the talent demander is in communication connection with the server evaluation system, and the server evaluation system is used for obtaining evaluation of the talent demander by the recruiter user; the talent demander is in communication connection with the query module and used for acquiring query information; the inquiry module is used for inquiring the information of job seekers of the talent service party; the talent demander is in communication connection with the online consultation system and is used for communicating with the job seeker and the recruiter through the online consultation system.
2. The talent sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the process of talent demander comprises the steps of:
s21: the system starts, receives the application, and contacts the service party;
s22: the user and the talent service party communicate online and offline, and the process is ended if the communication does not reach the agreement; if the communication is in agreement, the system generates a platform protocol;
s23: if the user refuses to sign the agreement, the communication is continued; the user agrees to sign an agreement and then carries out the next step;
s24: and inquiring whether the user buys insurance, judging that the demand form is successfully accepted whether purchasing or not, and generating an agreement.
3. The talent sharing system according to claim 2, wherein if the protocol is long-term, comprising the steps of:
s31: the talent service party can select a platform deposit mode to charge service fee; or a direct payment mode of a demand party can be selected;

s52: the communication is agreed, and a platform protocol is generated; if the agreement is not agreed, the communication is continued; if the agreement is approved, the next step is carried out;
s53: and inquiring whether the user buys insurance, judging that the demand form is successfully accepted whether purchasing or not, and generating an agreement.

s72: both parties determine a task, namely a service charge delivery task;

s73: and completing the service fee delivery task, settling accounts, delivering the labor fee by the platform, completing the order and finishing the service.

The talent sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the enterprise information of the recruiter comprises an enterprise name, an enterprise nature, an enterprise business scope, and an enterprise comprehensive evaluation; the personal information of the recruiter comprises shop names, industry types, professional demands and comprehensive scores; the recruitment requirement information of the recruiter comprises talent requirement condition information, available salary information, job site information and job content information.
