Abstract

本发明涉及一种减少能耗、提高效率、节省成本、降低废水COD的同浴染色去油剂及其使用方法,包括以下组分:碳酸钠、硅酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与分散剂。本发明的同浴染色去油剂pH值控制在9~9.8之间,具备良好的碱剂功能;具有较强的乳化,分散,去油,去污,以及清缸防反粘效果,通过实际生产长时间效果认证,KF‑22同浴染色去油剂同比可降低色点、色渍几率40%以上。染色品品质测试:染色品色差≥4级;耐水色牢度≥3级;摩擦色牢度≥3.5级,同类型颜色与先退浆后染色工艺保持一致。

Description

一种同浴染色去油剂及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品染整领域,特别涉及一种减少能耗、提高效率、节省成本、降低废水COD的同浴染色去油剂及其使用方法。
背景技术
纺纱、织布过程中,布面或纺织纤维总会沾上一些油污(机油等);此外,纺织纤维在储运过程中也容易沾上油污。为了保证后续的染色性能,防止色花、色淀及硅油斑等的出现,在染色前需要对织物进行前处理除去布面上的油剂和油污。
去除油剂和油污的方法主要有两种:(1)溶解法。采用某些有机溶剂对织物进行浸泡。过去一些染厂常用一些挥发性溶剂(如香焦水、苯及衍生物、三氯乙烯等)和肥皂制成清洗剂,用小毛刷沾洗织物表面;(2)洗涤法。此法可有效去除大面积纺丝油剂,可实现工业化应用,但需要用到高效洗涤助剂。根据洗涤原理,在洗涤过程中,洗涤剂与污垢、污垢与固体间发生物理作用(润湿、渗透、乳化等作用),并借助机械力使污垢从固体表面脱落下来,分离后的污垢与表面活性剂形成稳定的水包油型乳液均匀的分散于介质中而被除去。
目前一些伞面布常用的涤丝纺布,现行的染整工艺为先退浆后染色,先染后退工艺相比,同浴染色工艺流程更短,能耗、成本更低,更符合现在节能降耗的环保趋势。但是同浴染色工艺在碱性条件下染色,与常规的酸性条件下染色相比,碱性染色,对去油剂、碱剂的要求高,碱剂碱性强,染料易水解,颜色不稳定;碱剂碱性弱,退浆效果差,手感偏硬。且同浴染色效果与坯布厂家的上浆品种及上浆量也有很大的关系,不同厂家上浆工艺不同,往往同浴染色出来的布面手感不稳定。
同浴染色后水洗易产生絮状物(浆料、低聚物等),易粘附在布面上,长时间生产同浴染色工艺的机缸很脏,部分坯布生产辊筒上易产生不易取出的胶状物,很容易产生色点、色块等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决现行的同浴染色工艺使用的去油剂的要求不符合从而导致易产生絮状物(浆料、低聚物等),易粘附在布面上,长时间生产同浴染色工艺的机缸很脏,部分坯布生产辊筒上易产生不易取出的胶状物,很容易产生色点、色块的缺陷而提供一种减少能耗、提高效率、节省成本、降低废水COD的同浴染色去油剂及其使用方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种同浴染色去油剂,所述同浴染色去油剂按重量份数计包括以下组分:碳酸钠40-50份、硅酸钠10-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-7份、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐2-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3-6份与分散剂5-10份。
在本技术方案中,发明人通过大量试验,确定需要添加的各种组分。本发明的去油剂一方面要具备良好的碱剂功能。高温高压卷染缸染色与常规溢流染色区别在于染色的浴比小,溢流染色的浴比从1:5~1:20,而高温高压卷染缸的浴比只有1:1~1:2,浴比小,碱剂添加量小,起不到退浆的效果,碱剂添加量大,则pH值高,染料水解。本发明的去油剂需要在合适的用量效果下,一方面保证退浆效果,另一方面pH值(1%水溶液)控制在9.5左右。
同浴碱性染色相比酸性染色容易颜色不稳定,退浆效果要差,手感偏硬且不稳定,同时水洗后易产生絮状物(浆料、低聚物等),易粘附在布面上,长时间生产同浴染色工艺的机缸很脏,部分坯布生产辊筒上易产生不易去除的胶状物,很容易产生色点、色块等问题。因此需要具有较强的乳化,分散,去油,去污,以及清缸防反粘效果。
本发明的同浴染色去油剂中复配的各种助剂成分的均匀性更好、稳定性更佳、持久性更好。
