Abstract
本发明属于涂附磨具工业用纸技术领域,具体的涉及一种涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料及采用其制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法。原料由纳米级消光粉5‑20份、分散剂0.5‑5份、消泡剂0.05‑0.5份、水性乳液10‑50份、发泡粉4‑8份、碳酸氢钠1‑0.5份和水20‑70份组成。本发明所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,增加砂纸背面的粗糙度,在毛布置砂面采用高定量毛布,细腻度好,背面采用粗线毛布提供粗糙度,采用了回弹性好的中空聚酯纤维,在受力的情况下,可以回弹,保证了表面的粗糙度,又不至于损伤正面的平滑度。

技术领域
本发明属于涂附磨具工业用纸技术领域,具体的涉及一种涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料及采用其制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法。
背景技术
目前的涂附磨具用纸,分为自处理牛皮纸和乳胶纸两种,牛皮纸自处理产品以及国内的乳胶纸生产厂家生产的产品中均没有防滑涂层,造成手工打磨的过程中,容易把握砂纸不牢,易打滑,降低了手工打磨的效率;尤其在水砂的使用过程中,水的存在会使得纸张更易打滑,不利于工人操作。
因此,亟需探索一种适用于涂附磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料。采用背涂料进行涂布后制备的涂覆磨具用纸,既可以很好的进行补水,又利于印刷,而且在水中浸泡和高温揉曲时不易脱落,且表面的粗糙度好,摩擦力大,在两张纸对搓过程中达到搓不动的效果;本发明同时提供了采用其制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法。

所述的纳米级消光粉为堆积密度0.08-0.10g/cm3,粒度<10um,项目挥发物≤2%,灼烧失重<6%的哑光级消光粉,优选山东立华新材料有限公司生产的纳米级消光粉XR101。
所述的分散剂是聚乙烯蜡。
所述的消泡剂是乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者几种。
所述的水性乳液是苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂的质量比是1-3:2-5:2-3。
聚氨酯树脂为安徽安大华泰新材料有限公司生产的水性聚氨酯树脂AH-1720A。
本发明所述的采用背面防滑涂层用背涂料制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法,通过木浆破碎打浆→加添→长网成型→喷淋→压榨→烘干→干部浸胶→烘干→压光→涂布→高温交联→卷取固化→包装得到涂覆模具用纸。
作为一个优选的技术方案,本发明所述的涂覆模具用纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将针叶和阔叶木浆按照碎解浓度5.0~4.0%进行碎解,并经磨浆机打浆至打浆度为30~40°SR,得叩后木浆;
(2)将消泡剂、PAE湿强剂、MF湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸铝放入加添池中,加添池提前泵入叩后的木浆,并调节浓度至3%-3.5%,进行浆内施胶;
(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料经过长网纸机成型,在成型后进入压榨之前要湿部喷淋淀粉,将淀粉和AKD施胶剂正反同时喷淋到纸面上,进行网部喷胶;
(4)压榨后进行烘干,烘干的温度为90-130℃,时间30-180s;
(5)烘干后加入施胶机进行干部浸胶;
(6)干部浸胶后进行烘干,烘干的温度为110-150℃,时间60-120s;
(7)烘干后进行采用压光机进行压光;
(8)压光后进行涂布背涂料;
(9)于130℃-150℃下,反应30-120s,进行高温交联;
(10)高温交联后卷取固化,包装即得到涂覆模具用纸。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的质量比是1:2-2:1。
步骤(2)中所述的消泡剂是乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者几种。
步骤(2)中所述的PAE湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,是一种水溶性、阳离子、热固性树脂,不含甲醛类聚合物,无毒无味,主要提高成纸泡水后的湿强度,优选成都博瑞特化学技术有限公司生产的PAE湿强剂。
步骤(2)中所述的MF湿强剂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性湿强剂,优选潍坊天方圣鸿化学有限公司生产的湿强剂TFS-1125。
步骤(3)中所述的淀粉为阳离子淀粉。
步骤(5)中所述的干部浸胶采用的浸胶液,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:

