In the description of the present invention, when it is determined that the description of the related known technology may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a view illustrating mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a container body 50 (refer to fig. 11a) for containing a cosmetic liquid, a handle 10 for opening or closing the container body 50, a rod-shaped brush bar 20 protruding to a lower portion of the handle 10, and a front end part 30 formed at the brush bar 20.
First, the container body 50 has a space for containing a cosmetic liquid therein, and the inlet 51 provided at the upper portion can be closed or opened by a handle 10 (see fig. 11 a). In this case, the outer circumferential surface of the injection port 51 may be formed in a screw shape. The shape, structure, and the like of the container body 50 are not particularly limited, and the container body can be manufactured in any shape and structure in which the cosmetic liquid stored inside can be easily taken out by the brush rod 20 and the front end member 30, which will be described later.
The handle 10 may be coupled to or separated from the container body 50, and may be used as a cover of the container body 50. At this time, the brush bar 20 may be coupled and fixed to an inner upper surface of the handle 10. That is, the handle 10 and the brush bar 20 may be integrally manufactured or separately manufactured.
Such a handle 10 constitutes an external appearance of mascara together with the container body 50, and an inner circumferential surface may be provided with a screw thread so as to be screwed with an injection port 51 provided at an upper portion of the container body 50. The container body 50 and the handle 10 are not limited to being opened or closed by screwing, and may be coupled by various structures that can be opened or closed in addition to screwing.
The brush bar 20 is bar-shaped and may extend from an inner upper surface of the handle 10 toward the container body 50. The brush bar 20 may be provided with a front end member 30 at one end thereof, and the front end member 30 may be made of a metal material. In addition, the front end member 30 may include a cylindrical base 31 and a plurality of protrusions 32 protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the base 31.
In this way, since the base 31 and the protruding portion 32 of the distal member 30 are made of a metal material, the shape thereof is not deformed even after long-term use, and the distal member is excellent in durability, easy to clean, and sanitary in use. Moreover, the metal material sense can multiply the high-end sense and the aesthetic feeling. The amount of the cosmetic liquid applied to the front end part 30 formed of such a metal material is constant, so that the eyelash can be prevented from being caked, the eyelash can be strongly supported, and the curling effect can be provided.
As shown in fig. 1, the base portion 31 of the front end member 30 may be configured to have a cylindrical shape with a cross-sectional area of the tip end gradually becoming smaller. In addition, the projecting portions 32 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 31 project entirely by the same length, but the distal end side of the base portion 31 may project by a length different from other regions.
That is, the protruding portion 32 may be configured such that the protruding length becomes gradually shorter on the distal end side of the base portion 31. This makes it easy to insert and remove the distal member 30 into and from the inlet 51 of the container body 50, and thereby makes it possible to use mascara easily.
The protruding portion 32 may be configured in an annular shape so as to continuously protrude along the periphery of a region of the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 31, and a plurality of protruding portions may be provided along the longitudinal direction of the base portion 31. In this way, the protruding portion 32 is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical base portion 31, so that a curve can also be formed around the tip end of the protruding portion 32.
When makeup of eyelash is performed, the front end member 30 is rotated when used after the front end member 30 is dipped with an appropriate amount of cosmetic liquid. In the front end member 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion 32 is formed to be curved around the circumference, and there is no portion with an angle around the circumference, so that the eyes are not irritated when makeup is performed, and the feeling of use of the user can be satisfied.
The cosmetic liquid is in the form of cream, and a substance dissolved in some solvent is used as a cream base, and a dye may be added thereto or an appropriate dye dissolved in oil and fat may be used. In addition, in order to reduce the surface tension, a solution having a certain viscosity, which is made to contain a small amount of a wetting agent, may be used. Thereby, the cosmetic liquid is applied to the eyelashes in a non-flowing manner.
In this way, since the cosmetic liquid has viscosity, the cosmetic liquid is carried between the protruding portions 32 of the front end member 30 formed of a metal material, so that the amount of the cosmetic liquid applied to the eyelashes is maintained constant and an excellent curling effect can be exhibited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base portion 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape in the front end member 30 made of a metal material, and the protruding portion 32 is gradually shortened on the distal end side of the base portion 31. Various shapes of the base 31, shapes, lengths, densities, and the like of the protruding portions 32 may be formed. Thereby, various front-end components 30 can be manufactured according to the user's needs.
