The rainbow trout after finishing the injection is taken out of the fish body fixing device and put into a fish body observation groove 17, whether bleeding or offensive liquid seeps out exists at the injection part is observed within the anesthesia time, qualified rainbow trout after injection without bleeding or offensive liquid seeps out can be put into a fish body discharging pipe orifice 18, the rainbow trout enters a discharging pipe from the fish body discharging pipe orifice 18 and then enters a fish body reviving pool 3, an oxygenation pump 19 is started to oxygenate water in the fish body reviving pool 3 through an oxygenation disc 20, the rainbow trout can revive after entering the reviving pool for 2-3 min, and the rainbow trout can recover to be normal.
The opening time of the automatic electromagnetic valve 21 is set as the waking time of the rainbow trout in advance, when the rainbow trout wakes up and returns to normal, the automatic electromagnetic valve 21 is automatically opened, the rainbow trout automatically swims back to the fish body culture pond through the pond inlet conduit 22, and the whole challenge experiment process is completed.
The rainbow trout challenge experiment operation platform system provided by the invention is also suitable for vaccination of rainbow trout.
