Claims (10)

1. The block chain-based management method is characterized by being applied to a self-organizing management platform, wherein stock right data of a company is stored in the self-organizing management platform through a block chain; the method comprises the following steps:
issuing tasks and certificates which are mutually associated through the self-organizing management platform; the certificate of pass corresponds to a reward;
storing the pass-certificate with the task in a blockchain;
granting the pass to a member of the company to issue an award corresponding to the pass to the member when the member is confirmed to complete the task;
updating owner data for the pass in the blockchain based on the grant of the pass.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said issuing interrelated task and pass-through via the ad hoc management platform comprises:
issuing, by the ad hoc management platform, an incentive plan; the incentive plan comprises tasks and certificates which are mutually related;
the "storing the pass-certificate and the task in a blockchain" includes:
storing the incentive plans including the corroboration and the task in a blockchain in a manner of intelligent contracts.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising a trigger condition in the incentive plan confirming completion of the task;
confirming that the member of the company completes the task when the member of the company reaches the trigger condition;
said "granting said pass to said member to issue an award corresponding to said pass to said member" comprises:
and granting the pass to the member through the smart contract to issue a reward corresponding to the pass to the member through the smart contract.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a certificate passing transfer request is received, determining a certificate passing party, a transfer-in party and a transfer-out party to be transferred based on the transfer request;
transferring the permit to be transferred from the transferring party to the transferring party;
updating owner data of the pass in the blockchain for which the transfer was made based on the transfer.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the stock right data comprises: information of holding stock personnel and share information of holding stock;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when the stock right data is determined to be changed, the changed stock right data is stored in a block chain as the latest stock right data.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a query request of a member;
determining information of a pass and a reward related to the member from the blockchain;
and displaying the information of the permit and the reward to the member.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein data in the ad hoc management platform is stored in a blockchain; or
The data in the self-organizing management platform comprises first data and second data; the first data is stored in a blockchain, the second data is stored in an offline storage medium, and the hash value of the second data is stored in the blockchain; the first data is information needing to be displayed and expressed; the second data is information needing to protect privacy, and the information amount of the first data is smaller than that of the second data.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the corroboration comprises: the circulation type general certificate and the rights and interests type general certificate are two types, and different types of general certificates correspond to different rewards.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the benefit type pass corresponds to a reward comprising any combination of one or more of: stock, option, vote, bonus.
10. The management system based on the block chain is characterized by being applied to a self-organizing management platform, wherein stock right data of a company are stored in the self-organizing management platform through the block chain; the system comprises:
the release module is used for releasing the tasks and the certificates which are mutually related through the self-organization management platform; the certificate of pass corresponds to a reward;
the storage module is used for storing the pass certificate and the task in a block chain;
the rewarding module is used for awarding the pass certificate to the member when the member of the company is confirmed to finish the task so as to issue an award corresponding to the pass certificate to the member;
an update module to update owner data of the pass in a blockchain based on the grant of the pass.