Fig. 2a is a view showing mascara according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2b is a view of the front end part of fig. 2a as viewed from the front, and fig. 2c is a view of the front end part of fig. 2a as viewed from the distal end side.
Referring to fig. 2a to 2c, mascara according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a front-end part 40, and such a front-end part 40 may include a base 41 and a protrusion 42. At this time, the base 41 may be formed with different circumferences in the length direction. That is, the base portion 41 may be configured to be recessed in the lengthwise middle region so as to fit the eye shape.
In this way, according to the mascara according to another embodiment of the present invention, the base part 41 of the front part 40 is formed in a curved shape corresponding to the shape of the region where the root part of the eyelash is located, and the front part 40 can penetrate into the root part of the depth of the eyelash, so that the curling effect can be improved, and makeup can be performed more simply.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2c, the protruding portion 42 of the front end member 40 may continuously protrude along a periphery of a region of the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 41, and a plurality of protruding portions may be provided along the longitudinal direction of the base portion 41. In addition, the protrusion 42 may protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the base 41 by a certain length.
Referring to fig. 2B, the interval a between the protrusions 42 may be 0.1 to 0.7mm, the width B of the protrusions 42 may be 0.1 to 0.6mm, and the length C of the protrusions 42 protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the base 41 may be 0.1 to 0.9 mm. In the above-described range, the interval a between the protruding portions 42 may be made narrow or wide, the width B of the protruding portions 42 may be made thin or thick, and the length C of the protruding portions 42 may be made short or long. The front-end component 40 is made of a metal material, so that the shape of the front-end component 40 can be set to various shapes, thereby exhibiting various cosmetic effects and improving durability.
In this way, by the interval a between the various protrusions 42, the width B of the protrusions 42, and the length C of the protrusions 42, the eyelash is prevented from lumping, while the amount of cosmetic liquid can be maintained constant, and the curling effect can be maximized.
The interval a between the protruding portions 42, the width B of the protruding portions 42, and the length C of the protruding portions 42 are not limited to these, and various modifications may be made. The shape of the base 41 and the shape, length, and density of the protruding portion 42 are not limited to these, and various configurations may be employed to exhibit the eyelash clumping prevention and curling effect.
Fig. 3a to 3e are views illustrating various sectional shapes of protrusions in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3a to 3e, the protrusion 32 of mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention may be constructed in various sectional shapes. It may be formed in a quadrangular shape as shown in fig. 3a, may be formed to be inclined to one side as shown in fig. 3b so that the end is sharpened, or may be formed to be inclined as shown in fig. 3c so that the end of the middle region is sharpened. Further, the shape may be a trapezoidal shape as shown in fig. 3d or a circular shape as shown in fig. 3 e.
Thus, the cross-sectional shape of the distal end side of the protruding portion 32 can be configured in various shapes, and various cosmetic effects can be exhibited according to the cross-sectional shapes of the distal end sides of the various protruding portions 32 without being limited to the above-described embodiment. The protrusions 32 of fig. 3a or 3d may support the eyelashes more strongly, the protrusions 32 of fig. 3b or 3c may more easily penetrate into the root portions of the eyelashes to improve the makeup effect, and the protrusions 32 of fig. 3e are rounded in shape to more naturally exhibit the curling effect of the eyelashes.
Fig. 4a to 5b are views illustrating a manner in which a base is formed with a protrusion in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
First, referring to fig. 4a and 4d, the front end part 130 may include a cylindrical base 131 and a protrusion 132 discontinuously protruding around a region of an outer circumferential surface of such base 131. In addition, the protruding portion 132 may be provided in plurality along the length direction of the base portion 131. In this case, the protrusion 132 is discontinuously formed along a region of the outer circumferential surface of the base 131, so that the base 131 may have a portion in the longitudinal direction where the protrusion 132 is not formed.
That is, the base 131 may be partially exposed in the length direction, and as shown in fig. 4d, an area where the protrusion 132 is not formed may be provided on the left side of the base 131 when viewed from the distal end side of the front end part 130. Fig. 4a shows the front end component 130 as viewed from the front, and fig. 4b and 4c show the front end component 130 as viewed from the left and right sides, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4a, the protruding portion 132 does not protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 131 to the left side of the base portion 131 when viewed from the front, and the protruding portion 312 protrudes from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 131 to the right side. In addition, referring to fig. 4b, the protruding portion 132 may not be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 131 positioned on the left side. Further, referring to fig. 4c, the outer circumferential surface of the base 131 positioned on the right side may be densely formed with the protrusion 132.
