Therefore, by combining the resource information and the resource display equipment information, the target resource display equipment suitable for the target display resource is determined from the resource display equipment, and more suitable equipment is selected from a plurality of equipment for the target display resource to display the resource according to the group characteristics of audiences, so that the target display resource can be more displayed to the expected target group, the reaching rate of the target display resource can be improved, and the resource display efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the application further provides a training method for the display equipment determination model, which is used for training the display equipment determination model, so that the display equipment determination model can determine the matching degree of the target display resources and the resource display equipment based on the resource information of the target display resources and the resource display equipment information of the resource display equipment.
It is understood that the training of the display device determination model may be performed independently before the resource display device determination method is implemented, or may be performed before the matching degree between the target display resource and the resource display device is determined in the process of implementing the resource display device determination method. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Referring to fig. 4, when training the display device to determine the model, the method may specifically include:

If the rendering device determination model is only used for certain types of resources, such as only for targeting a resource rendering device for a commercial, then determining historical resources and their corresponding rendering devices may be limited to only the commercial and its rendering device. If the presentation device determines that the model is only for a certain type of device, such as for filtering in an electronic screen, then determining the historical presentation device and its presented historical assets may be limited to the electronic screen and its presented assets only.

it can be understood that the historical interaction information can reflect the specific situation of the historical resource actually touching the crowd, for example, the number of the actually touching crowd, the crowd characteristic information distribution situation of the crowd, and the like. Therefore, the history interaction information can reflect the history matching degree of the history display equipment and the history resource.
In one case, it can be considered that the number, frequency, distribution range, evaluation level, access amount and other investigation factors of the historical interactive information are positively correlated with the historical matching degree of the historical display equipment and the historical resources. The more and more frequent the historical interaction information is, the more the number of users participating in the interaction behavior is, the more the participation times is, the higher the evaluation on the historical resources or the historical display equipment is, the higher the access quantity of the access corresponding to the resource link is, and the higher the historical matching degree between the historical display equipment and the historical resources is possibly.
Further, the reach rate of the historical resource display can be determined based on the historical interaction information. The reach rate refers to the proportion of users who meet the crowd characteristic information of the target crowd of the historical resources among the crowd actually reached by the historical resources in the process of displaying the historical resources on the historical display equipment. It can be appreciated that the reach rate is positively correlated with the degree of match: the higher the reach rate, the higher the history matching degree of the history display equipment and the history resource.
Specifically, when determining the history matching degree between the history display device and the history resource based on the history interaction information, the method may include the following steps:
first, first characteristic information of each user in a history reach crowd actually obtained from the history resources and a first number of the history reach crowd are determined based on history interaction data. It can be appreciated that the first number of history reaching people is the total number of people actually reaching the history resources displayed on the history display device.
