Abstract

The present invention relates to a brush for lip color cosmetics and a mascara container having the same, the brush comprising: a rod connecting part having one side part made of twisted wire and a plurality of other side parts branched from the one side part; a brush body integrally formed with the other side portion such that the other side portion extending from the lever connection portion has a loop (hop) or closed loop (closed loop) structure; and a plurality of bristles (fibers) pressed by the twisted wires of the brush body and projected in an outer direction of the brush body.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a brush and a mascara container having the same.

Background

In general, mascara cosmetics applied using a makeup tool may be used in order to exhibit an elegant and dry style to eyelashes.

The prior art mascara makeup tool is provided with a gasket or an inner plug for suppressing the outflow of mascara solution by storing mascara solution inside a container body.

Such a prior art mascara make-up tool has a disadvantage in that the brush itself to which the brush is attached cannot be separated from the barrel when the diameter of the brush, i.e., the brush, is larger than the diameter of the brush rod or the inner diameter of the inner plug, because the inner plug is mounted at the access hole of the barrel.

In addition, the prior art brush or brush set has a shape that is simply extended in the same or similar direction as the axial extension direction of the brush rod or a shape of a line, and thus has a disadvantage that it is inconvenient to apply or makeup mascara solution to eyelashes having various curves.

According to the mascara make-up tool of the prior art, having a stick shape in which a brush is combined to a brush stick, the contact of eyelash and mascara brush is in a straight line shape, or the amplitude of the brush is narrow so that only surface contact can be made, with the result that the application manner may be very limited.

Disclosure of Invention

An embodiment of the present invention is directed to solving the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a brush and a mascara container including the same, in which one surface and the other surface of the brush are different in shape according to a curved three-dimensional shape, so that surface contact of a plurality of shapes can be performed, and various application methods can be performed.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a brush, comprising: a rod connecting part having one side part made of twisted wire and a plurality of other side parts branched from the one side part; a brush body integrally formed with the other side portion such that the other side portion extending from the lever connection portion has a loop (hop) or closed loop (closed loop) structure; and a plurality of bristles (fibers) pressed by the twisted wires of the brush body and projected in the inner and outer directions of the brush body.

Further, the brush may include a shaft member-shaped brush bar having a hole coupled to the bar connecting portion so as to support the brush body.

In addition, the bristles may be provided in the entire section or a partial section of the brush body.

In addition, the one side portion may be inserted into the hole of the tip end of the brush bar with interference insertion in the bar connecting portion, the other side portion may be disposed outside the hole, and the bar connecting portion may include a bent portion connecting between the other side portion and the one side portion to each other in a state bent corresponding to an inclination angle with respect to an extending direction of the one side portion.

According to other aspects of the present invention, there may be provided a mascara container with a brush for applying a cosmetic used as mascara, including the above-mentioned brush, the mascara container comprising: a vessel containing the cosmetic; and a container body having a first groove portion for receiving the vessel and a second groove portion for receiving the brush.

In addition, in the container main body, the first groove portion may be disposed on one side of a top surface of the container main body, and the second groove portion may be disposed on the other side of the top surface of the container main body, and the container main body may include: an inner lid rotatably coupled to one side hinge portion of the container body so as to shield the first groove portion; and an outer cap rotatably coupled to the other hinge portion of the container body so as to cover the inner cap and the second groove portion, the second groove portion having a groove volume capable of accommodating a single or a plurality of brushes including a brush body, a rod connecting portion, and a brush rod.

Further, the mascara container provided with the brush may include: the brush comprises a brush body and a brush rod, wherein the brush body protrudes with a plurality of bristles, and the brush rod is obliquely connected with the brush body to form an angle; a vessel containing a cosmetic; and a container body having a first groove portion for receiving the vessel and a second groove portion for receiving the brush.

The brush of an aspect of the present invention has a loop (hop) structure or a closed loop (closed loop) structure, and has an advantage of easily exhibiting various shapes of the brush.

The mascara container with the brush according to the present invention stores mascara cosmetic in a vessel so that the mascara cosmetic can be dipped and applied, thereby being convenient to use and carry the container.

