The working principle is as follows: when the stepping motor drives the roll-over stand to overturn, two ends of the stepping motor respectively drive the first driving connecting rod 4 and the second driving connecting rod 5 to act, the first driving connecting rod 4 pulls the first material turning plate 2, and the second driving connecting rod 5 pushes the second material turning plate 3, so that the process of turning the material after the material is supported from the conveying frame 1 and then placing the material in the conveying frame 1 is realized, and due to the arrangement of the two conveying frames 1, the distance between the two conveying frames 1 is convenient for avoiding the first material turning plate 2 and the second material turning plate 3 during the material turning action so as to prevent the motion interference phenomenon.

In order to further improve the material turning effect and increase the friction force between the workpiece and the first material turning plate 2 and the second material turning plate 3, the surfaces of the first workpiece supporting surface and the second workpiece supporting surface are provided with anti-skid reticulate patterns.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transportation frames 1 on both sides are synchronous belt transportation frames 1.
The stepping motor is controlled by the single chip microcomputer, and the timing unit is arranged in the single chip microcomputer, so that the reversing time of the stepping motor can be set, and the control is convenient.
