Description

Strawberry powdery mildew prevention and treatment agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a strawberry powdery mildew prevention and treatment medicament and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Strawberry powdery mildew is a common important disease in strawberry production, the prevalence frequency is high, the harm is serious, after the strawberry powdery mildew occurs, the yield is generally reduced by 20-30%, and the yield can be reduced by 50% if the strawberry powdery mildew occurs, even the strawberry powdery mildew is completely harvested, and the yield and the quality of strawberries are seriously affected. Strawberry powdery mildew can occur from the seedling stage to the fruit mature stage, and the pathogenic bacteria in the trellis and the soil are accumulated year by year due to continuous cropping and continuous cropping of the strawberry in a planting greenhouse for many years, so that the powdery mildew of the strawberry is early and serious; greenhouse facilities are poor in ventilation and light transmission, too large in planting density, and suitable for temperature and humidity in the greenhouse, so that strawberry powdery mildew can be generated more favorably. Moreover, the strawberry is not salt-alkali resistant, is not managed in place, is easy to cause powdery mildew due to plant growth retardation, and is more sensitive to powdery mildew of the strawberry by the varieties of 'Hongyan', 'Qijie', and the like which are suitable for picking.
The strawberry powdery mildew pathogenic bacteria are ascomycotina subphylum unicystus of genus lupinus (Sphaerotheca aphanis), and are obligate parasitic bacteria. In 1959, powdery mildew is found on greenhouse strawberries at Shenyang academy of agriculture for the first time in China (see 'research progress of strawberry powdery mildew', liubo and the like, henan agricultural science, 2 nd stage, 20 th to 22 th pages in 2007), and the microscopic structure of strawberry powdery mildew observed by Yangrui and the like in 2013 by using a scanning electron microscope shows that hyphae and spores are grown and attached on the surfaces of mature leaves and old leaves of susceptible plants (see 'strawberry powdery mildew is observed by using a scanning electron microscope technology', yangrui and the like, electronic microscopy reports, 32 rd volume, 3 rd stage, 260 th to 265 th pages). Researches find that pathogenic bacteria exist on new, young and tender leaves of strawberry plants without diseases, the quantity of hyphae is small, the number of strawberry powdery mildew hyphae on the surfaces of the leaves at different node positions is increased along with the growth process of the leaves, and the forms of the pathogenic bacteria at all stages are rich.
At present, insurance drugs are used for prevention, chemical agents are used as main agents after diseases occur, although the chemical agents have certain prevention effect, due to the fact that a large amount of chemical pesticides are used, drug resistance is generated on various harmful germs, the prevention difficulty is increased, meanwhile, harm is generated to plants, residues exist in strawberries, the health of people is harmed, and the environment is polluted.
CN106234402A discloses a bactericidal composition for preventing and treating strawberry powdery mildew, which is composed of the following substances in parts by mass: 8 parts of prochloraz, 8 parts of cyhalodiamide, 7 parts of benzovindiflupyr, 8 parts of pyrisoxazole, 8 parts of penoxsulam, 6 parts of metrafenone and 8 parts of propoxyl quinoline.
CN102302012A discloses a pesticide composition for preventing and treating powdery mildew of strawberries, which can effectively relieve the generation of powdery mildew resistance, but the pesticide residue in the pesticide composition is large and can still generate pesticide resistance after long-term use.
In conclusion, the development of the compound pesticide for preventing and treating the powdery mildew of the strawberries, the reduction of the drug residues on the strawberries, the improvement of the medication safety and the reduction of the environmental stress are problems which need to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
