喷油泵内的柱塞相对于柱塞套作上下往复运动, 将低压燃油压进高压油管,在压油过程中有部分燃油会沿配合间隙往下渗漏至柱塞套环形储油槽部位,内漏燃油会渗入到油泵的其他部位,影响产品使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防渗柱塞偶件,本发明通过柱塞套设计为分体机构,在内套筒上设计的一个螺旋槽,将内燃漏油引入低压油腔,有效防止内漏燃油渗入到油泵的其他部位。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种防渗柱塞偶件,包括柱塞套、柱塞,柱塞设置在柱塞套内,其特征是,所述柱塞套包括柱塞内套筒和柱塞外套筒,柱塞内套筒和柱塞外套筒螺纹连接;柱塞内套筒为台阶结构,所述柱塞内套筒内圆周面上对称设有第一环形储油槽、第二环形储油槽,第一环形储油槽、第二环形储油槽不连通;柱塞内套筒外圆周壁上加工有螺旋槽,螺旋槽上端回油口与低压油腔相连通,螺旋槽下端与第一环形储油槽31或第二环形储油槽相连通。
优选的,所述螺旋槽上端回油口设置在所述柱塞套顶面平齐。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:将柱塞套设计为内外套筒结构,内套筒上设计一个螺旋槽与柱塞环形储油槽相通,内漏燃油将通过螺旋槽从回油口排入低压油腔,有效防止了内漏燃油渗入到油泵的其他部位。

柱塞套2包括柱塞内套筒22和柱塞外套筒21,柱塞内套筒22和柱塞外套筒21螺纹连接;柱塞内套筒22为台阶结构,所述柱塞内套筒22内圆周面上对称设有第一环形储油槽31、第二环形储油槽32,第一环形储油槽31、第二环形储油槽32不连通;柱塞内套筒22外圆周壁上加工有螺旋槽5,螺旋槽5上端回油口51与低压油腔相连通,螺旋槽5下端与第一环形储油槽31或第二环形储油槽32相连通。
螺旋槽5上端回油口51设置在所述柱塞套2顶面平齐。