The brush of the invention can improve the holding feeling of the brush due to the inclination formed between the brush and the brush rod, and can facilitate the application of the mascara cream cosmetic dipped in the vessel.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In describing the present invention, when it is determined that specific descriptions of related well-known structures or functions may obscure the gist of the present invention, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a mascara container having a brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of a state where an outer cap and an inner cap are spread by rotation in the mascara container shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a coupling relationship of the brush shown in fig. 1, fig. 4 is a flowchart for explaining a manufacturing method of the brush shown in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining a shape of a brush body that can be coupled to the brush bar shown in fig. 3.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the brush 100 of the present embodiment may mean an application tool for mascara cosmetic itself manufactured separately from the container 10 and capable of being received and integrated in the container 10, or a cosmetic product or a makeup tool set together with the container 10. For example, the container 10 may be constructed to include the brush 100. Although not shown, the container 10 may have a container shape in which only the vessel 11 is contained and can be opened or closed by a rotary lid, and thus is not limited to a specific container shape.

The brush 100 may include a brush bar 110, a bar connection part 120, a brush body 130, and bristles (fibers) 140.

The brush bar 110 may be combined with the brush body 130. The brush bar 110 may be in the shape of a handle, a knob, or a shaft member to support the brush body 130, and the brush bar 110 may have a hole 111 at its distal end surface to be coupled with the bar connecting part 120.

The container 11 is made of a sponge or a porous polymer material, and serves to store the mascara solution contained therein in the pores of the material or to supply the mascara solution to the brush 100 side by contact with the brush 100.

For example, when compared with an oil-based material, i.e., a semi-solid or highly viscous liquid material, the mascara cosmetic stored in the vessel 11 may be composed of a color cosmetic material having a relatively low viscosity as compared with such an existing material. The viscosity of the cosmetic may be from 1000cPs to 50000 cPs. The mascara composition can be easily contained in the vessel 11, and can be easily supplied from the vessel 11 to the bristles 140 of the brush body 130.

The present embodiment can also solve the problem of installing the existing cosmetic product in the form of an inner plug by means of the vessel 11 and the brush 100.

For example, when the brush stick 120 and the brush body 130 are combined in a curved form while forming an angle, or when the ring-structured or closed-loop-structured brush 100 is used in an existing general mascara container, it may be difficult to access an access hole of an inner plug provided on an inlet of the general mascara container, and at this time, if the size of the access hole of the inner plug is large, it may be difficult to adjust the amount of the mascara cosmetic. Even if the access hole of the inner plug is configured to be adjustable, the entire brush 100 may be completely immersed in the fluid cosmetic in the general mascara container. In this case, the cosmetics flow into the space portion inside the ring of the brush 100, and the flowed-in cosmetics are bound together along the inner side surface of the brush body 130 due to viscosity (e.g., fluid force between the soap foam sprayer and the soap foam liquid), so that unnecessary outflow of the cosmetics may occur.

However, since the brush 100 of the present embodiment is in contact with the vessel 11, it is possible to easily adjust the amount of the mascara composition, prevent the hairs 140 of the brush 100 and the brush body 130 from being stuck together by being entirely immersed in the mascara composition, and effectively transfer a proper amount of the mascara composition from the vessel 11, thereby facilitating the application work.

The bristles 140 and the brush body 130 around the bristles may further include a surface treatment portion (not shown) such as flocking (flocking) that is suitable for applying or transferring mascara composition. For example, a part or all of the outer surfaces of the brush body 130 and the bristles 140 may be provided by flocking.

The container 11 containing the mascara cosmetic is made of a porous polymer material, is elastically deformable, absorbs fluid, and may be formed in any form of a plate member, a circular block, a rectangular block, or an air cushion. The vessel 11 may contain one or two kinds of mascara cosmetics. In this case, a partition wall (not shown) for dividing one side and the other side of the vessel 11 or for dividing a plurality of regions may be further formed inside the center of the vessel 11.

The vessel 11 may be mounted on the container body 12. For example, the container body 12 may have a first channel portion 13 for receiving the vessel 11 and a second channel portion 14 for receiving the brush 100. The first groove portion 13 and the second groove portion 14 may be manufactured or injection-molded in a circular or quadrangular groove shape.

