【従来の技術】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この種液体塗布容器として、例えばマスカラ液を収納させた容器があり、該容器の代表的なものとして、容器本体口頸部に螺合させたキャップの頂壁下面から容器本体内へ塗布棒を垂設したものが広く知られている。

しかしながら、従来品のマスカラ容器は、携帯の利便性等を考慮して容器本体を細長かつ小径に形成したから座りが悪く、外出先で使用する場合に容器本体の置き場所に困り、また、塗布棒へ化粧液を供給する際、塗布棒を容器本体内から出し入れせねばならないので、やや面倒であり、更に、携帯時の振動でキャップが緩んで収納化粧液が漏出することがあった。

本発明は、筒部上端から起立する小径筒部の下端部に肉薄破断部を周設した小容器体を設け、かつその筒部内へ収納させた弾性圧搾可能な多孔性部材の上面から、外面にブラシ毛を植設した塗布棒を起立することで、化粧時に容器本体の置き場所に困る不都合および携帯時に収納化粧液が漏出する不都合を解消し、また流通時の不法使用を阻止できると共に、塗布棒へ化粧液等を容易に供給でき、更に小形で携帯し易くかつ簡易な構造となるよう設けた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
筒部２上端から内向きフランジ状壁３を介して有頂の小径筒部４を起立し、該小径筒部下端部に肉薄破断部５を周設した小容器体１と、上記筒部２の下端面を閉塞する底壁９周縁から短筒部10を起立し、該短筒部を上記筒部２の下端部内外面のいずれかに水密に嵌着させた閉塞部材８と、上記筒部２内へ収納されかつ上面開口の縦穴13を穿設した弾性圧搾可能な多孔性部材12と、上記縦穴13内へ下部を嵌着させて起立する棒状部16外面にブラシ毛を植設して小ブラシ部17となし、該ブラシ部下端を上記多孔性部材12上面へ当接ないし近接させ、また、棒状部16上端に該棒状部押下げ用の突部18を付設した塗布部材15とからなり、上記多孔性部材12を上記小径筒部４内径よりも大外径に形成しかつ薬液ないし化粧液を含浸させた。

【作用】
図１の状態から、縦板部６，６を用いて肉薄破断部５をねじ切ることで、小容器体１の小径筒部４を取り去ることができ、かつ該状態から、図３が示すように突部18を介して塗布部材15を小容器体１の筒部２に対して押下げ、または筒部２を弾性圧搾すると、多孔性部材12が弾性圧搾されて含浸液体が絞り出され、塗布部材15の小ブラシ部17へ付着する。この塗布部材15の押込みを容器倒立状態で行うと、小ブラシ部17全体に化粧液等を素早く付着させることができ、また正立状態で行った場合は、使用前に一旦倒立させて、化粧液等が小ブラシ部17全体に行き渡るようにする。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の発明の場合は、筒部２上端から内向きフランジ状壁３を介して有頂の小径筒部４を起立し、該小径筒部下端部に肉薄破断部５を周設した小容器体１を形成すると共に、該小容器体の筒部２下端を閉塞部材８で閉塞し、また、小容器体１の筒部２内へ収納させた弾性圧搾可能な多孔性部材12に上面開口の縦穴13を穿設し、該縦穴内へ下部を嵌着させて起立する棒状部16外面にブラシ毛を植設して小ブラシ部17としたから、肉薄破断部５を破断して小径筒部４を取り除かないと使用不能であり、よって、流通時の不法使用を確実に阻止でき、また、小形軽量であるため容易に携帯でき、更に、図２が示すように小径筒部４を取り除いて塗布部材15を押下げることで、多孔性部材12に含浸させた薬液等を小ブラシ部17へ容易に供給することができ、また更に、小容器体１を一体成形品とし、かつ該小容器体の筒部２下端内面に閉塞部材８の短筒部10を水密に嵌着させたから、携帯時に液漏れする虞がなく、また更に、小容器体１内へ収納させた多孔性部材12からブラシ毛付きの棒状部16を起立したから、化粧時等に小容器体１を柄として使用でき、よって、既述従来品のように、化粧液入り容器本体の置き場所に困る不都合がなくなって、外出先で使用し易く、加えて、小容器体１を一体成形品としたから、少数部品により廉価に作製でき、その上、ブラシ毛によって塗布するよう形成したから、消毒液等の薬液のみならず、マスカラ液、毛染め液等の化粧液を収納する容器として使用できる。
