本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种环保纺织浆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15‑25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10‑15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5‑10份、改性硅油消泡剂15‑30份、木质素磺酸钠3‑10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2‑5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15‑25份。采用本发明的有益效果是:具有良好的成膜性和渗透性,不仅能减少污染,而且制备工艺简单,符合可持续发展对于环保的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种环保纺织浆料。
背景技术
纺织浆料是纺织系统工程中,所有用到的具有粘稠作用的天然和人工合成的高分子聚合物的统称。纺织浆料和丙烯浆料都有专业调料,调料就是用来调和浆料的液体。调料的特性可以保持浆料的特性,加固浆料在衣物上的牢固程度,缓和浆料干涸的时间。纺织浆料一定要用调料,它本身的浆料附着力不如丙烯浆料,为了可以让浆料保持在衣物上的时间更长,所以必须用纺织调料。丙烯浆料用不用调料,没有太大差别,少量水替代调料可行,当然,保险点如果想使得丙烯浆料可以使用轻薄一点,延缓干涸时间也可用调料。
中国发明专利CN 108149486 A公开了一种纺织浆料,按重量份计算: 由抗皱剂2-10份,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5-15份,纳 米二氧化硅改性淀粉6-12份,羟丙基甲基纤维素 12-18份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份,聚乙烯醇7- 12份,小麦淀粉8-16份,水性共聚醚酯2-8份,蛋 白氨基酸5-10份,聚丙烯酸酯2-6份,2-萘酚7-15 份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂12-20份,腊片2-6份,改 性硅油消泡剂5-10份,氨基磺酸钠3-7份,木薯淀 粉10-15份,变性淀粉20-30份。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的成膜性和渗透性的环保纺织浆料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保纺织浆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15-25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10-15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5-10份、改性硅油消泡剂15-30份、木质素磺酸钠3-10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2-5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15-25份。
优选的,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5份、改性硅油消泡剂15份、木质素磺酸钠3份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15份。
优选的,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂10份、改性硅油消泡剂30份、木质素磺酸钠10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉25份。
优选的,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉21份、羟丙基甲基纤维素13份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂7份、改性硅油消泡剂22份、木质素磺酸钠6份、大豆蛋白氨基酸3份、二氧化硅改性淀粉20份。
采用本发明的有益效果是:具有良好的成膜性和渗透性,不仅能减 少污染,而且制备工艺简单,符合可持续发展对于环保的要求。

环保纺织浆料,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5份、改性硅油消泡剂15份、木质素磺酸钠3份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15份。
实施例2
环保纺织浆料,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂10份、改性硅油消泡剂30份、木质素磺酸钠10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉25份。
本实施例为最佳实施方式。
实施例3
环保纺织浆料,以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉21份、羟丙基甲基纤维素13份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂7份、改性硅油消泡剂22份、木质素磺酸钠6份、大豆蛋白氨基酸3份、二氧化硅改性淀粉20份。

1.一种环保纺织浆料,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15-25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10-15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5-10份、改性硅油消泡剂15-30份、木质素磺酸钠3-10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2-5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保纺织浆料,其特征在于以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5份、改性硅油消泡剂15份、木质素磺酸钠3份、大豆蛋白氨基酸2份、二氧化硅改性淀粉15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保纺织浆料,其特征在于以下重量份的组分组成:纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉25份、羟丙基甲基纤维素15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂10份、改性硅油消泡剂30份、木质素磺酸钠10份、大豆蛋白氨基酸5份、二氧化硅改性淀粉25份。