And secondly, matching the first characteristic information of the users with the crowd characteristic information of the target crowd of the historical resources, and determining a second number of the users of which the first characteristic information is matched with the crowd characteristic information. It can be understood that the second number is the total number of people who meet the crowd characteristic information of the target crowd among the crowd actually touched by the historical resources displayed on the historical display device.
And finally, determining the history matching degree of the history display equipment and the history resources based on the first quantity and the second quantity. Specifically, the ratio of the second quantity to the first quantity may be calculated, the ratio is directly used as the history matching degree of the history display device and the history resource, the ratio or the history matching degree may be divided into regions, and the history matching degree may be determined according to the region into which the ratio falls.
S207: and training the initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.
Alternatively, the initial model may be built using a linear regression model architecture.
Optionally, when step S207 is executed, an input vector of the initial model may be generated based on the historical resource display device information and the historical resource information. It should be noted that the process of generating the input vector of the initial model is similar to the process of generating the first feature vector and the second feature vector in the foregoing method, and details are not repeated here. Then, the input vector is input into the initial model, and the output of the initial model is obtained. And then, adjusting the parameters of the initial model according to the difference between the output of the initial model and the historical matching degree. And repeating the steps until the difference between the output of the initial model and the historical matching degree meets a preset condition, and obtaining the trained determined model of the display equipment.
It should be noted that, when training the display device determination model, a training sample is obtained first, that is, historical resource display device information of the historical display device and historical resource information of the historical resource within a preset time period are obtained. Based on these training samples, a training set and a validation set at the time of model training may be determined. Optionally, the number of samples in the training set and the verification set may be flexibly adjusted, for example, 70% of the training samples are used as the training set for training the display device to determine the model, and the remaining 30% of the training samples are used as the verification set for the verification display device to determine whether the output of the model meets the preset requirement.
On the basis of obtaining the training sample, the sample data needs to be calibrated, namely, the history matching degree is determined based on the history interaction information. It can be understood that, for the resource L displayed on the device K, the interaction information of the user and the device K and/or the resource L can reflect the actual reaching condition of the resource display, and the matching degree determined based on the interaction information can reflect the actual matching degree of the device K and the resource L. Therefore, the input vectors corresponding to the equipment K and the resource L are calibrated according to the matching degree, and the input vectors are used as expected outputs of the display equipment determination model after the input vectors corresponding to the equipment K and the resource L are received, so that the parameters of the initial model can be adjusted according to the difference between the actual outputs and the expected outputs. And the above steps are repeated in a circulating manner, so that the actual output of the initial model continuously approaches the expected output until the difference between the actual output and the expected output is small enough to reach the preset condition, the training of the initial model can be considered to be completed, and the trained display equipment determining model is obtained.
It should be noted that after the target resource display device is determined based on the display device determination model and the target display resource is actually displayed on the target resource display device, the interaction information of the user on the target resource display device based on the target display resource can be further acquired, the target display resource is used as a history resource, the target resource display device is used as a history display device, the interaction information of the user on the target resource display device based on the target display resource is used as history interaction information to form a new training set, the display device determination model is retrained again, and the display device determination model is updated, so that the output of the display device determination model is more accurate.