At this time, the container body 12 may have the first tank portion 13 disposed on one side of the top surface of the container body 12 and the second tank portion 14 disposed on the other side of the top surface of the container body 12.

Such a container body 12 may have a structure similar to that of a compact-type cosmetic product, and the shape and structure thereof may be injection molded in various forms according to the use or function of the container 10.

In addition, the container main body 12 may include an inner lid 16, and the inner lid 16 may be rotatably coupled to one side hinge portion 15 of the container main body 12 at R2 to shield the first groove portion 13.

The shape of the inner lid 16 may be formed in the same shape as or similar to the shape of the first groove portion 13 (e.g., circular shape). Such an inner lid 16 can be kept sealed or shielded by being in contact with the rim top surface of the first groove portion 13. In addition, the inner lid 16 may include a single hinge portion 16a rotatably coupled to the one side hinge portion 15.

In addition, the container main body 12 may include an outer cover 18, and the outer cover 18 may be rotatably coupled to the other side hinge portion 17 of the container main body 12 at R1 to cover the inner cover and the second groove portion 14.

The outer lid 18 may include a double hinge portion 18a protruding from a corner of the rectangular lid rim, and rotatably coupled to the other side hinge portion 17.

In addition, a mirror 19 may be attached to the inner side surface of the cover 18 for user convenience.

In addition, the second groove portion 14 may have a volume capable of accommodating a single or a plurality of brushes 100 including the bristles 140, the brush body 130, the rod connecting portion 120, and the brush rod 110.

Referring to fig. 3, the rod connecting part 120 of the brush 100 may have one side part 121 formed of a twisted wire 33 and a plurality of other side parts 123 branched from the one side part 121. The twisted wire 33 may be a wire-shaped workpiece formed by twisting two hairpin-shaped wires 30 in a state where the hair 140 is implanted.

In addition, the brush body 130 extends from the branched other side portion 123 of the lever connection part 120 to form a ring structure or a closed loop structure, and at this time, is integrally formed with the branched other side portion 123.

Additionally, the plurality of bristles 140 may be secured by the twisted wires 33 of the brush body 130. At this time, the middle portion of each of the bristles 140 may be pressed by the twisted wire 33, and the distal end portion of each of the bristles 140 may be disposed inside or outside the brush body 130. That is, the plurality of bristles 140 may be fixed by the twisted wires 33 of the brush body 130 and protrude in the inner and outer directions of the brush body 130.

The rod connecting part 120, the brush body 130, and the bristles 140 can be mass-produced efficiently by the production method shown in fig. 4.

First, the operator or the brush manufacturing apparatus may perform the raw material supplying step (S10) to supply the hair 140 aligned in a plurality of rows and the hair 30 bent in the form of two rows of hairpin lines in the shape of "U".

At this time, one side of the wire 30 may be a closed end portion 31 in a ring shape closed by bending of a "U" shape. In addition, the other side of the wire 30 may be an open end portion 32 in the form of two free ends that are formed and branch off from each other.

The open tip portion 32 has a rough surface such as burrs (burr) caused by wire cutting.

In contrast, the closed end portion 31 has a smooth curved surface due to the bending of the "U" shape.

Thereafter, a hair and thread disposing step (S20) may be performed, the hair 140 being disposed in an aligned state along the gap between the upper and lower sides of the thread 30.

The brush manufacturing apparatus may include: a fixing unit 41 that press-fixes the open distal end portion 32 so as not to move; and a rotating unit 42 that grips the closed tip portion 31 to rotate, thereby manufacturing the twisted wire 33.

With this brush manufacturing apparatus, step S30 can be completed to manufacture the twisted wire 33 including the bristles 140.

The wire 30 or the twisted wire 33 may serve to fix or support the hair 140, and may be made of any one of stainless steel, synthetic resin, and plastic.

Thereafter, a brush molding step (S40) may be performed to bend the twisted wire 33 having the bristles 140. In the brush forming step (S40), a general wire or wire bender (not shown) may be used.

