The combination of the first telescopic rod 6 and the universal joint 3 realizes the mutual noninterference of the massage and shoulder rising movement, the power transmission is not influenced mutually, the device can adapt to the body shaking with small amplitude of the human body, and the use stability of the device is improved.

The shoulder shrugging mechanism has the working principle that the worm 45 is driven to rotate by the shoulder shrugging input shaft 42, the worm 45 is driven to rotate by the worm wheel 46 meshed with the worm 45, and the worm wheel and worm transmission is unidirectional, so that the shrugging mechanism has retainability, can keep shrugging on shoulders during massage, and improves the treatment efficiency of the device.
The cam 24, the shoulder shrug connecting rod 5 and the shoulder sleeve 1 form a crank-slider mechanism (the shoulders can only be shrunken up and down, and a vertical track is provided for the shoulder sleeve), so that the shoulder shrugging motion is realized.
The power mechanism comprises a motor 35 fixedly connected with the main board 25, the motor 35 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a main bevel gear 34, the left side and the right side of the main bevel gear 34 are respectively connected with an output bevel gear 33 in a meshed mode, and the output bevel gears 33 are respectively coaxially and fixedly connected with a second telescopic rod 32; the head ends of the second telescopic rods 32 are rotatably connected to the top of the main plate 25, and the tail ends of the second telescopic rods 32 are respectively rotatably connected to the tops of the adjusting plates 26 on the same side;
the second telescopic rod 32 and the first telescopic rod 6 both comprise an outer rod and an inner rod which are connected through a spline;
the tail end of the second telescopic rod 32 is connected with a switching shaft 37 through a first bevel gear set 36, the switching shaft 37 is rotatably connected to the top of the adjusting plate 26, the front end of the switching shaft 37 is coaxially and fixedly connected with an incomplete gear 38, and a massage gear 39 and a shoulder gear 43 are respectively meshed and connected to the left side and the right side of the incomplete gear 38.
The power mechanism can realize the alternate movement of the massage mechanism and the shoulder shrugging mechanism, and the principle is that the motor drives the two second telescopic rods 32 to rotate. The second telescopic rod 32 drives the switching shaft 37 to move, and the incomplete gear 38 on the switching shaft 37 only can be meshed with one gear at a time because only part of the gears are arranged, namely, the incomplete gear 38 is alternately meshed with the massage gear 39 and the shrug shoulder gear 43, so that the alternate movement of the two mechanisms is realized.
The function of the second telescopic rod is to provide possibility for the action movement of the adjusting plate 26, and power transmission can still be realized after the adjusting plate 26 moves left and right.
One side of the outer circumference of the incomplete gear 38 is a semicircular arc, and the other side of the outer circumference of the incomplete gear is a toothed part; the number of teeth of the incomplete gear 38 is equal to that of the shrug gear 43. The arrangement can realize one-time massage for one period of shoulder shrugging, thereby realizing alternation of massage and exercise and improving the treatment effect of the device.
The universal joint 3 comprises an inner knot arranged in the middle, both ends of the inner knot are rotatably connected with a cross-shaped connecting rod, and the other two ends of the connecting rod are rotatably connected with an outer knot; the two outer sections are respectively and fixedly connected with the first telescopic rod 6 and the massage main shaft 13.
This device is when using, at first will rotate regulation runner 31, adjust regulating plate 26 and shoulder cover 1 to the position that accords with patient's shoulder width, then place shoulder cover 1 in patient's shoulder, patient's big arm root is placed in to arm cover 2, fix a position shoulder cover 1 and patient's shoulder through adjusting screw 23 of screwing, fix a position shoulder cover 1 and patient's big arm root through tightening shoulder bandage 8, then twine chest bandage 8 in patient's chest, tighten chest bandage 8 as required, stabilize the location on patient's body with this device.
The motor 35 is controlled to work, so that shoulder shrugging can be realized, and the muscles on the back side of the scapula of a patient can be massaged by one shoulder shrugging period, so that the treatment effect is effectively improved.
