In winter snowing weather, when snow covers roads and airports, vehicles, pedestrians and airplanes are difficult to go out, and traffic is affected. Further, a snow removing shovel bracket is arranged on the bracket, and the snow removing shovel is hinged on the snow removing shovel bracket; and the bracket is also provided with an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle of the snow removing shovel.
Preferably, the adjusting mechanism comprises a linear driving mechanism fixedly mounted on the support, and an output end of the linear driving mechanism is connected with the snow removing shovel through a connecting rod.

By adopting the technical scheme, because the left spiral brush wire and the right spiral brush wire which are different in rotation direction are arranged on the roller, the accumulated snow on the road surface can be cleaned to the middle part of the roller by the correct rotation direction of the driving motor; the snow removing shovel and the conveying equipment are sequentially arranged behind the snow accumulating channel on the roller, so that the snow accumulated in the sweeping and collecting mode can be shoveled by the snow removing shovel and is conveyed to a designated low point by the conveying equipment for storage; thereby both cleaned the snow of most area on the road surface totally, can avoid the secondary snow with the snow collection again, and clean efficiently.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a centralized floating snow removing device comprises a bracket 1, wherein the bracket 1 is made of metal materials such as steel, and a snow sweeping roller 2, a snow removing shovel 3 and a conveying device 4 are sequentially arranged on the bracket 1 from front to back; the rear part of the bracket 1 is connected to a vehicle (snow sweeper) to be carried by the vehicle to advance when in use, and the advancing direction of the vehicle is the front of the bracket 1.
In this embodiment, the snow removing roller 2 includes a cylindrical rotating shaft 21 and a roller 22 coaxially disposed, the roller 22 is sleeved on an outer wall of the rotating shaft 21, and the length of the roller 22 is shorter than that of the rotating shaft 21, so that both end portions of the rotating shaft 21 protrude from the roller 22 to be exposed to the outside.
Rolling bearings are mounted at two ends of the rotating shaft 21, two bearing seats used for mounting the rolling bearings are arranged at the front part of the corresponding support 1, and the rotating shaft 21 is rotatably connected with the support 1 through the rolling bearings. The brush wires 23 are arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the roller 22, the brush wires 23 are made of plastic materials, and the brush wires 22 are distributed on the roller 22 in a spiral winding shape along the axial direction of the roller 22; the brush wires 23 distributed spirally can push the accumulated snow along the axial direction of the roller 22 when the roller 22 rotates, but the brush wires 23 spirally facing one direction can push the accumulated snow only in one direction; in the present embodiment, therefore, the brush wires 23 include left and right spiral brush wires 231 and 232 respectively disposed at left and right sides of the drum 22;
the spiral directions of the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 are opposite, and when the snow-removing machine is used, the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 push the accumulated snow to the opposite side, that is, the accumulated snow is pushed to the middle of the roller 22. In a specific implementation manner, since the rotation direction of the drum 22 is usually suitable for cleaning snow on a road surface in the advancing direction of the drum 22, in the present embodiment, the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 are arranged such that, when viewed from above the drum 22, the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 form a V-shaped distribution shape with a backward opening therebetween, that is, the opening direction of the V-shape is toward the rear, or the tip of the V-shape is toward the advancing direction of the vehicle;
the above description mainly depends on the correct installation direction of the snow sweeping roller 2 on the bracket 1, and specifically, the snow sweeping roller 2 itself is implemented, and the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 on the snow sweeping roller only need to form a V shape with each other. If in actual use, when the roller 22 finds snow spread from the middle of the roller 22 to both sides during the forward sweeping of the snow, it is only necessary to reinstall both ends of the snow exchanging roller 2.
In this embodiment, the middle of the roller 22 has a snow cover passage 24 that does not connect the left spiral brush wire 231 with the right spiral brush wire 232; that is, the snow passage 24 is not provided on the drum 22 by machining, but is formed in a central portion of the drum 22 due to the length of the left spiral brush wire 231 and the right spiral brush wire 232 being less than half of the length of the drum 22.
The snow removing shovel 3 faces the snow passage 24 to remove the accumulated snow gathered by the roller 22, and the conveying device 4 is overlapped at the rear end of the snow removing shovel 3 to convey the snow to a designated place (a snow storage bin provided on the stand 1 or on the vehicle) for storage.
Specifically, the snow shovel 3 includes a base plate 31 and a baffle 32 disposed (welded or integrally formed) on both sides of the base plate 31; a pin hole is formed in the bottom plate 31, specifically, the pin hole is an inner hole of a sleeve, the sleeve is fixed on the bottom plate 31 in a welding mode, and a pin shaft 33 is installed in the pin hole; meanwhile, the bracket 1 is provided with a snow removing shovel bracket 34, the snow removing shovel bracket 34 is also provided with a pin hole (the pin hole at the position is formed in the same way as the pin hole on the bottom plate 31 and is a sleeve inner hole), and the pin shaft 33 is arranged in the pin hole (the pin hole on the snow removing shovel bracket 34), so that the snow removing shovel 3 can rotate relative to the snow removing shovel bracket 34; meanwhile, the bracket 1 is also provided with an adjusting mechanism 6 for adjusting the inclination angle of the snow removing shovel 3;
in the embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 6 comprises a linear driving mechanism arranged on the bracket 1, and the output end of the linear driving mechanism is connected with the snow removing shovel 3 through a connecting rod 7; specifically, the link 7 is connected to the baffle 32. The linear driving mechanism is one of an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder and an electric screw rod, and the air cylinder is preferably fixed on a fixing plate by a bolt, and the fixing plate is fixed on the bracket 1 by welding or bolt fastening.
