Abstract

The invention adopts the technical scheme that the precise filtering injector comprises a jacket, a filtering device, a filtering membrane fixing device and a push rod, wherein a needle base is arranged at one end of the jacket, the filtering device is arranged at one end, close to the needle base, in the jacket, the filtering device is fixed in the jacket through the filtering membrane fixing device, and the push rod is arranged in the jacket; but filter equipment includes elastically deformable's installation piece and microfiltration membrane, microfiltration membrane fixes on the installation piece.
Furthermore, the mounting piece is provided with a hole, the precise filtering membrane is fixed on the mounting piece and concentrically fixed with the hole, and the area of the precise filtering membrane is larger than that of the hole. The mounting piece and the precise filtering membrane are fused together to form the filtering device.

A precise filtering injector comprises an outer sleeve 1, a filtering device 4, a filtering membrane fixing device 3 and a push rod 2.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the outer sleeve 1 is provided with a needle seat 5, the filtering device 4 is arranged at one end of the outer sleeve 1 close to the needle seat 5, the filtering device 4 is fixed in the outer sleeve 1 through a filtering membrane fixing device 3, the push rod 2 is arranged in the outer sleeve 1, one end of the push rod 2 far away from the needle seat 5 extends to the outside of the outer sleeve 1 along the axial direction of the outer sleeve 1, and the push rod 2 is arranged in the outer sleeve 1 in a sliding manner. The filter membrane fixing device 3 is located between the filter device and the push rod 2.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the filtering apparatus includes an elastically deformable mounting plate 41 and a microfiltration membrane 42, the mounting plate 41 is provided with a hole, the microfiltration membrane 42 is fixed on the mounting plate 42, the microfiltration membrane 42 is concentrically fixed with the hole, and the area of the microfiltration membrane 42 is larger than that of the hole. The mounting plate 41 is a plastic sheet or a thin silicone sheet.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the filtering membrane fixing device 3 includes a sealing plate 31 and a liquid inlet 32, the sealing plate 31 is fixedly installed in the housing 1, and an extending end extending toward the needle holder 5 is vertically provided on an outer edge of the sealing plate 31. The closing plate 31 is provided with a liquid inlet 32. The liquid inlet 32 is provided with a plurality of liquid inlets 32 which are arranged in a ring shape. In this embodiment, the number of the liquid inlet ports 32 is four.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the puncture needle arranged on the needle stand 5 is inserted into the liquid medicine, the push rod 2 is pulled, the mounting piece 41 on the filtering device 4 can deform and bend, the mounting piece 41 can be separated from the bottom of the inner cavity wall of the outer sleeve 1 to form a certain gap, and the liquid medicine enters the outer sleeve 1 along with the gap; after the liquid medicine suction is finished, the push rod 2 is pushed outwards, the mounting piece 41 on the filtering device 4 can be tightly attached to the bottom of the inner cavity wall of the outer sleeve 1, so that the liquid medicine can not flow out, meanwhile, the precise filtering membrane 42 on the filtering device 4 is squeezed inside, and the liquid medicine flows out after being filtered by the precise filtering membrane 42 and enters a human body or an infusion bottle through the puncture needle.