In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the wire bender may function to bend the rod connecting part 120 to a predetermined angle T.

When thus twisted, bent or curved, one side portion 121 of the rod connecting part 120 may be inserted into the hole 111 of the distal end of the brush rod 110 in an interference insertion manner, and the other side portion 123 thereof is disposed outside the hole 111. At this time, the rod connecting part 120 may include a bent part 122 connecting the other side part 123 and the one side part 121 to each other in a state where the bent part 122 is bent corresponding to the inclination angle T with reference to the extending direction of the one side part 121.

In the brush forming step (S40), a process of determining the type of the brush according to the number of the bristles 140 or the bristle arrangement length L (S41) may be performed.

That is, when a relatively large amount of the bristles 140 is used and the bristle array length L is prepared to be relatively long in correspondence thereto, the bending process of the overall bristle arrangement type is performed (S42).

For example, the twisted wire 33 other than the rod connecting portion 120 may be bent into any one of the shapes described with reference to fig. 5, and as a result, may be manufactured in the form of a semi-finished product in which the bristles 140 are distributed or dispersed over the entire section of the brush body 130.

In contrast, when a relatively small number of the bristles 140 is used, and the hair array length corresponding thereto is prepared to be relatively short, the partial-hair-arrangement-type bending process is performed (S43).

That is, it may be manufactured in the form of other types of semi-finished products in which the bristles 140 are distributed or dispersedly arranged only in the partial section 131 except for the rod connecting portion 120 and the partial section 132 of the brush body 130 connected thereto.

That is, the bristles 140 may be provided in the entire section or a partial section of the brush body 130 according to the product type.

At this time, one side portion 121 of the lever connection part 120 may include: an open end portion 32 corresponding to the other side of the twisted wire 33; and a closed end portion 31 corresponding to one side of the twisted wire 33. Here, the open distal end portion 32 and the closed distal end portion 31 are disposed at the distal end of one side portion 121 of the lever connecting portion 120 facing the hole 111 of the brush lever 110 in a state of being close to each other.

In particular, the smooth curved surface of the closed distal end portion 31 functions as an insertion guide surface or a sliding contact surface when the lever connecting portion 120 and the brush bar 110 are assembled, thereby functioning to increase the assembling performance of the lever connecting portion 120 and the brush bar 110.

On the other hand, the open distal end portion 32, which is folded in a state of being close to the closed distal end portion 31, is first guided by the closed distal end portion 31 to be relatively easily inserted into the hole 111 of the brush bar 110. Thereafter, when a process of rotating the lever connecting part 120 in a state where the brush bar 110 is fixed is performed, burrs (burr) of the open distal end part 32 scrape against the inner surface of the hole 111 to be fixed, thereby acting to increase the fixing force of the lever connecting part 120 and the brush bar 110.

On the other hand, a rod assembling step (S50) is performed to assemble the bristles 140, the brush body 130, and the rod connecting part 120, which are formed in a semi-finished form, with the brush rod 110.

Referring to fig. 5, the brush body 130 integrated with the bristles 140 may have a ring shape made by bending or curving, respectively, to have a ring structure or a closed-loop structure. For example, as shown in fig. 5 (a), the brush body 130, which is supported by the rod connecting part 120 and integrated with the bristles 140, may have an oval or circular shape (not shown).

Further, as shown in fig. 5 (b), the brush body 130 may have a shape in which a plurality of loops are overlapped, that is, a shape such as a multi-loop shape or a crown shape which is manufactured by folding the twisted wire 33 to be overlapped.

Of course, when the twisted wire 33 is relatively much folded to manufacture the crown-shaped brush body 130 having two or more ring structures as shown in fig. 5 (b), it is also necessary to change the diameter and length of the brush rod 110, the diameter and depth of the hole 111 of the brush rod 110, and the like. Of course, in this embodiment, the design of the container 10 may also be varied as the size or shape of the brush 100 is varied.

Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5 (c) to (i), the brush body 130 may have any one shape of a spoon shape, an inverted triangle shape, an inverted pentagon shape, a fan shape, a rectangle shape, a triangle shape, and a cactus shape.