所述的抗水剂是改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、PAPU类型或有机硅类型抗水剂中的一种或几种;其作用主要和乳液进行结合,提高表面的抗水性能。
所述的润湿剂为环氧乙烷或水溶性氮酮中的一种或两种。
所述的交联剂是外交联剂与内交联剂的混合物,外交联剂是缩水甘油醚或丙烯酸酯中的一种或两种,内交联剂是丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、二乙烯基苯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺或双丙酮丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
内外交联剂的复配比例是1:1-1:3。
本发明所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,采用纳米级消光粉5-20份,分散剂0.5-5份,消泡剂0.05-0.5份,水性乳液10-50份,发泡粉4-8份,碳酸氢钠1-0.5份,水20-70份。通过水性乳液高的成膜性能,让发泡粉发泡,发泡粉是未膨胀的球,可作为一种发泡剂,加热至170℃微球体积膨胀100%,达到原先的30-50倍。通过这种发泡使纸张背面呈现不同的凹凸感。另外采用水性乳液中加入成膜好的乳液,该乳液由苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,保证了好的成膜性能和弹性,在高温过程中,碳酸氢钠被分解,其中二氧化碳溢出的过程中,被乳液包裹,形成高低不平的胶表面,形成防滑的涂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,增加砂纸背面的粗糙度,在毛布置砂面采用高定量毛布,细腻度好,背面采用粗线毛布,提供粗糙度,该毛布为定制毛布,采用了回弹性好的中空聚酯纤维,在受力的情况下,可以回弹,保证了表面的粗糙度,又不至于损伤正面的平滑度。
(2)采用本发明所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料制备的涂覆磨具用纸,设置压光机工序在涂布背涂料工序前,既可以保证表面的平整度,又不至于由于压光破坏表面的防滑涂层,能够保持很好的防滑效果。

实施例1
本实施例1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:

所述的水性乳液是苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂的质量比是2:3:3。
聚氨酯树脂为安徽安大华泰新材料有限公司生产的水性聚氨酯树脂AH-1720A。
本发明所述的采用背面防滑涂层用背涂料制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法,通过木浆破碎打浆→加添→长网成型→喷淋→压榨→烘干→干部浸胶→烘干→压光→涂布→高温交联→卷取固化→包装得到涂覆模具用纸。
本实施例1所述的涂覆模具用纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将针叶和阔叶木浆按照碎解浓度4.0%进行碎解,并经磨浆机打浆至打浆度为30°SR,得叩后木浆;
(2)将消泡剂、PAE湿强剂、MF湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸铝放入加添池中,加添池提前泵入叩后的木浆,并调节浓度至3%,进行浆内施胶;
(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料经过长网纸机成型,在成型后进入压榨之前要湿部喷淋淀粉,将淀粉和AKD施胶剂正反同时喷淋到纸面上,进行网部喷胶;
(4)压榨后进行烘干,烘干的温度为90℃,时间180s;
(5)烘干后加入施胶机进行干部浸胶;
(6)干部浸胶后进行烘干,烘干的温度为110℃,时间120s;
(7)烘干后进行采用压光机进行压光;
(8)压光后进行涂布背涂料;
(9)于130℃下,反应120s,进行高温交联;
(10)高温交联后卷取固化,包装即得到涂覆模具用纸。

采用GB/T 22895-2008纸和纸张摩擦系数测定方法对实施例1制备的涂覆模具用纸进行检测,实施例1未涂覆背涂料之前,纸的静摩擦系数为0.31,涂覆背涂料之后纸的静摩擦系数为0.42。
实施例2
本实施例2所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
其中:
所述的纳米级消光粉为堆积密度0.09g/cm3,山东立华新材料有限公司生产的纳米级消光粉XR101。
所述的分散剂是聚乙烯蜡。
所述的消泡剂是聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
所述的水性乳液是苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂的质量比是2:3:3。
聚氨酯树脂为安徽安大华泰新材料有限公司生产的水性聚氨酯树脂AH-1720A。
本实施例2所述的涂覆模具用纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将针叶和阔叶木浆按照碎解浓度4.5%进行碎解,并经磨浆机打浆至打浆度为35°SR,得叩后木浆;
(2)将消泡剂、PAE湿强剂、MF湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸铝放入加添池中,加添池提前泵入叩后的木浆,并调节浓度至3.2%,进行浆内施胶;
(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料经过长网纸机成型,在成型后进入压榨之前要湿部喷淋淀粉,将淀粉和AKD施胶剂正反同时喷淋到纸面上,进行网部喷胶;
(4)压榨后进行烘干,烘干的温度为130℃,时间30s;
(5)烘干后加入施胶机进行干部浸胶;
(6)干部浸胶后进行烘干,烘干的温度为150℃,时间60s;
(7)烘干后进行采用压光机进行压光;
(8)压光后进行涂布背涂料;
(9)于150℃下,反应30s,进行高温交联;
(10)高温交联后卷取固化,包装即得到涂覆模具用纸。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的质量比是2:1。
步骤(2)中所述的消泡剂是聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚与聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚的混合物。
步骤(2)中所述的PAE湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,生产厂家为成都博瑞特化学技术有限公司。
步骤(2)中所述的MF湿强剂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性湿强剂,生产厂家为潍坊天方圣鸿化学有限公司生产的湿强剂TFS-1125。
步骤(3)中所述的淀粉为阳离子淀粉。
步骤(5)中所述的干部浸胶采用的浸胶液,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:

