Technical Field

Background
With the improvement of the quality of living standard and the more serious pollution of the air quality, more people begin to pay attention to the indoor air quality, so a great number of air purifiers appear on the market, however, the air purifiers in the prior art generally filter the inhaled air by arranging a filter screen plate which is fixed and filled with activated carbon to form a filter device, however, the air purifier with the structure has the following problems:
1. because the activated carbon is used for filtering, and the filtering materials need to be replaced after being used for a period of time, on one hand, the cost is increased, and on the other hand, the resource waste is caused, so that the environment protection is not facilitated;
2. because the filter screen is fixed and set up, and filter equipment need manual dismantlement after long-time use, lead to the later stage to wash inconvenient, in addition in the cleaning process a large amount of water is lost, leads to extravagant serious, does not environmental protection.
In summary, the existing air purifier has the problems of environmental protection and complex post-cleaning, and is continuously improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly air purifier which has the characteristics of automatically cleaning a filter screen, utilizing the cleaned water and then driving a sterilization channel to rotate by utilizing the impact of the water, thereby realizing environment-friendly operation and improving the air filtering effect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the air purifier for environmental protection comprises a purifier body, wherein an air inlet, an air outlet and a fan are arranged on the purifier body, and a primary dust removing filter screen, a secondary dust removing filter screen, a water isolation device and an ultraviolet sterilization device are sequentially arranged in the purifier body along the air flowing direction; the primary dust removing filter screen comprises a first dust removing filter screen plate which is arranged on one side of the air inlet and can be arranged in the purifier body in a drawing manner and a drawing plate which is arranged on the outer side of the purifier body, the secondary dust removing filter screen comprises a bracket, a non-woven fabric filter screen which is arranged in the bracket and more than one high-pressure spray head which is arranged above the non-woven fabric filter screen, and the water isolation device comprises a water isolation area which is used for separating and removing redundant water in air; the ultraviolet sterilizing device comprises a tray and three ultraviolet lamps distributed according to three corners of a triangle, wherein a temporary water storage bin is arranged at the bottom of one side of the bracket, which is matched with a water isolation area, an inclined flow channel which is obliquely arranged is arranged at the lower part of the temporary water storage bin, a final water storage bin is arranged at the bottom of the inclined flow channel, a water pump which is communicated with the final water storage bin is arranged at the side edge of the final water storage bin, the output end of the water pump is connected with a high-pressure spray head, a water turbine which is communicated with the bottom of the inclined flow channel is arranged at the bottom of the inclined flow channel, the outlet of the water turbine is communicated with the bottom of the final water storage bin, the output shaft of the water turbine is connected with the tray, a dust filter screen is hinged to one side in the temporary water storage bin, a dust collection bin is arranged below the non-woven fabric filter screen, an electric door is arranged on the dust collection bin, and is positioned opposite to the movable end of the dust filter screen, a pushing device which can push dust on the dust filter screen into the electric door direction when one side of the dust filter screen is downwards dumped is arranged on the temporary water storage bin, and a pushing device which can move up and down, and a cleaning air cylinder is arranged above the front end of the non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric is driven to clean the non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric is driven to clean the non-woven fabric.
Further, in order to improve the cleaning effect to the dust, the pushing device comprises a pushing cylinder and a pushing plate, the pushing plate is obliquely arranged, and the oblique direction of the pushing plate is consistent with the oblique direction of the dust filter screen.

Further, in order to improve the cleaning effect on the filter screen, a sleeve is arranged on the output shaft of the driving cylinder, and cleaning brushes respectively arranged on two sides of the non-woven fabric filter screen are arranged on two sides of the sleeve.
The invention also discloses an environment-friendly air purifier, which comprises the following specific steps of:
s1, filling clean water into a final water storage bin;
s2, air is pumped into the air inlet under the action of the fan; then isolating relatively larger dust under the action of the first dust removing filter screen plate, and then enabling relatively clean air to enter the secondary dust removing filter screen;
s3, wetting relatively smaller dust in the air under the action of high-pressure water spraying, isolating under the action of a non-woven fabric filter screen, and enabling the wet air to enter a water isolation area;
s4, isolating the water drops of the controller under the action of the water isolation area, and then sending the water drops into the ultraviolet sterilization device;
s5, in the step S3, dust and water are sent into a temporary water storage bin under the action of high pressure, then the dust is isolated on a dust filter screen under the action of the dust filter screen, water rapidly flows into an inclined runner, and then a water turbine is impacted, so that the water turbine works to drive an output shaft to rotate so as to drive a tray to rotate; the air entering the ultraviolet sterilizing device is sent into a rotating channel formed by the ultraviolet lamps, then the air is subjected to all-round access sterilization treatment, and finally clean air is sent out from an air outlet;
s6, when the dust on the dust filter screen is excessive, rotating the dust filter screen to incline downwards, opening the electric door, and pushing the dust into the dust collection bin by using the pushing device;
s7, water output by the water turbine exists in a final water storage bin, and then the water is sent into a high-pressure spray head by a water pump for recycling;
s8, simultaneously, the cleaning brush is pushed to move up and down by the driving air cylinder to brush the surface of the non-woven fabric filter screen regularly.

Further, in order to improve the cleaning effect on dust, the pushing device 29 includes a pushing cylinder 21 and a pushing plate 22, and the pushing plate 22 is obliquely disposed, and the direction in which the pushing plate 22 is obliquely disposed is consistent with the direction in which the dust filter 18 is obliquely disposed.

Working principle: firstly, clean water is filled in a final water storage bin 15; air is pumped into the air inlet 2 under the action of the fan 4; then, relatively large dust is isolated under the action of the first dust removing filter screen plate 5, and relatively clean air enters the secondary dust removing filter screen; the relatively small dust in the air is wetted under the action of high-pressure water spraying, then isolated under the action of the non-woven fabric filter screen 8, and then the wet air enters the water isolation area 10; isolating the water drops of the controller 24 under the action of the water isolation area 10, and then sending the water drops into an ultraviolet sterilization device; the dust and water are sent into the temporary water storage bin 13 under the action of high pressure, then the dust is isolated on the dust filter screen 18 under the action of the dust filter screen 18, the water rapidly flows into the inclined runner 14 and then impacts the water turbine 17, so that the water turbine 17 works to drive the output shaft to rotate so as to drive the tray 12 to rotate; the air entering the ultraviolet sterilizing device is sent into a rotating channel formed by the ultraviolet lamps 11, then the air is subjected to all-round access sterilization treatment, and finally clean air is sent out from an air outlet; when the dust on the dust filter 18 is excessive, the dust filter 18 is rotated to incline downward, the electric door 20 is opened, and then the dust is pushed into the dust collection bin 19 by the pushing device 29; the water output by the water turbine 17 exists in the final water storage bin 15, and then the water is sent into the high-pressure spray head 9 by the water pump 16 for recycling; at the same time, the driving cylinder 27 is used for driving the cleaning brush 26 to move up and down to brush the surface of the non-woven fabric filter screen 8.

Example 2:

s7, water output by the water turbine 17 is stored in a final water storage bin 15, and then the water is sent into the high-pressure spray head 9 by a water pump 16 for recycling;
and S8, simultaneously, the cleaning brush 26 is pushed to move up and down by the driving cylinder 27 to brush the surface of the non-woven fabric filter screen 8 periodically.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention has the advantages of automatically cleaning the filter screen, utilizing the cleaned water, and then driving the sterilization channel to rotate by utilizing the impact of the water, thereby realizing environment-friendly operation and improving the air filtering effect.
