Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a private car sharing method according to an aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in the method for sharing a private car provided in this embodiment, the method may include:
101: account information of a user is acquired to provide information of sharable vehicles within a service range.
In an embodiment, the account information may be information corresponding to an account of the user on the mobile phone application. The user may register an account by entering personal information into the handset application. The mobile phone application can take personal information input by a user as account information corresponding to the account, and store the account information locally or upload the account information to a cloud server, so that the association between the account and the account information is realized.
In an embodiment, the account information may include not only the communication information such as the user name and the contact information of the user, but also verification information of valid certificates such as an identity card, a property card, and a legal certificate of the user, and further may include information of the location of the account registered on the identity card and/or real property address information registered on the property card, so as to determine the owner identity of the user in the corresponding area, and determine that the corresponding area is the service range of the user.
In order to simplify the credit guarantee process and facilitate the user to pick up and return the car, the private car sharing method provided in this embodiment is based on a private car sharing method between residents and owners in a small range. Accordingly, the service area may be defined as the geographical area of the same cell, adjacent cell, the same block or the same building.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the solution provided in this embodiment based on the mobile phone application is only a specific example, and is mainly used to clearly illustrate the concept of the present invention, and provide a specific solution convenient for the public to implement, not to limit the scope of the present invention. In other embodiments, a person skilled in the art may also implement the above-mentioned private car sharing method provided by the present invention through an application program of another terminal based on the concept of the present invention or through a simple adaptation change.
In one embodiment, the private car sharing method can be executed in a cloud server, and the purpose of sharing the private car is achieved through the cooperation operation of the user on the mobile phone application, so that the complicated vehicle sharing process is simplified, and more convenience is provided for the user to pick up and return the car.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating components of an Internet of vehicles (Internet offices) according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the car networking may include a cloud server 21, one or more user terminals 22 (e.g., mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.) of one or more users, a plurality of sharable private cars 23, and a base station 24 for transmitting signals.
In this embodiment, the sharing method of the private car may be executed in the cloud server 21 of the car networking. First, the cloud server 21 may obtain account information corresponding to an account in response to a user logging in the account at the mobile phone terminal 22. The account information may be directly retrieved from a cloud storage, or may be sent to the cloud server 21 by the mobile phone terminal 22 through the base station 24. Then, the cloud server 21 may determine a service range corresponding to the user account according to the acquired account information, and send information of all sharable vehicles 23 in the service range from the cloud to the user according to the corresponding service range, so that the position information of all sharable vehicles 23 in the service range, and various vehicle information such as vehicle types, colors, vehicle conditions, and the like are displayed at the mobile phone end 22 of the user.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the method for sharing private cars provided in this embodiment is a method for sharing vehicles of a small-scale owner group in the same cell, adjacent cell, the same neighborhood, or the same building, a plurality of user terminals 22 and a plurality of sharable vehicles 23 in the same area can communicate with the cloud server 21 through only one base station 24, thereby simplifying the composition architecture of the car networking and improving the transmission efficiency of signals. The cloud server 21 may uniformly perform a sharing method of private cars of multiple area ranges through the multiple base stations 24
In another embodiment, the operator may also separately set a small cloud server for one service scope or a few service scopes in the same area, so as to implement the vehicle sharing method for a small-scale owner group in the area at low cost.
As shown in fig. 1, in the method for sharing a private car provided in this embodiment, the method may further include:
102: and verifying the account authority of the user according to the account information.
As described above, in an embodiment, the account information may include not only the user name, the contact information, and other communication information of the user, but also verification information of valid certificates such as an identity card and a property card of the user, and further may include location information of the user's mouth registered on the identity card and/or real property address information registered on the property card.
The cloud server 21 may read the verification information of the valid certificate according to the acquired account information. If the valid verification information cannot be read, it indicates that the user has not uploaded valid certificates, and the cloud server 21 may send information to the mobile phone 22 of the user to request the user to upload valid certificates such as identity cards or house property cards.