As described above, the brush body 130 of the present embodiment can be easily formed in a ring structure, or a closed loop structure by bending or folding the twisted string 33, and thus can apply mascara to the central portion, the caudal portion, the canthus portion, or the eyelashes of the upper eyelashes of the user in various ways. For example, the oval or circular brush body 130 shown in fig. 5 (a) may be in contact with the mascara-applying portion in a circular or circular arc shape with respect to the front surface of the brush body 130 shown in fig. 5. Further, when the side portion of the brush body 130 is used, the contact in a straight line or a curved line can be performed. In this manner, the brush body 130 can apply the mascara cosmetic to the upper eyelashes or the lower eyelashes of the user in various ways.

Further, since the brush body 130 is formed to be inclined with respect to the brush bar 110 or the bar connecting portion 120, there is an advantage in that the angle can be easily adjusted and the feeling of touch to the dish 11 can be improved.

In the above, the brush according to the embodiment of the present invention and the mascara container having the same have been described by way of specific embodiments, but they are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and should be construed as having the widest scope based on the basic concept disclosed in the present specification. Those skilled in the art can combine and substitute the embodiments to implement a pattern of an unspecified shape without departing from the scope of the present invention. In addition, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure that various changes and modifications can be made in the disclosed embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A brush implement, comprising:

a rod connecting part having one side part made of twisted wire and a plurality of other side parts branched from the one side part;

a brush body integrally formed with the other side portion so as to extend from the other side portion of the lever connection portion to have a ring structure or a closed-loop structure; and

and a plurality of bristles which are pressed by the twisted wires of the brush body and protrude in the inner and outer directions of the brush body.

2. A brush implement according to claim 1,

the brush includes a shaft member-shaped brush bar having a hole coupled to the bar connecting portion so as to support the brush body.

3. A brush implement according to claim 2,

the bristles are provided in the entire area or a partial area of the brush body.

4. A brush implement according to claim 3,

in the rod connection part, the one side part is inserted into the hole of the tip end of the brush rod in an interference insertion manner, and the other side part is disposed outside the hole,

the rod connecting portion includes a bent portion connecting the other side portion and the one side portion to each other in a state bent corresponding to an inclination angle with respect to an extending direction of the one side portion.

5. A brush implement according to claim 4,

the one side portion of the lever connection portion includes:

an open terminal portion corresponding to the other side of the twisted wire; and

a closed terminal portion corresponding to a side of the twisted wire,

the open distal end portion and the closed distal end portion are disposed at a distal end toward the one side portion of the hole in a state of being close to each other.

6. A brush implement according to claim 1,

the twisted wire is made of any one of stainless steel, synthetic resin and plastic.

7. A brush implement according to claim 6,

the brush body integrated with the bristles is made in a ring shape made by bending or curving the twisted wire to form the ring structure or the closed loop structure, and has any one of a circular shape, an oval shape, a multiple ring shape, a crown shape, a spoon shape, an inverted triangle shape, an inverted pentagon shape, a fan shape, a rectangular shape, a triangular shape, and a cactus shape.

8. A mascara container provided with a brush for applying a cosmetic for mascara comprising the brush of any one of claims 1 to 7,

the mascara container includes:

a vessel containing the cosmetic; and

a container body having a first channel portion for receiving the vessel and a second channel portion for receiving the brush.

9. The mascara container with brush according to claim 8,

in the container body, the first groove portion is disposed on one side of the top surface of the container body, the second groove portion is disposed on the other side of the top surface of the container body,

the container body includes:

an inner lid rotatably coupled to one side hinge portion of the container body so as to shield the first groove portion; and

an outer cap rotatably coupled to the other hinge portion of the container body so as to cover the inner cap and the second groove portion,

the second groove portion has a groove volume capable of accommodating a single or a plurality of the brushes having a brush body, a rod connecting portion, and a brush rod.

10. A mascara container provided with a brush, comprising:

the brush comprises a brush body and a brush rod, wherein the brush body protrudes with a plurality of bristles, and the brush rod is obliquely connected with the brush body to form an angle;

a vessel containing a cosmetic; and
