Background
The excavator is a vehicle device which is commonly used in industrial production. The cab of current excavators is generally equipped with a driver seat on which a driver sits and a handle bar armrest. Wherein the driver closes the cab door by pulling the pull rod armrest. However, due to the structural limitation of the excavator, the distance between the driver seat and the pull rod armrest is relatively long, and if the driver needs to close the driver door, the driver needs to stand on the driver seat to reach out to pull the pull rod armrest, which is inconvenient for closing the driver door. In addition, the cab door takes up space in the cab after the handle is closed. When the driver moves in the cab, the driver is easy to touch the door closing handle by mistake.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
At present, when an excavator is designed with a door-closing armrest, a mechanical structure, such as a pull rod armrest and the like, is generally adopted and is arranged in an excavator cab, as shown in fig. 1. In the above situation, the requirement of the driver for opening and closing the door cannot be met, the pull rod armrest 100 is far away from the driving seat 200, and the driver needs to stand or move his body to pull the pull rod armrest 100 to close or open the door.
Based on the above, the cab door opening and closing control system and the excavator provided by the embodiment of the invention replace the original mechanical door opening and closing mode, so that the space in the cab is saved, and the cab door can be closed and opened under the condition that an excavator driver does not need to leave a cab seat.
The following is a detailed description by way of example.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cab door opening and closing control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cab door switch control system, which is installed in a console box of an excavator, and includes a control switch 300, a controller 400, and a door lock driving device 500;
the control switch 300 is arranged on a control panel of the armrest box and used for sending a control instruction to the controller 400 under the condition that the control switch 300 is triggered;
the controller 400 is connected to the control switch 300, and is configured to receive the control instruction and send a control signal to the door lock driving device 500;
the door lock driving device 500 is connected to the controller 400, and is configured to drive the cab door of the excavator to open or close according to the control signal.
In a preferred embodiment of practical application, the operation space of a driver in the cab is saved by eliminating the door-closing armrest in the cab, and the original mechanical door opening and closing mode is replaced by adopting the control switch 300 and the controller 400 on the armrest box to control the door lock driving device 500, so that the driver can close and open the cab door without leaving the cab seat.
It should be noted that the armrest box of the excavator is disposed in the cab, and a general installation position may be determined according to actual conditions, but the armrest box is disposed around a preset distance range of the driver, which can be known by those skilled in the art.