The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to form the resource display equipment determining device on the logic level. The processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and is specifically used for executing the following operations:
determining information of a plurality of resource display devices, wherein the information of the resource display devices comprises crowd characteristic information associated with the resource display devices;
determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the information of the plurality of resource display equipment.
The method performed by the resource exhibition apparatus determination device disclosed in the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present application may be applied to a processor, or implemented by a processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.
The electronic device may further execute the method executed by the resource display apparatus determining device in fig. 1, and implement the functions of the resource display apparatus determining device in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which are not described herein again in this embodiment of the present application.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, where the one or more programs include instructions, which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, enable the electronic device to perform the method performed by the resource exposure apparatus determining device in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are specifically configured to perform:
determining information of a plurality of resource display devices, wherein the information of the resource display devices comprises crowd characteristic information associated with the resource display devices;
determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the information of the plurality of resource display equipment.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 15, at a hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, and optionally further includes an internal bus, a network interface, and a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, the network interface, and the memory may be connected to each other via an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (peripheral component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 15, but that does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.

Claims (43)

1. A resource display device determining method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a plurality of resource display device information, wherein the resource display device information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with resource display devices;
determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of resource display equipment information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the resource presentation device information further includes crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimensional feature interval of the crowd feature information, and the crowd proportion information is proportion information of the number of the crowd whose crowd feature information falls into the dimensional feature interval in the total number of the crowd corresponding to the resource presentation device.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the resource information further includes target population ratio threshold information corresponding to a target dimension interval, and the target population ratio threshold information is ratio information of the number of the population whose target population characteristic information falls into the target dimension interval in the total number of the target population corresponding to the resource information;
determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of resource display equipment information, wherein the determining target resource display equipment comprises:
and under the condition that the dimension characteristic interval is matched with the target dimension interval, determining the resource display equipment with the crowd occupation ratio information meeting the target crowd occupation ratio threshold information as the target resource display equipment.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining a plurality of asset presentation device information comprises:
determining a crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment according to the attribute information and the position information of the resource display equipment and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people with the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
and determining the resource display equipment information of the resource display equipment based on the crowd proportion information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the crowd corresponding to the resource display device according to the attribute information and the location information of the resource display device and the historical login information of the user comprises:
determining a touch area of the resource display equipment according to the attribute information and the position information of the resource display equipment;
and determining the users with the login position information matched with the touch area as the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment based on the login position information of the users in the historical login information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the reach area of the resource display device according to the attribute information and the location information of the resource display device comprises:
determining the position of a datum point of the touch area according to the position information of the resource display equipment;
determining the range of the touch area according to the attribute information of the resource display equipment, wherein the attribute information comprises at least one of size information, display parameter information and application scene information of the resource display equipment;
determining a touchdown area of the resource presentation device based on the fiducial point location and the range of the touchdown area.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein determining a target resource presentation device based on the target demographic information and the plurality of resource presentation device information comprises:
generating a first feature vector based on the resource information, wherein the first feature vector comprises a component corresponding to the target crowd feature information;
for each resource display device, generating a second feature vector based on the information of the respective resource display device, wherein the second feature vector comprises a component corresponding to the crowd proportion information;
determining the matching degree of the plurality of resource display devices and the target display resource according to the first characteristic vector and a second characteristic vector corresponding to each resource display device;
and determining the target resource display equipment based on the matching degree of the plurality of resource display equipment and the target display resource.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein determining how well a plurality of resource display devices match the target display resource according to the first feature vector and a second feature vector corresponding to each resource display device comprises:
and taking the first feature vector and the second feature vector as input variables of a display equipment determination model, determining the model by utilizing the display equipment, and outputting the matching degree.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein before determining a model using the presentation device and outputting the degree of match, the method further comprises:
determining history display equipment and history resources displayed on the history display equipment;
based on the historical display equipment and the historical resources, determining corresponding historical resource display equipment information, historical resource information and historical interaction information, wherein the historical resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical resources, and the historical resource display equipment information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display equipment and the historical resources based on the historical interaction information;
training an initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein training an initial model based on the historical resource display device information, the historical resource information, and the historical matching degree to obtain the trained display device determination model comprises:
generating an input vector of the initial model based on the historical resource display device information and the historical resource information;
inputting the input vector into the initial model to obtain the output of the initial model;
adjusting parameters of the initial model according to the difference between the output of the initial model and the historical matching degree;
and repeating the steps until the difference meets a preset condition to obtain the trained determined model of the display equipment.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein determining a historical matching degree of the historical display device and the historical resource based on the historical interaction information comprises:
determining first characteristic information of each user in a historical reach crowd actually acquiring the historical resources and a first number of the historical reach crowd based on the historical interaction data;
matching the first characteristic information of each user with the target crowd characteristic information of the historical resources, and determining the second number of users of which the first characteristic information is matched with the target crowd characteristic information;
