Abstract
The invention provides a method for treating municipal solid waste, which comprises the following steps of firstly, deodorizing the municipal solid waste; step two: carrying out infrared drying treatment on the deodorized household garbage; step three: screening the dried domestic garbage through a drum screen; step four: winnowing the oversize material, and sorting a part of the winnowed oversize material by a near infrared sorting device to sort out waste paper, plastic and chemical fiber; step five: carrying out magnetic separation treatment on the other part of the oversize products subjected to air separation, and carrying out vibration screening treatment on one part of the oversize products subjected to magnetic separation so as to separate out batteries and nonmetal; step six: sending the other part of oversize products subjected to magnetic separation into an eddy current separation device for treatment so as to separate out nonmagnetic metals; step seven: and (4) carrying out gravity separation treatment on the residual oversize products after the nonmagnetic metal is separated out so as to screen out slag stones, glass, organic matters and wood products. step five: carrying out magnetic separation treatment on the other part of the oversize products subjected to air separation, and carrying out vibration screening treatment on one part of the oversize products subjected to magnetic separation so as to separate out batteries and nonmetal;
step six: sending the other part of oversize products subjected to magnetic separation into an eddy current separation device for treatment so as to separate out nonmagnetic metals;
step seven: and D, performing gravity separation treatment on the residual oversize products subjected to the separation of the nonmagnetic metals in the sixth step to separate out slag stones, glass, organic matters and wood products.
