内的齿轮啮合相连,所述第二电机的转轴与所述第二齿轮箱的齿轮啮合相连。
进一步地,所述第一电机、第二电机、加热杆和离心泵均与外接电源开关电性连接。
本发明的有益效果:该粉碎装置可以将塑料垃圾进行粉碎成颗粒状塑料,通过搅拌杆进行搅拌,加上加热杆加热,让塑料颗粒快速烘干,并通过筛网进行筛选塑料颗粒,大的颗粒通过离心泵输送到入料斗进行重新粉碎,保障出来的塑料颗粒都是合格的,防止出现在出来口堵住的情况。

下面结合附图对发明进一步说明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种塑料回收粉碎装置,包括装置本体1,所述装置本体1的顶端安装有入料斗4,输送入料斗4的底端安装有粉碎箱2,输送粉碎箱2的一端安装有轴承座15,所述轴承座15上连接有第一绞龙16和第二绞龙17,所述第一绞龙16和第二绞龙17的一端连接有第一齿轮箱5,所述第一齿轮箱5上固定有第一电机6,所述粉碎箱2的底端设有烘干回收箱3,所述烘干回收箱3的内部安装有搅拌杆9,所述搅拌杆9的一端连接有第二齿轮箱7,所述第二齿轮箱7上安装有第二电机8,所述搅拌杆9的底端安装有加热杆10,所述加热杆10的底端安装有筛网18,所述筛网18的底端安装有出料斗12,所述烘干回收箱3的一侧安装有离心泵13,所述离心泵13上安装有输料管14。
所述装置本体1的底端焊接有支撑腿11,所述粉碎箱2和烘干回收箱3焊接相连,所述入料斗4与所述粉碎箱2焊接相连。
所述第一绞龙16和第二绞龙17的一端与轴承座15相连,另一端与第一齿轮箱5内的齿轮相连,所述第一电机6的转轴与所述第一齿轮箱5内的齿轮啮合相连。
所述搅拌杆9与所述第二齿轮箱7内的齿轮啮合相连,所述第二电机8的转轴与所述第二齿轮箱7的齿轮啮合相连。
所述第一电机6、第二电机8、加热杆10和离心泵13均与外接电源开关电性连接。
使用的时候,将塑料垃圾丢入到入料斗4内,通过电源开关,打开第一电机6、第二电机8、加热杆10和离心泵13的电源,让第一电机6制动带动第一齿轮箱5内的齿轮制动,从而带动第一绞龙16和第二绞龙17旋转对塑料垃圾进行粉碎,粉碎后的垃圾掉入到烘干回收箱3内,再通过第二电机8带动第二齿轮箱7内的齿轮旋转,从而带动搅拌杆9进行旋转,从而对颗粒的塑料垃圾进行翻转,再通过加热杆10对塑料颗粒进行加热,然后小颗粒通过筛网18筛出,大颗粒通过离心泵13抽吸到入料斗4进行重新加工。

1.一种塑料回收粉碎装置,包括装置本体,其特征在于,所述装置本体的顶端安装有入料斗,输送入料斗的底端安装有粉碎箱,输送粉碎箱的一端安装有轴承座,所述轴承座上连接有第一绞龙和第二绞龙,所述第一绞龙和第二绞龙的一端连接有第一齿轮箱,所述第一齿轮箱上固定有第一电机,所述粉碎箱的底端设有烘干回收箱,所述烘干回收箱的内部安装有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的一端连接有第二齿轮箱,所述第二齿轮箱上安装有第二电机,所述搅拌杆的底端安装有加热杆,所述加热杆的底端安装有筛网,所述筛网的底端安装有出料斗,所述烘干回收箱的一侧安装有离心泵,所述离心泵上安装有输料管。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种塑料回收粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体的底端焊接有支撑腿,所述粉碎箱和烘干回收箱焊接相连,所述入料斗与所述粉碎箱焊接相连。