In addition, referring to fig. 5a to 5c, the front end part 230 may include a cylindrical base 231 and a protrusion 232 discontinuously protruding around an area of an outer circumferential surface of such a base 231. That is, the base 231 may have a portion in the longitudinal direction in which the protrusion 232 is not formed.
The base 231 may be partially exposed in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in fig. 5c, the base 231 may have regions where the protruding portions 232 are not formed on the left and right sides, respectively, when viewed from the distal end side of the distal end member 230. That is, the protruding portions 232 may protrude on the upper side and the lower side of the base 231, respectively. Fig. 5a shows the front end component 230 as viewed from the front, and fig. 5b shows the front end component 230 as viewed from the left or right side.
Referring to fig. 5a, the protruding portion 232 protrudes only on the outer circumferential surface of the base 231 when viewed from the front, and the protruding portion 232 does not protrude to the left or right side of the base 231. Referring to fig. 5b, the protruding portion 232 is not formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 231 located on the left or right side, and the protruding portion 232 protruding from the front side may protrude to both sides.
Thus, according to fig. 4a to 5c, the front end member 130, 230 may have an area where the protruding portion 132, 232 is not formed along the periphery of the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 131, 231. Thus, when makeup liquid is applied to the eyelashes, the region where the protrusions 132 and 232 are not formed does not interfere with other portions around the eyes, so that mascara liquid can be prevented from being smeared on portions other than the eyelashes.
Fig. 6a to 6f are views illustrating shapes of various front end parts in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The front-end part 330 of fig. 6a may include a cylindrical base 331 and protrusions 332 protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the base 331 to different degrees. The protruding portion 332 located in the middle region in the longitudinal direction of the base 331 is formed to be longest, and the protruding portion 332 is formed to be gradually shorter as approaching both ends.
The front end part 430 of fig. 6b is a pillar shape gradually thinner toward the end base 431, and the protruding part 432 may be formed such that the length of protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the base 431 becomes longer as the end is approached. Thus, the distal ends of the protruding portions 432 may be located at the same position along the length direction of the base portion 431.
That is, the tip of the tip member 430 may be used when makeup is performed on the root portion of the eyelashes, and the tip member 430 positioned on the brush rod 20 (see fig. 1) side may be used when makeup is performed on the tip portion of the eyelashes. In this way, the utilized portion of front-end component 430 can be changed as desired.
The base portion 531 of the front end member 530 of fig. 6c is cylindrical, and may be configured to have a closer interval between the protruding portions 532 located at the brush bar 20 side than the interval between the protruding portions 532 located at the distal end of the base portion 531. Thus, the amount of the cosmetic liquid applied can be varied, and both ends can be selected and used as needed.
The base 631 of the front-end component 630 in fig. 6d is cylindrical, and the protrusion 632 is not formed on the left side of the base 631, but may be formed only on the right side of the base 631 (see fig. 4).
The base portion 731 of the distal end member 730 in fig. 6e may be configured to be shorter than the other distal end members, and the intervals of the projecting portions 732 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 731 may be different. That is, in contrast to fig. 6c, the protrusions 732 at the end of the base portion 731 may be configured to have a closer spacing than the protrusions 732 at the brush bar 20 side. Thus, the amount of the cosmetic liquid applied can be varied.
Further, the protruding part 732 located at the distal end of the base part 731 is configured such that the protruding length is different in the longitudinal direction of the base part 731, so that makeup can be easily performed using different portions when makeup of the root portion or the tip portion of eyelashes is performed.
Referring to fig. 6f, the front end part 830 may be configured to be bent in one direction. That is, the base portion 831 may be curved according to the shape of the eye, and the protrusion portion 832 may protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the curved base portion 831. Thereby, the makeup liquid is more conveniently applied to the eyelashes.
By configuring the front- end components 330, 430, 530, 630, 730, and 830 in various ways, different makeup effects can be achieved, and therefore the front- end components 330, 430, 530, 630, 730, and 830 can be selected and used easily according to the effect desired by the user, and thus the user can be satisfied.
In the front- end components 330, 430, 530, 630, 730, and 830, the intervals, lengths, thicknesses, and forms of the protruding portions, and the degree of bending and thickness of the base portion are not limited thereto, and may be variously modified.
