Abstract
The invention discloses an injection device, which comprises a medicament tube for containing medicaments, a piston for pushing the medicaments, a sleeve and a push rod, wherein a needle is arranged at the head end of the medicament tube, the piston is arranged at the tail end of the medicament tube, the piston can move from the tail end to the head end in the medicament tube to push the medicaments, the sleeve and the push rod are arranged at the tail end of the sleeve, the medicament tube is detachably arranged in the sleeve, the push rod can move along the extending direction of the medicament tube, and the head end of the push rod is propped against the end face of the tail end of the piston. After the injection device is used, the medicament tube is automatically scrapped without artificial deliberate damage, so that the defects caused by participation of human factors are avoided, the repeated use of the injection device is avoided, the structure of the medicament tube is simplified, and the cost is saved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an injection device.
Background
In order to avoid cross-infection when a human or animal inputs or removes media, the hypodermic syringe must be disposable and disposed of as waste after use. The most commonly used disposable syringes at present consist of a hollow cylinder, a needle, and a stopper and a piston rod which are assembled in the cylinder. The biggest problem with such syringes is that after injection, the needle is intact and the syringe body, the piston and the piston rod connecting the piston are also intact and thus still reusable. Thus, there is a problem in that the syringe is reused, resulting in a safety problem.
Therefore, how to provide an injection device that can be reused is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an injection device, which comprises a medicament tube for containing medicaments and a piston for pushing the medicaments, wherein a needle is arranged at the head end of the medicament tube, the piston is arranged at the tail end of the medicament tube, the piston can move from the tail end to the head end in the medicament tube to push the medicaments, the injection device further comprises a sleeve and a push rod arranged at the tail end of the sleeve, the medicament tube is detachably arranged in the sleeve, the push rod can move along the extending direction of the medicament tube, and the head end of the push rod abuts against the tail end face of the piston.
Preferably, the periphery of the piston is provided with an annular bulge, the inner side wall of the head end of the medicament tube is provided with an annular groove, and the annular groove can be clamped with the annular bulge to limit the piston to retract.
Preferably, the outer periphery of the piston is provided with a plurality of annular protrusions in sequence along the axial direction.
Preferably, the piston is specifically a rubber piston, and a recess is formed in the middle of the end face of the tail end of the rubber piston.

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide an injection device which can prevent repeated use and improve the safety.
In order to better understand the aspects of the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an injection device according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a drug tube in an embodiment of an injection device according to the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of a cannula in an embodiment of the injection device according to the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an injection device, which comprises a medicament tube 1 and a sleeve 5, wherein the medicament tube 1 is used for containing medicament, the tail end of the medicament tube is provided with a piston 2, the head end of the medicament tube is provided with a needle, and the piston 2 can move from the tail end to the head end in the medicament tube 1 so as to push the medicament. The push rod 3 is installed to sleeve pipe 5 tail end, and medicament pipe 1 detachably installs in sleeve pipe 5, and push rod 3 can follow the extending direction of medicament pipe 1 and remove, and the head end of push rod 3 offsets with the tail end terminal surface of piston 2. Wherein the head end of each component is one end close to the needle head, and the tail end is one end far away from the needle head.
During injection, the medicament tube 1 filled with medicament is installed in the sleeve 5, the push rod 3 is pushed to push the piston 2 to move from the tail end of the medicament tube 1 to the head end, medicament pushing is achieved, the push rod 3 is propped against the piston 2 and is not connected, so that the push rod 3 can only push the piston 2 to the head end of the medicament tube 1, when the push rod 3 is withdrawn, the piston 2 can be left at the head end of the medicament tube 1 and cannot retract, the medicament tube 1 is automatically scrapped after use, artificial deliberate damage is not needed, the defect caused by human factor participation is avoided, the repeated use of the injection device is avoided, the structure of the medicament tube is simplified, and cost is saved only by replacing the medicament tube 1 during injection.
In the injection device provided by the specific embodiment of the invention, the periphery of the piston 2 is provided with an annular bulge, the inner side wall of the head end of the medicament tube 1 is provided with an annular groove, and the annular groove can be clamped with the annular bulge to limit the retraction of the piston 2. Specifically, the outer periphery of the piston 2 is provided with a plurality of annular projections in order in the axial direction, such as two annular projections. When the piston 2 is pushed to the head end of the medicament tube 1, the piston is blocked by the annular protrusion and the annular groove, and the return is prevented. The number and the shape of the annular protrusions and the annular grooves can be adjusted according to the situation, and the annular protrusions and the annular grooves are all within the protection scope of the invention.
The piston 2 may be a rubber piston, and a recess is formed in the middle of the end face of the tail end of the rubber piston. The medicament can be injected from the concave position in the middle of the rubber piston by a common injector according to the requirement; liquid medicine can also be filled into the small hole of the connecting part of the medicament tube 1 and the needle head; the medicine tube 1 can also be directly used as a medicine bottle, and a medicine factory can directly pour liquid medicine into the medicine tube 1, so that the using amount of the medicine bottle is reduced.
In order to further improve the safety, a needle may be provided at the edge of the front end face of the cartridge 1. When the piston 2 is pushed back through the needle head position, the piston 2 cannot be pushed back due to uneven stress due to the fact that the stress points are located at the edges of the piston, and repeated use is further avoided.
On the basis of the injection device provided by the above specific embodiments, the side surface of the sleeve 5 is provided with an opening for the medicament tube 1 to enter and exit, the head end of the sleeve 5 is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding the needle, the tail end of the sleeve 5 is provided with a side ear, and the medicament tube 1 is convenient to mount and dismount. The guide block 4 is arranged at the tail end of the sleeve 5, a through hole matched with the push rod 3 is formed in the middle of the guide block 4, the push rod 3 is arranged in the through hole, smooth movement of the push rod 3 is guaranteed, and the guide block 4 can be integrally arranged with the sleeve 5 or can be split. The push rod head 6 can be clamped at the head end of the push rod 3, and the push rod head 6 is propped against the piston 2, so that the push rod 3 can be conveniently detached and installed.
In order to ensure the stability of injection, a fixing buckle 7 for fixing the medicament tube 1 can be arranged on the periphery of the sleeve 5, so that the sleeve 5 and the medicament tube 1 are relatively fixed during injection or are directly fixed through bayonet connection. The inner side of the tail end of the sleeve 5 is provided with an inner thread, and the outer side of the tail end of the medicament tube 1 is provided with an outer thread matched with the inner thread.

The injection device comprises a medicament tube (1) for containing medicament and a piston (2) for pushing the medicament, wherein a needle is arranged at the head end of the medicament tube (1), the piston (2) is arranged at the tail end of the medicament tube (1), and the piston (2) can move from the tail end to the head end in the medicament tube (1) to push the medicament, and the injection device is characterized by further comprising a sleeve (5) and a push rod (3) arranged at the tail end of the sleeve (5), the medicament tube (1) is detachably arranged in the sleeve (5), the push rod (3) can move along the extending direction of the medicament tube (1), and the head end of the push rod (3) abuts against the tail end face of the piston (2);
the side of the sleeve (5) is provided with an opening for the medicament tube (1) to enter and exit, the head end of the sleeve (5) is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding a needle, the tail end of the sleeve (5) is provided with a side lug, and the periphery of the sleeve (5) is provided with a fixing buckle (7) for fixing the medicament tube (1);
