8. A server, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the traffic accident evidence collection method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program.
9. A vehicle-mounted terminal characterized by comprising:
the image acquisition device is used for acquiring traffic image data;
the positioning device is used for acquiring first position information of the traffic image data;
the time recording device is used for recording first time information of the traffic image data;
a communication module in communication with the server;
memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executing the program implements the information presentation method as claimed in claim 6.
10. A traffic accident evidence collection system, comprising:
the server of claim 8; and
a plurality of vehicle terminals according to claim 9.
