Abstract

凿岩钻由钻头(1)、钻身(2)和钻尾(3)构成。钻 身(2)上设有至少一条螺旋状的输送螺纹(4、5),该螺 纹(4、5)在其由外直径构成的背部(6、7)上被许多浅 槽(8、9)横穿而过,该浅槽是沿垂直于钻身(2)的中轴 而排列的许多小平面伸展的。

Description

本发明涉及一种凿岩钻,该钻具有钻头、钻身及钻尾,其时钻身上设有至少一条螺旋形的输送螺纹,同时在外径所形成的输送螺纹的背部上有许多浅槽横穿而过。
已知凿岩钻钻身上的螺旋形输送螺纹就象一台螺杆式运输机那样,把钻削过程中产生的钻屑从钻孔底运送到外面。这种凿岩钻现在都是用具有小冲击能量的效率高的钻具来使它转动的。为了克服在输送螺纹与钻孔壁间的摩擦力而需的转动功率迄今基本上停留不变,因为若将输送螺纹的总的背宽减少会对凿岩钻在地下的导行产生不利的影响。
德国专利DE-AS2013327号曾公开过一种凿岩钻,其钻身输送螺纹的背部在圆周方向上间隔地设有许多倾斜于钻身纵轴线的凹槽。
这种已知的凿岩钻在广义上是可以减少与钻孔壁一同起作用的背部面积的。但由于较小的背部面积造成的较小的摩擦力所得到的功率节省又会重新消失,这是因为凹槽轮廓的突起部是挂着在钻孔壁的部分粗糙的表面上的,从而使这种凿岩钻的摩擦力的合计提高。
本发明的目的在于研制一种凿岩钻,其输送螺纹在工作过程中能够保证凿岩钻在钻孔内良好地导行,同时在钻孔壁上只是产生一个不大的摩擦力。
按照本发明,上述目的是这样达到的,即在沿垂直于钻身中轴而排列的平面上设有许多浅槽。
由于在输送螺纹背部上排列的浅槽的直角形安排使背部的总宽维持不变。但由于背部被许多在轴向上相互隔开排列的浅槽横穿而过,因此在钻削过程中不再是整个背部面积与钻孔壁一同作用了。另外由于本发明的安排使浅槽的突起部在与钻孔壁的粗糙表面接触时不再会使所赢得的功率节省消失。
从制造技术和经济上着想,在输送螺纹的整个全长上输送螺纹背部都被制成相同的宽度,而在该输送螺纹背部排列的浅槽最好能在钻身的中轴上一个接一个按相等的间隔排列。
在钻削过程中产生的摩擦力的大小与钻身直径的大小有关。直径较大的凿岩钻有一较大的周面,因此其输送螺纹上的背部面积也较大,所以浅槽的宽度同样与钻身的外直径有关。其时浅槽宽度与钻身直径的比率以0.05∶1到0.3∶1为宜。
为了使螺旋形的输送螺纹所产生的钻屑导出功率不会在负面上受到影响,浅槽特别应这样构造,使槽底只是沿径向从输送螺纹的背部上略微向里缩进一点即可。在任何情况下浅槽的深度都应这样构造,使大多数钻屑微粒都比浅槽的深度大。由于钻屑的微粒大小又与凿岩钻的直径有关,因此在浅槽深度和钻身外直径之间存在着一定的比率关系,该比率最好在0.02∶1到0.05∶1之间。
根据所要钻探的地层情况,浅槽可以采用不同的相对于输送螺纹背部宽度的宽度。当所要钻探的材料会在输送螺纹背部和钻孔壁之间产生很大的摩擦力时应该把输送螺纹背部的浅槽做得宽些。使输送螺纹能够以较少的背部面积与钻孔壁接触。而较硬材料的钻探则需采用宽度较小的浅槽。浅槽宽度与输送螺纹背部宽度的比率以0.8∶1到6∶1为宜。
本发明将结合附图示出的一个实施例详细进行说明。其中:
图1为用简图示出的本发明的凿岩钻;
图2为图1中凿岩钻前部的侧视放大图。
图1和2所示的凿岩钻由钻头1、钻身2和钻尾3构成。在钻身2上设有例如为两条螺旋形的输送螺纹4、5,其时输送螺纹4、5在外径所形成的背部6、7上被浅槽8、9横穿而过。浅槽8、9在垂直于凿岩钻纵长轴的许多小平面上伸展着并在轴向上相互间隔地设置着。在钻头2的正前部设有一块硬质合金片10,其外廓略微突出在钻身2的外径之外。
图2示出在输送螺纹4、5的背部6、7安排的浅槽8、9的放大图。浅槽8、9沿着钻身2的中轴以相同的间距A一个接一个地排列着。浅槽8、9的宽度与输送螺纹4、5的背部6、7的宽度有关。浅槽8、9的深度T与钻身2的外径D有关。

Claims (5)

1、一种凿岩钻,它具有钻头(1),钻身(2)和与钻头(1)对置的钻尾(3),其中钻身(2)上设有至少一条螺旋形的输送螺纹(4、5),同时在外径所形成的背部(6、7)上被浅槽(8、9)横穿而过,其特征为,浅槽(8、9)是沿等直于钻身(2)的中轴而排列的许多小平面伸展的。
2、按照权利要求1的凿岩钻,其特征为,浅槽(8、9)是沿钻身(2)的中轴以相同的间距一个接一个排列的。
3、按照权利要求1或2的凿岩钻,其特征为,浅槽的宽度(B)和钻身(2)外直径(D)的比率为0.05∶1到0.3∶1。
4、按照权利要求1至3中任一项的凿岩钻,其特征为,浅槽(8、9)的深度(T)和钻身(2)外直径(D)的比率为0.02∶1至0.05∶1。
5、按照权利要求1至4中任一项的凿岩钻,其特征为,在浅槽(8、9)的宽度(B)与输送螺纹(4、5)背部(6、7)的宽度(R)的比率为0.8∶1至6∶1。
