The invention provides a bud-breaking-preventing sugarcane seed cutting device of a sugarcane planter, which comprises a base; the base comprises a lower roller frame and an upper roller frame, one ends of the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are mutually connected through a short support, and the other ends of the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are mutually connected through a long support; the long support is provided with a support cross rod, and the top end of the long support is provided with a connecting disc; the connecting plate is provided with an air cylinder, and a piston rod of the air cylinder is connected with a cutter; a plurality of conveying rollers are hinged between the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame; a detection assembly is arranged between the cutter and the supporting cross rod, and a gap used for the sugarcane to be fed in the axial direction is reserved between the cutter and the detection assembly. The invention has compact and reasonable structure, can accurately identify the position of the seed bud, avoids the seed bud when cutting off, and ensures that the seed bud is not damaged when cutting off the sugarcane seeds.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bud breaking-proof sugarcane seed cutting device of a sugarcane planter.
Background
Before the sugarcane is planted, the sugarcane needs to be cut into single sections or multiple sections, and the germination rate of the sugarcane can be guaranteed only by keeping the seed buds of the sugarcane intact, so that the healthy growth of the sugarcane is guaranteed. At present, researches on various sugarcane seed cutting devices and systems are not always available, but the researches are not perfect and mainly show the problems of immature technology, high cost, single function, inconvenience for planting processes and the like, for example, the sugarcane seed cutting device disclosed by the Chinese patent application No. 2016101674301 adopts image binocular vision to position seed buds, two cameras are arranged along the axial direction of the sugarcane, if the seed buds are more inclined, the condition that the seed buds are missed to be detected is possibly caused, and the cameras are also easily influenced by light rays to influence the detection effect.

The invention provides a bud-breaking-preventing sugarcane seed cutting device of a sugarcane planter, which comprises a base; the base comprises a lower roller frame and an upper roller frame, one ends of the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are mutually connected through a short support, and the other ends of the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are mutually connected through a long support; the long support is provided with a support cross rod, and the top end of the long support is provided with a connecting disc; the connecting plate is provided with an air cylinder, and a piston rod of the air cylinder is connected with a cutter; a plurality of conveying rollers are hinged between the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame; a detection assembly is arranged between the cutter and the supporting cross rod, and a gap used for the sugarcane to be fed in the axial direction is reserved between the cutter and the detection assembly.
The lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are arranged in parallel, and the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame are double-layer roller frames.
A plurality of conveying rollers are uniformly arranged between the lower roller frame and the upper roller frame.
The detection assembly comprises vertical supports arranged on the supporting cross rod, the vertical supports are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the supporting cross rod, and the top ends of the vertical supports are connected through clamping rollers; and a detection roller and a transverse push rod arranged on the lower side of the detection roller are connected between the vertical supports in a sliding manner, and a linear displacement sensor is arranged on the transverse push rod.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the anti-bud-breaking sugarcane seed cutting device of the sugarcane planter comprises a base 4; the base 4 comprises a lower roller frame 403 and an upper roller frame 404, one ends of the lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404 are connected with each other through a short support, and the other ends are connected with each other through a long support; a support cross rod 402 is arranged on the long support, and a connecting disc 401 is arranged at the top end of the long support; an air cylinder 1 is arranged on the connecting disc 401, and a piston rod of the air cylinder 1 is connected with a cutter 2; a plurality of conveying rollers 5 are hinged between the lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404; and a detection assembly 3 is arranged between the cutter 2 and the supporting cross rod 402, and a gap used for feeding the sugarcane in the axial direction is reserved between the cutter 2 and the detection assembly 3.
The lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404 are arranged in parallel, and both the lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404 are double-layer roller frames.
A plurality of conveying rollers 5 are uniformly arranged between the lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404.
The detection assembly 3 comprises vertical supports 301 arranged on a support cross bar 402, the vertical supports 301 are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the support cross bar 402, and the top ends of the vertical supports 301 are connected through a clamping roller 307; a detection roller 305 and a transverse push rod 308 arranged on the lower side of the detection roller 305 are connected between the vertical brackets 301 in a sliding manner, and a linear displacement sensor 302 is arranged on the transverse push rod 308.
The vertical support 301 is provided with a vertical sliding groove, a sliding block 303 is connected in the vertical sliding groove in a sliding mode, the sliding block 303 is connected with the bottom of the vertical sliding groove through a return spring 309, and a transverse push rod 308 is connected with the vertical support 301 in a sliding mode through the sliding block 303.
The pinch roller 307 is connected to the vertical support 301 by a diagonal support shaft 306.
The detection roller 305 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 304, and the detection roller 305 is connected with the sliding block 303 through the rotating shaft 304.
The gap is less than the length of a single section of sugar cane.
And a controller is arranged on the cylinder 1 and is in communication connection with the linear displacement sensor 302.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sugarcane enters between the detection roller 305 and the two clamping rollers 307 of the detection assembly 3 after passing through the lower roller frame 403 and the upper roller frame 404, when the protruding sugarcane stem node part or seed bud passes through the detection roller 305, the sugarcane stem node part or seed bud props against the detection roller 305 to move downwards, the probe at the upper end of the linear displacement sensor 302 is further pushed to move downwards, the linear displacement sensor 302 transmits a detected signal to the controller, and the controller controls the cylinder to drive the cutter 2 to cut downwards according to the received signal, so that the cutting process is completed. In the cutting process, the installation positions of the cutter 2 and the detection component 3 are staggered by a distance in the axial direction of sugarcane feeding, the distance is smaller than the length of a single sugarcane segment and is about half of the length of the single sugarcane segment generally, and therefore the cutting position of the cutter is guaranteed not to be cut.
In conclusion, the axial position of the seed buds of the sugarcane can be detected, the installation positions of the cutter 2 and the detection assembly 3 are staggered by a distance in the axial direction of feeding of the sugarcane, the distance is smaller than the length of a single sugarcane segment and is generally about half of the length of the single sugarcane segment, and therefore the seed buds of the sugarcane cannot be cut when the cutter cuts off the sugarcane.