In response to reading the valid verification information, the cloud server 21 may verify the owner identity of the user within the service range according to the valid certificate uploaded by the user and the corresponding account information, so as to give account authority to the account of the user. The service range may be a geographical range of the same cell, adjacent cells, the same block or the same building where the address is recorded by the valid certificate, and the specific range may be determined according to the actual situation of the address recorded by the valid certificate. The account number authority can indicate the owner identity of the user in the service range.
Those skilled in the art can understand that the owner identity of the user in the service range is verified through the valid certificates such as the identity card and the house property card, and the method is mainly used for confirming the real and valid identity information of the car renting user and evaluating the social credit of the user, so that the car renting user can return the car in time and the car is not damaged. In addition, by verifying the owner identity of the user in the service range, the user renting the private car can be assured that the car is rented to a neighbor with similar social status and wealth, and the credibility between the private car and the neighbor is higher, so that the complex procedure of needing a third party credit guarantee in the car renting process can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, in the method for sharing a private car provided in this embodiment, the method may further include:
103: the user is permitted to rent the sharable vehicle in response to the user possessing the account rights.
In one embodiment, when the cloud server 21 gives account authority to the account of the user, the user can rent a sharable vehicle within the service range through a mobile phone application at the mobile phone terminal 22.
In a preferred embodiment, when the user logs in the account again, the cloud server 21 may obtain account information in response to the user logging in the account, and directly confirm the account authority of the corresponding account in the cloud according to the account information. If the user can be confirmed to have the account authority, the cloud server 21 can directly permit the user to rent the sharable vehicle in the corresponding service range, and the owner identity of the user does not need to be repeatedly verified, so that the vehicle renting process is further saved, and the vehicle renting efficiency is improved.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned scheme of displaying the information of the sharable vehicle 23 in the service range after the user registers the account and requiring the user to obtain the account right to permit the user to rent the vehicle is only a specific example provided in the embodiment, and is mainly used to clearly show the concept of the present invention and provide a specific scheme convenient for the public to implement, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. In other embodiments, based on the concept of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may also request a car rental user to obtain account authority before displaying information of sharable vehicles 23 within a service range; or further grading the account number authority and providing different services for users with different account number authority grades.
In one embodiment, the cloud server 21 may set the user who provides the sharable vehicle in the service area or other areas as a high-level user, and preferentially provide the sharable vehicle for the user with a higher account permission level, so as to encourage more vehicle owners to participate in the sharing plan of private vehicles.
As shown in fig. 1, in the method for sharing a private car provided in this embodiment, the method may further include:
104: the key to the sharable vehicle is provided in response to the user successfully renting the sharable vehicle.
The key of the sharable vehicle 23 may be an entity key or a bluetooth key based on bluetooth communication technology.
In one embodiment, the cloud server 21 may send location information of the physical key of the sharable vehicle 23 to the user's mobile phone end 22 in response to the user successfully renting the sharable vehicle 23, corresponding to a medium and low end vehicle that does not support remote start and keyless entry to the vehicle.
Since the sharing method of private cars provided by this embodiment is a vehicle sharing method for a small-scale owner group in the same cell, adjacent cell, the same street, or the same building, the car renting user can conveniently walk to the renting user to extract the entity key of the vehicle according to the position information provided by the cloud server 21. For the renting users unwilling to expose personal information, the entity keys of the vehicles can be sent to the express self-service cabinet of the community for the renting users to take by themselves.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, since the car renters and the taxi renters are owners of the same district, adjacent districts, the same street or the same building and have a short distance from each other, the above scheme of automatically retrieving car keys provided by the embodiment has almost the same time difference with the time spent on driving own private cars downstairs, so that the efficiency of renting, taking and returning cars can be effectively improved, and the customer satisfaction can be further improved.