and determining the history matching degree of the history display equipment and the history resource based on the first quantity and the second quantity.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the target resource exposure apparatus, the method further comprises:
and displaying the target display resource on the target resource display equipment.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein after the target presentation resource is presented on the target resource presentation device, the method further comprises:
acquiring interaction information of a user on the target resource display equipment based on the target display resource;
and taking the target display resource as historical resource, taking the target resource display equipment as historical display equipment, taking the interaction information as historical interaction information, and updating a display equipment determination model.
14. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the demographic information comprises at least one of:
basic attribute information, consumption behavior information, habit preference information, social relationship information and interaction behavior information.
15. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the target display resource is a target advertisement and the resource display device is an advertisement display screen.
16. A method for training a display device determination model, the method comprising:
determining history display equipment and history resources displayed on the history display equipment;
based on the historical display equipment and the historical resources, determining corresponding historical resource display equipment information, historical resource information and historical interaction information, wherein the historical resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical resources, and the historical resource display equipment information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display equipment and the historical resources based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.
17. A resource display device information determination method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment according to attribute information and position information of the resource display equipment and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people of which the crowd characteristic information falls into a preset dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
and determining the resource display equipment information of the resource display equipment based on the crowd proportion information.
18. An advertisement presentation screen determining method, comprising:
determining a plurality of advertisement display screen information, wherein the advertisement display screen information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with an advertisement display screen;
determining advertisement information of a target display advertisement, wherein the advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining a target advertisement display screen according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of advertisement display screen information.
19. The method according to claim 18, wherein the advertisement presentation screen information further includes crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimensional feature interval of the crowd feature information, and the crowd proportion information is proportion information of the number of the crowd whose crowd feature information falls into the dimensional feature interval in the total number of the crowd corresponding to the advertisement presentation screen.
20. The method according to claim 19, wherein the advertisement information further includes target population ratio threshold information corresponding to a target dimension interval, and the target population ratio threshold information is ratio information of the number of the population whose target population characteristic information falls into the target dimension interval in the total number of the target population corresponding to the advertisement information;
determining a target advertisement display screen according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of advertisement display screen information, including:
and under the condition that the dimension characteristic interval is matched with the target dimension interval, determining the advertisement display screen with the crowd occupation ratio information meeting the target crowd occupation ratio threshold information as the target advertisement display screen.
21. The method of claim 19, wherein determining a plurality of advertisement presentation screen information comprises:
determining a crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen according to the attribute information and the position information of the advertisement display screen and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people with the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
and determining advertisement display screen information of the advertisement display screen based on the crowd proportion information.
22. The method of claim 19, wherein determining a target advertisement presentation screen based on the target demographic information and the plurality of advertisement presentation screen information comprises:
generating a first feature vector based on the advertisement information, wherein the first feature vector comprises a component corresponding to the target crowd feature information;
generating a second feature vector for each advertisement display screen based on the advertisement display screen information, wherein the second feature vector comprises a component corresponding to the crowd proportion information;
determining the matching degree of a plurality of advertisement display screens and the target display advertisement according to the first characteristic vector and a second characteristic vector corresponding to each advertisement display screen;
and determining the target advertisement display screen based on the matching degree of the plurality of advertisement display screens and the target display advertisement.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein determining how well a plurality of advertisement presentation screens match the targeted presentation advertisement based on the first eigenvector and a second eigenvector corresponding to each advertisement presentation screen comprises:
and taking the first feature vector and the second feature vector as input variables of a display screen determination model, determining the model by using the display screen, and outputting the matching degree.
24. A method for training a presentation screen determination model, the method comprising:
determining a history display screen and history advertisements displayed on the history display screen;
based on the historical display screen and the historical advertisements, corresponding historical advertisement display screen information, historical advertisement information and historical interaction information are determined, the historical advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical advertisements, and the historical advertisement display screen information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display screen and the historical advertisement based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical advertisement display screen information, the historical advertisement information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display screen determination model.
25. An advertisement presentation screen information determining method, comprising:
determining a crowd corresponding to an advertisement display screen according to attribute information and position information of the advertisement display screen and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people with the crowd characteristic information falling into a dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
and determining advertisement display screen information of the advertisement display screen based on the crowd proportion information.
26. A resource presentation device determining apparatus, comprising:
the resource display equipment information determining module is used for determining a plurality of pieces of resource display equipment information, and the resource display equipment information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with the resource display equipment;
the resource information determining module is used for determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and the target resource display equipment determining module is used for determining the target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of resource display equipment information.
27. A display device-specific model training apparatus, comprising:
the history equipment and resource determining module is used for determining history display equipment and history resources displayed on the history display equipment;
the first history information determining module is used for determining corresponding history resource display equipment information, history resource information and history interaction information based on the history display equipment and the history resources, wherein the history resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the history resources, and the history resource display equipment information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval;
the first history matching degree determining module is used for determining the history matching degree of the history display equipment and the history resource based on the history interaction information;
and the first training module is used for training an initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.