Fig. 7a to 9b are views illustrating various assembling manners of a brush bar and a front end part in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a front end member 30 made of metal may be coupled to one end of the brush bar 20. In this case, the brush bar 20 and the front end member 30 may be integrally formed. This eliminates the need for a process of assembling the brush bar 20 and the distal member 30, and reduces the number of manufacturing processes and cost.
Next, various modes of coupling the brush bar 20 to the distal end member 30 when the brush bar 20 is made of a metal material or a non-metal material and the brush bar 20 and the distal end member 30 are separated will be described.
Referring to fig. 7a and 7b, the brush rod 20 may include a through hole 21 at one end coupled to the distal end member 30. The base portion 31 of the distal end member 30 may further include an insertion portion 33 extending toward the brush bar 20 and inserted into the through hole 21.
In this case, the first screw 22 may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 21, and the second screw 34 corresponding to the first screw 22 may be provided on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion 33. Thus, the distal end member 30 can be firmly coupled to the brush bar 20 by screwing the second screw 34 of the insertion portion 33 into the first screw 22 of the through hole 21.
Referring to fig. 8a and 8b, a protrusion 23 may be provided on a region of the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 21 at one end of the brush bar 20, and a notch 35 may be provided at a position corresponding to the protrusion 23 on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion 33 extending from the base portion 31 toward the through hole 21. Thus, when the insertion portion 33 is inserted into the through hole 21, the protrusion 23 is inserted into the notch 35, and the distal end member 30 can be coupled to the brush rod 20.
Referring to fig. 9a and 9b, the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 21 provided at one end of the brush bar 20 is configured to be identical to or slightly smaller than the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion 33 provided at the distal end member 30, so that the insertion portion 33 is interference-fitted to the through hole 21, and the distal end member 30 can be coupled to the brush bar 20.
Thus, the insertion portion can be coupled to the brush rod 20 in various ways, and is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
Fig. 10a to 10c are views illustrating an angle-adjustable front end part in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 10a and 10b, a through hole 21 may be formed at one end of the brush bar 20, and the base 31 of the distal member 30 may further include an insertion portion 33 extending toward the brush bar 20 and inserted into the through hole 21. In this case, the insertion portion 33 may be formed in a spherical shape, so that the distal end member 30 is coupled to the brush bar 20 to be rotatable at various angles with respect to the brush bar 20 by inserting the insertion portion 33 into the through hole 21.
However, since the insertion portion 33 of the distal end member 30 may be fitted into the through hole 21 by interference fit, and may be separated from the through hole 21 during rotation, the distal end of the brush rod 20 may further include a bent portion 24 bent and extended inward, as shown in fig. 10a and 10b, in order to prevent separation. Thereby, the spherical insertion portion 33 is rotatable in the through hole 21 and does not fall out of the through hole 21.
In fig. 10c, a lid member 60 may be further provided to prevent the insertion portion 33 from coming off the through hole 21. The cover member 60 may be shaped to enclose the insertion portion 33 together with the distal end of the brush bar 20. In this case, the cover member 60 may include an insertion hole 61 through which the insertion portion 33 of the front end member 30 passes.
In this way, by using the insertion part 33 formed in a spherical shape as a hinge axis, the angle of the front end part 30 can be adjusted in various directions, and can be adjusted to a desired angle when makeup of eyelash is performed, thereby making it more convenient to perform makeup.
Fig. 11a to 11c are views illustrating a state where the front end part moves to the inside and the outside of the brush stick in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11a to 11c, the elastic member 70 may be positioned at the through hole 21 provided at one end of the brush bar 20. In order to prevent the elastic member 70 from being separated to the outside of the through hole 21, the end of the brush rod 20 may further include a bent portion 24 bent and extended inward. The front end member 30 may further include a plate member 37 having the same size as the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 21 on the side contacting the elastic member 70, so that the front end member 30 can move to the inside and outside of the through hole 21 by the elastic force of the elastic member 70.
As a result, as shown in fig. 11a, when the distal end of the distal end member 30 is not urged by the distal end of the distal end member 30 being positioned on the inlet 51 side of the container body 50, the elastic member 70 is stretched to be positioned inside the through-hole 21 while generating the maximum elastic force, and the plate member 37 of the distal end member 30 is kept in contact with the bent portion 24 at the distal end of the through-hole 21. Thereby, the front end member 30 can be positioned outside the through hole 21.