所述的抗水剂是PAPU类型,生产厂家为潍坊迪诺化工有限公司。
所述的润湿剂为环氧乙烷。
所述的交联剂是外交联剂与内交联剂的混合物,外交联剂是丙烯酸酯,内交联剂是丙烯酸羟丙酯与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的混合物;内外交联剂的复配比例是1:3。
采用GB/T 22895-2008纸和纸张摩擦系数测定方法对实施例2制备的涂覆模具用纸进行检测,实施例2未涂覆背涂料之前,纸的静摩擦系数为0.33,涂覆背涂料之后纸的静摩擦系数为0.45。
实施例3
本发明所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
其中:
所述的纳米级消光粉为堆积密度0.09g/cm3,山东立华新材料有限公司生产的纳米级消光粉XR101。
所述的分散剂是聚乙烯蜡。
所述的消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷。
所述的水性乳液是苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂的质量比是3:5:2。
聚氨酯树脂为安徽安大华泰新材料有限公司生产的水性聚氨酯树脂AH-1720A。
本实施例3所述的涂覆模具用纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将针叶和阔叶木浆按照碎解浓度4.5%进行碎解,并经磨浆机打浆至打浆度为35°SR,得叩后木浆;
(2)将消泡剂、PAE湿强剂、MF湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸铝放入加添池中,加添池提前泵入叩后的木浆,并调节浓度至3.5%,进行浆内施胶;
(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料经过长网纸机成型,在成型后进入压榨之前要湿部喷淋淀粉,将淀粉和AKD施胶剂正反同时喷淋到纸面上,进行网部喷胶;
(4)压榨后进行烘干,烘干的温度为100℃,时间100s;
(5)烘干后加入施胶机进行干部浸胶;
(6)干部浸胶后进行烘干,烘干的温度为130℃,时间90s;
(7)烘干后进行采用压光机进行压光;
(8)压光后进行涂布背涂料;
(9)于140℃下,反应75s,进行高温交联;
(10)高温交联后卷取固化,包装即得到涂覆模具用纸。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的质量比是1:2。
步骤(2)中所述的消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷。
步骤(2)中所述的PAE湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,生产厂家为成都博瑞特化学技术有限公司。
步骤(2)中所述的MF湿强剂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性湿强剂,生产厂家为潍坊天方圣鸿化学有限公司生产的湿强剂TFS-1125。

所述的抗水剂是有机硅类型抗水剂,生产厂家为潍坊金水源化工有限公司。
所述的润湿剂为水溶性氮酮。
所述的交联剂是外交联剂与内交联剂的混合物,外交联剂是缩水甘油醚,内交联剂是丙烯酸。内外交联剂的复配比例是1:2。
采用GB/T 22895-2008纸和纸张摩擦系数测定方法对实施例3制备的涂覆模具用纸进行检测,实施例3未涂覆背涂料之前,纸的静摩擦系数为0.34,涂覆背涂料之后纸的静摩擦系数为0.54。
Claims (7)
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,其特征在于:纳米级消光粉为堆积密度0.08-0.10g/cm3,粒度<10um,项目挥发物≤2%,灼烧失重<6%的哑光级消光粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,其特征在于:分散剂是聚乙烯蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,其特征在于:消泡剂是乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料,其特征在于:水性乳液是苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂复配而成,苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和聚氨酯树脂的质量比是1-3:2-5:2-3。
6.一种采用权利要求1所述的涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法,其特征在于:通过木浆破碎打浆→加添→长网成型→喷淋→压榨→烘干→干部浸胶→烘干→压光→涂布→高温交联→卷取固化→包装得到涂覆模具用纸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的采用涂覆磨具用纸背面防滑涂层用背涂料制备涂覆磨具用纸的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将针叶和阔叶木浆按照碎解浓度5.0~4.0%进行碎解,并经磨浆机打浆至打浆度为30~40°SR,得叩后木浆;
(2)将消泡剂、PAE湿强剂、MF湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸铝放入加添池中,加添池提前泵入叩后的木浆,并调节浓度至3%-3.5%,进行浆内施胶;
(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料经过长网纸机成型,在成型后进入压榨之前要湿部喷淋淀粉,将淀粉和AKD施胶剂正反同时喷淋到纸面上,进行网部喷胶;
(4)压榨后进行烘干,烘干的温度为90-130℃,时间30-180s;
(5)烘干后加入施胶机进行干部浸胶;
(6)干部浸胶后进行烘干,烘干的温度为110-150℃,时间60-120s;
(7)烘干后进行采用压光机进行压光;
(8)压光后进行涂布背涂料;
(9)于130℃-150℃下,反应30-120s,进行高温交联;
(10)高温交联后卷取固化,包装即得到涂覆模具用纸。