为了得到更好的乳化效果,本发明使用十二烷基苯磺酸钠与十二烷基硫酸钠,为了得到更好的去油,去污,以及清缸防反粘效果,本发明的同浴染色去油剂选择使用碳酸钠、硅酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
作为优选,所述同浴染色去油剂按重量份数计包括以下组分:碳酸钠45份、硅酸钠10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份与分散剂9份。
作为优选,同浴染色去油剂配成溶液浓度为1-3%的水溶液,pH值为9-9.8。
作为优选,分散剂为三乙醇胺、吐温- 80、吐温-60、司班-60、聚乙二醇与六偏磷酸钠中的一种或者一种以上。
一种同浴染色去油剂的使用方法,使用高温高压卷染缸使用方法,加入染料与同浴染色去油剂,同浴染色去油剂的溶液浓度为1-3%,pH值为9-9.8,然后染色,染色工艺为60℃一道,80℃一道,90℃一道,100℃一道,105℃一道,110℃一道,120℃一道,132℃两道;染后热水清洗三道,水温分别为90℃、90℃与60℃,水洗完成后出布。
作为优选,容布量为2000米/缸,浴比为1:1。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的同浴染色去油剂pH值(1%水溶液)控制在9~9.8之间,具备良好的碱剂功能。浆料去除率为常规先退浆后染色工艺的97%,但坯布克重损失为常规先退浆后染色工艺的90%;
2、本发明的同浴染色去油剂具有较强的乳化,分散,去油,去污,以及清缸防反粘效果,通过实际生产长时间效果认证,KF-22同浴染色去油剂同比可降低色点、色渍几率40%以上。
3、染色品品质测试:染色品色差≥4级;耐水色牢度≥3级;摩擦色牢度≥3.5级,同类型颜色与先退浆后染色工艺保持一致。
4、本发明同浴染色去油剂同浴染色对水质指标的影响分析研究:清洗排放废水的COD值比传统先退浆后染色工艺同比降低30%以上。
5、能耗,效率方面:练染一浴法染色工艺先比先退后染工艺可同比节约2~3道退浆,1~2道水洗。即节约1.5~2小时/缸布,生产效率同比提高30%以上。同时蒸汽节约0.2~.0.3吨/缸,水节约1.5~2吨/缸,电节约3~4度/缸(每缸布按2000米计算)。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明中的所用的原料均可从市场购得。
实施例
一种同浴染色去油剂,所述同浴染色去油剂包括以下组分:碳酸钠、硅酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与分散剂。具体配比见表1。
使用高温高压卷染缸使用方法,加入染料与同浴染色去油剂,同浴染色去油剂的溶液浓度为1%,pH值为9-9.8,然后染色,染色工艺为60℃一道,80℃一道,90℃一道,100℃一道,105℃一道,110℃一道,120℃一道,132℃两道;染后热水清洗三道,水温分别为90℃、90℃与60℃,水洗完成后出布;容布量为2000米/缸,浴比为1:1。

进布后下染料、助剂直接染色,染色工艺:
60℃一道,80℃一道,90℃一道,100℃一道,105℃一道,110℃一道,120℃一道,132℃两道。染后热水清洗三道,水温分别为90℃、90℃、60℃。水洗完成后出布。

1.一种同浴染色去油剂,其特征在于,所述同浴染色去油剂按重量份数计包括以下组分:碳酸钠40-50份、硅酸钠10-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-7份、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐2-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3-6份与分散剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同浴染色去油剂,其特征在于,所述同浴染色去油剂按重量份数计包括以下组分:碳酸钠45份、硅酸钠10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份与分散剂9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种同浴染色去油剂,其特征在于,同浴染色去油剂配成溶液浓度为1-3%的水溶液,pH值为9-9.8。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种同浴染色去油剂,其特征在于,分散剂为三乙醇胺、吐温- 80、吐温-60、司班-60、聚乙二醇与六偏磷酸钠中的一种或者一种以上。
