Description

Plasma collecting system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plasma collection, in particular to a plasma collection system and a plasma collection method applied to a plasma collector.
Background
The existing blood plasma collector separates different blood components by high-speed centrifugation according to the specific gravity difference of the blood components. The method comprises the steps of mixing the exported blood with a certain proportion of anticoagulant, inputting the mixture into a separation cup, rotating the separation cup at a high speed under the driving of a plasma collection machine, and layering blood components with different specific gravities, such as red blood cells, plasma, platelets and the like in the blood in the separation cup under the action of centrifugal force, so that the purpose of collecting the plasma is achieved.
However, in a closed system with the entire collection, when one plasma collection bag is full of plasma, plasma collection can no longer be performed. If more blood plasma is required to be collected, the whole set of pipeline consumables needs to be replaced, so that the blood plasma collection cost is high, and the labor intensity of medical staff is increased. With respect to the collection of the completed plasma, during use, if a single plasma collection bag is unsealed once, the plasma in the unsealed plasma collection bag must be completely processed. When plasma use is incomplete, storage of the remaining plasma is relatively complicated. In addition, after the plasma collection is completed, blood products still remain in the pipeline consumables, which not only causes the waste of blood resources, but also causes the pollution to the environment.

Preferably, the plasma collecting bag is connected with the outlet end of the collecting tube and the inlet end of the exhaust tube, the inlet end of the collecting tube and the outlet end of the exhaust tube are respectively connected with the plasma collecting tube through pipelines, and plasma output by the plasma collecting tube firstly flows through the inlet end of the collecting tube and then flows through the outlet end of the exhaust tube.
Preferably, a plurality of plasma collecting bags are arranged, each plasma collecting bag is respectively connected with the outlet end of an independent collecting pipe and the inlet end of an independent exhaust pipe, the inlet end of the collecting pipe and the outlet end of the exhaust pipe are respectively connected with the plasma collecting pipe through pipelines, and plasma output by the plasma collecting pipe firstly flows through the inlet end of the collecting pipe and then flows through the outlet end of the exhaust pipe.
Preferably, the collecting pipe is provided with a clip.
Preferably, the plasma collecting tube is connected with the outlet end of the separating cup, the inlet end of the separating cup is connected with the blood collecting and transporting tube, and the blood collecting and transporting tube is provided with a blood filter.
Preferably, a pipeline connection is formed between the blood filter and the pressure detector.
Preferably, a clamping piece is arranged on the connecting pipeline between the blood filter and the pressure detector.
Preferably, the saline pipeline is provided with a clamping piece.
Preferably, the plasma recovery bag is provided with a vent plug.
A method of plasma collection using a plasma collection system as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the plasma output by the separating cup enters the plasma recovery bag along the plasma collecting tube, part of the plasma can simultaneously enter the plasma collecting bag, and when the separating cup does not output the plasma any more, saline water washing can be carried out on the plasma collecting pipeline system through the saline water bag and the saline water pipeline, so that residual plasma in the plasma collecting pipeline system can enter the plasma collecting bag and the plasma recovery bag, therefore, under the condition of not replacing the whole pipeline consumable, a plurality of finished plasma products can still be obtained through the plasma collecting bag and the plasma recovery bag at the same time, thereby conveniently realizing the purpose of collecting a plurality of finished plasma products at one time, not only reducing the waste of blood resources, but also reducing the plasma collecting cost and lightening the labor intensity of medical staff.
