Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal nutrition and feed science, and particularly relates to a compound premix feed for solving the problem of pig yellow fat meat, and a preparation method of the compound premix feed for solving the problem of pig yellow fat meat.
Background
In recent years, with the increase of the intensive degree of pig breeding, ultra-high level or unbalanced nutrition supply exists in production, and the mass-occurring nutrition metabolism diseases are mass-occurred. The pig yellow fat is the yellow stain of subcutaneous fat after the finishing pig is slaughtered, the appearance and the selling price of pork are seriously influenced, the carcass slaughtering rate of the yellow fat pig is obviously reduced, and the great economic loss is brought to breeding enterprises.
Porcine yellow fat, also known as nutritional panniculitis, is characterized by inflammation of adipose tissue, deposition of waxy pigments. The generation of the yellow fat meat is mainly caused by the oxidation of fatty acid caused by the over-high content of unsaturated fatty acid in the feed and the lack of antioxidant, and the generation of the yellow fat meat of pigs is mostly related to the use of aged corns in feed enterprises in recent years. Lipid oxidation occurs during corn aging, producing a large amount of harmful alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, hydrocarbons, and the like. Lipid peroxides are absorbed by the intestinal tract and circulate with the blood into various tissues. Lipid peroxidation products can cause the oxidative stress of organisms and simultaneously cause the oxidation of biomembrane lipids, induce lipid oxidation chain reaction, form a cross-linked body of oxidized protein and lipid, and cause the generation of pig yellow fat meat.
In the prior art for preventing the pig yellow fat meat, vitamin E or selenium is mainly added into feed so as to prevent the feed from being oxidized and deteriorated. However, the technology has certain limitation, and the proportion of the aged corn in the feed and the oxidation degree of the aged corn influence the effect of the antioxidant. In addition, the existing tests for preventing the pig yellow fat meat and the feed formula technology are concentrated in the fattening stage, and our tests show that the occurrence of the pig yellow fat meat has an accumulative effect, and once the yellow fat meat is formed, the yellow fat meat is difficult to eliminate, so that the prevention technology needs to be adopted in advance.
Aiming at the limitations of the existing technology for preventing the yellow fat meat, the invention provides a compound premix feed for solving the problem of the yellow fat meat of the pigs.
