Abstract
The invention relates to a three-dimensional horizontal storage shelf for an electrical steel raw coil for an iron core, which comprises two rows of shelves arranged on the ground at intervals, two rows of upright posts correspondingly arranged at intervals, a plurality of main beams jointly installed on the upright posts in a single row, and side beams fixedly installed between the upright posts in the two rows in an array manner to form the single row of shelves; saddles are respectively arranged between two transversely adjacent side cross beams, each saddle comprises two bottom beams which are parallel at intervals, supporting frames which are obliquely symmetrical inwards and have a pi-shaped structure are jointly arranged above the two bottom beams, and the two groups of supporting frames jointly bear the horizontally placed electrical steel coils; the tops of the two rows of goods shelves are jointly provided with an inclined top beam; the head end and the tail end which are positioned in the space between the two rows of goods shelves are arranged as maintenance areas. The head end and the tail end in the space between the two rows of goods shelves are provided with maintenance areas 7, which is convenient for the overhaul and the maintenance of external automatic warehousing equipment; the outer side surface of the goods shelf positioned at the maintenance area 7 is formed by supporting the upright post 3 with the extended main beam 8.
The upright post 3 and the main beam 8 which are positioned on the outer side surface of the goods shelf are provided with a main inclined strut 9 together; and a side inclined strut 5 is arranged between the adjacent side cross beams 4.
A track groove 11 for the running of an external storage trolley is arranged on the ground 1 between the two rows of goods shelves.
The goods shelf meets the 7-grade anti-seismic grade, has high safety performance, and can effectively resist the influence of the external environment on the goods shelf, wherein the maximum load of a single saddle 10 is 22 tons.
The invention has simple structure, effectively improves the storage capacity of the electrical steel coil, improves the space utilization rate and effectively assists an enterprise automatic storage and transportation system.