the first crowd determining module is used for determining crowds corresponding to the resource display equipment according to attribute information and position information of the resource display equipment and historical login information of users, wherein the crowds corresponding to the resource display equipment comprise at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the users;
the first crowd quantity determining module is used for determining the number of crowds of which the crowd characteristic information falls into a preset dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
the first person group proportion information determining module is used for determining the person group proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the persons of which the person group characteristic information falls into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the persons corresponding to the resource display equipment;

the advertisement information determining module is used for determining advertisement information of a target display advertisement, wherein the advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and the target advertisement display screen determining module is used for determining a target advertisement display screen according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of advertisement display screen information.
30. A presentation screen deterministic model training apparatus, comprising:
the historical screen and advertisement determining module is used for determining a historical display screen and historical advertisements displayed on the historical display screen;
the second historical information determining module is used for determining corresponding historical advertisement display screen information, historical advertisement information and historical interaction information based on the historical display screen and the historical advertisements, wherein the historical advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical advertisements, and the historical advertisement display screen information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval;
the second history matching degree determining module is used for determining the history matching degree of the history display screen and the history advertisement based on the history interaction information;
and the second training module is used for training the initial model based on the historical advertisement display screen information, the historical advertisement information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display screen determination model.

the second crowd determining module is used for determining the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen according to the attribute information and the position information of the advertisement display screen and the historical login information of the user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises the login position information and the crowd characteristic information of the user;
the second crowd number determining module is used for determining the number of the crowd of which the crowd characteristic information falls into the dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;

determining a plurality of resource display device information, wherein the resource display device information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with resource display devices;
determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of resource display equipment information.
33. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining a plurality of resource display device information, wherein the resource display device information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with resource display devices;
determining resource information of target display resources, wherein the resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining target resource display equipment according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of resource display equipment information.
34. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining history display equipment and history resources displayed on the history display equipment;
based on the historical display equipment and the historical resources, determining corresponding historical resource display equipment information, historical resource information and historical interaction information, wherein the historical resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical resources, and the historical resource display equipment information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display equipment and the historical resources based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.
35. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining history display equipment and history resources displayed on the history display equipment;
based on the historical display equipment and the historical resources, determining corresponding historical resource display equipment information, historical resource information and historical interaction information, wherein the historical resource information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical resources, and the historical resource display equipment information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display equipment and the historical resources based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical resource display equipment information, the historical resource information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display equipment determination model.
36. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining a crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment according to attribute information and position information of the resource display equipment and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people of which the crowd characteristic information falls into a preset dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
and determining the resource display equipment information of the resource display equipment based on the crowd proportion information.
37. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining a crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment according to attribute information and position information of the resource display equipment and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people of which the crowd characteristic information falls into a preset dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the resource display equipment;
and determining the resource display equipment information of the resource display equipment based on the crowd proportion information.
38. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining a plurality of advertisement display screen information, wherein the advertisement display screen information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with an advertisement display screen;
determining advertisement information of a target display advertisement, wherein the advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining a target advertisement display screen according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of advertisement display screen information.
39. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining a plurality of advertisement display screen information, wherein the advertisement display screen information comprises crowd characteristic information associated with an advertisement display screen;
determining advertisement information of a target display advertisement, wherein the advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information;
and determining a target advertisement display screen according to the target crowd characteristic information and the plurality of advertisement display screen information.
40. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining a history display screen and history advertisements displayed on the history display screen;
based on the historical display screen and the historical advertisements, corresponding historical advertisement display screen information, historical advertisement information and historical interaction information are determined, the historical advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical advertisements, and the historical advertisement display screen information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display screen and the historical advertisement based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical advertisement display screen information, the historical advertisement information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display screen determination model.
41. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining a history display screen and history advertisements displayed on the history display screen;
based on the historical display screen and the historical advertisements, corresponding historical advertisement display screen information, historical advertisement information and historical interaction information are determined, the historical advertisement information comprises target crowd characteristic information of the historical advertisements, and the historical advertisement display screen information comprises crowd proportion information corresponding to a dimension characteristic interval;
determining the historical matching degree of the historical display screen and the historical advertisement based on the historical interaction information;
and training an initial model based on the historical advertisement display screen information, the historical advertisement information and the historical matching degree to obtain a trained display screen determination model.
42. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining a crowd corresponding to an advertisement display screen according to attribute information and position information of the advertisement display screen and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
determining the number of people with the crowd characteristic information falling into a dimension characteristic interval based on the crowd characteristic information of each user in the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
determining crowd proportion information corresponding to the dimension characteristic interval based on the number of the crowd characteristic information falling into the dimension characteristic interval and the total number of the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen;
and determining advertisement display screen information of the advertisement display screen based on the crowd proportion information.
43. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to:
determining a crowd corresponding to an advertisement display screen according to attribute information and position information of the advertisement display screen and historical login information of a user, wherein the crowd corresponding to the advertisement display screen comprises at least one of the users, and the historical login information comprises login position information and crowd characteristic information of the user;