In a preferred embodiment, corresponding to a high-end vehicle that supports remote start and keyless entry to the vehicle, the cloud server 21 may send the bluetooth key of the sharable vehicle 23 to the phone end 22 of the renter in response to the user successfully renting the sharable vehicle 23. The car renting user can enter the car by means of the Bluetooth key acquired from the cloud server 21 and start the car, so that the car renting, car taking and car returning efficiency is further improved, and the customer satisfaction is further improved.
In one embodiment, the shareable vehicle 23 may be provided by a user renting a private car. The cloud server 21 can provide the sharable vehicle 23 at the cloud according to the vehicle information uploaded by the user without the operator being burdened with the vehicle purchase cost and the vehicle maintenance cost.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a sharable vehicle at a cloud according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for providing a sharable vehicle at a cloud end provided in this embodiment may include the steps of:
301: recording the vehicle into a vehicle database of a cloud according to the vehicle information uploaded by the user;
302: verifying the legality of the vehicle according to the certification file uploaded by the user; and
303: providing the vehicle as a sharable vehicle in the cloud in response to the vehicle having legitimacy.
As described above, in this embodiment, the user can upload the vehicle information of his or her own private car to the cloud server 21 through the application program of the mobile phone terminal 22. The vehicle information may include various basic vehicle information such as a vehicle type, a color, a vehicle condition, etc. of the vehicle for a rental-car user to select and recognize.
The cloud server 21 may store the vehicle information of the vehicle and the account information of the user account in a vehicle database at the cloud in a manner of being associated with each other, request the user to authorize the cloud server 21 to obtain the location information of the private vehicle, and request the user to upload the vehicle purchasing contract, the vehicle purchasing invoice, the vehicle running certificate and other certification documents of the vehicle to verify the vehicle validity.
In a preferred embodiment, the cloud server 21 may further request the user to upload a vehicle condition evaluation report of the vehicle to verify the vehicle condition and the safety factor.
After verifying the validity of the vehicle according to the certification file uploaded by the user, the cloud server 21 may provide the vehicle as a sharable vehicle 23 to the vehicle renter at the cloud end in response to the vehicle having the validity, for the vehicle renter to view and rent.
In one embodiment, the user renting a private car may input the free time of the private car through the application program of the mobile terminal 22, so as to determine the rentable time of the sharable vehicle 23 in the cloud terminal at the cloud server 21. The rental-car user can view the sharable vehicle 23 only for the rentable time period and make a rental.
In one embodiment, to further monitor the driving condition of the car rental user, the user renting a private car can install a camera in the car, and authorize the cloud server 21 to monitor the sanitation in the car and the driving behavior of the car rental user with the camera installed inside the sharable vehicle 23, thereby ensuring the neatness in the car and preventing the car rental user from making dangerous actions that do not conform to the traffic regulations during the driving process. Such dangerous maneuvers include, but are not limited to, maneuvers that do not comply with traffic regulations, such as extending the head or hands out of the vehicle, placing a call while driving, and disengaging the hands from the steering wheel.
In one embodiment, to further monitor the accident situation of the vehicle, the user renting a private car may install a 360 ° camera outside the vehicle, and authorize the cloud server 21 to supervise the traffic accident of the sharable vehicle with the 360 ° camera installed outside the sharable vehicle 23, so as to perform timely rescue and responsibility determination for the traffic accident.
In a preferred embodiment, based on the two embodiments for monitoring the vehicle renting condition, a reward and punishment mechanism of user scores can be further introduced, so that a sharable vehicle is preferentially provided for a user with a higher user score, or a user with a lower user score is required to pay a deposit, and therefore the user of the vehicle renting is encouraged to drive safely and the carriage is kept clean.
While, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the methodologies are shown and described as a series of acts, it is to be understood and appreciated that the methodologies are not limited by the order of acts, as some acts may, in accordance with one or more embodiments, occur in different orders and/or concurrently with other acts from that shown and described herein or not shown and described herein, as would be understood by one skilled in the art.