Referring to fig. 11b, when the distal end of the distal end member 30 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the inside of the container body 50, the elastic member 70 starts to contract, and the distal end member 30 can be inserted little by little into the through-hole 21. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 11b, when the handle 10 is coupled to the container body 50, the front end member 30 can be completely inserted into the through hole 21, and the elastic member 70 is contracted to the maximum extent.
In this way, by providing the elastic member 70 in the through hole 21 formed at the one end of the brush rod 20, the distal end member 30 can be moved to the inside and outside of the through hole 21 by the elastic force. Accordingly, the front end member 30 can be protruded from the through hole 21 of the brush bar 20 while the handle 10 is separated from the container body 50 for makeup of eyelash, and the front end member 30 can be inserted into the through hole 21 of the brush bar 20 when the handle 10 is coupled to the container body 50 for storage.
That is, the length of the brush rod 20 can be adjusted by the elastic member 70, so that the brush rod can be used for a long time during makeup, and the distal member 30 is inserted into the through hole 21 during storage, so that the cosmetic liquid can be prevented from being excessively applied to the distal member 30 and being hardened. Thus, the usability of mascara can be improved according to the present embodiment.
The container body 50 may further include a sealing member 52 inside the injection port 51. Such a sealing member 52 prevents the cosmetic liquid from leaking between the container body 50 and the front end member 30, and also can appropriately adjust the amount of the cosmetic liquid that sticks to the front end member 30. Accordingly, when the distal member 30 is taken out from the container body 50, the sealing member 52 flicks off a certain amount of the cosmetic liquid applied to the distal member 30, thereby applying a proper amount of the cosmetic liquid to the eyelashes and providing an effective eyelash makeup effect.
Fig. 12a to 12b are views illustrating a state in which various components are coupled to the tip of the front-end component in mascara according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12a and 12b, the front end part 30 of the present invention formed of a metal material may be used by combining a separate mascara brush part at the end thereof.
First, referring to fig. 12a, the tip of the front end part 30 may be coupled with a pencil-shaped eyeliner brush 83. Thus, the front end member 30 formed of a metal member can make up eyelash, and the eyeliner brush 83 provided at the distal end of the front end member 30 can draw eyeliner. Also, the front end part 30 and the eyeliner brush 83 are formed of different materials, so that a phenomenon that the cosmetic liquid is mixed or caked to the front end part 30 can be minimized.
Referring to FIG. 12b, a second mascara brush unit 80 may be further combined to the distal end of the front end unit 30. Wherein the second mascara brush unit 80 is formed by spirally kneading a certain number of times bristles 82 having a certain length between two wires 81. In this case, the second mascara brush part 80 may have various shapes such as a circle, a triangle, or a fan shape in cross-section with respect to the axis of the central wire 81. The bristles 82 may include at least one selected from the group consisting of nylon, cotton, and an elastomer.
The second mascara brush unit 80 can provide a rich feeling to eyelash because the bristles 82 are spirally radiated by the rubbing of the thread 81 and a large amount of cosmetic solution is contained between the bristles 82. Thus, the eyelashes can be presented in a dense shape by the second mascara brush part 80, the lumpy portion is removed by the front end part 30 of the metal material, and the eyelashes can be strongly supported, so that a curling effect can be presented. Thus, the front end part 30 and the second mascara brush unit 80 can provide different makeup effects, respectively, so that different users' requirements can be satisfied.
As shown in Figs. 12a and 12b, the brush part coupled to the distal end of the front end part 30 may be coupled as shown in Figs. 7a to 10c, and further, may be more firmly coupled by welding, etc., as described above. Thus, by firmly coupling the front end part 30 and the brush part, the caking force is further enhanced, and the reliability of mascara cream made of various materials can be improved.
Like the embodiment of the present invention, under the condition that the front end component 30 is formed by a metal material, even if the cosmetic liquid is agglomerated on the front end component 30, it is also convenient to clean, as shown in fig. 12a and 12b, even if the cosmetic liquid is composed of different kinds of materials, the problem of mixing of the cosmetic liquid rarely occurs, various use feelings can be experienced, and satisfaction can be provided to the user.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but these embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and it should be understood that modifications and improvements can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
The present invention includes the simple modifications and changes, and the specific protection scope of the present invention will be clear from the claims.
