A safety net flame-retardant master batch recovery device comprises a middle frame, supporting bottom feet, a top connecting frame and a bottom side frame, and is characterized by further comprising a control screen, a winding device, a cutting and winding melting device and a granulation separation cracking mechanism; the left side of the bottom end of the middle frame is connected with a supporting footing; the bottom of the right end of the middle frame is connected with the top connecting frame; the left middle part of the bottom end of the middle frame is connected with the bottom side frame; the middle part of the left end of the middle frame is provided with a control screen; the top end of the middle frame is provided with a winding device, and the middle part of the top end of the winding device is connected with the top connecting frame; a coil cutting and melting device is arranged at the right upper part of the middle frame, the middle part of the left end of the coil cutting and melting device is connected with a winding device, and the right end and the top end of the coil cutting and melting device are connected with a top connecting frame; and a granulation separation cracking mechanism is arranged on the inner right side of the bottom side frame, the top of the front end of the granulation separation cracking mechanism is connected with the middle frame, and the middle part of the top end of the granulation separation cracking mechanism is connected with a winding device.
