Description

Functional preparation for improving strawberry gray mold resistance and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of strawberry disease control, and particularly relates to a functional preparation for improving strawberry gray mold resistance, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Gray mold is an important disease in strawberry production, and the disease of greenhouse-cultivated strawberries is particularly serious. Strawberry gray mold mainly damages leaves, flowers and fruits. The quality of the strawberries is seriously influenced when the fruits are attacked, and the production of the strawberries is seriously lost. Since strawberries are generally eaten fresh mainly, the requirements for pesticide residues in strawberry production are very strict. At present, chemical pesticide is mainly used for preventing and treating gray mold of strawberries in production, and due to continuous use for many years, the drug resistance of gray mold germs to medicaments is accelerated, so that the prevention and treatment effect is not ideal, and pesticide residues are easy to generate. Therefore, screening safe functional preparations and application technology thereof to prevent and treat gray mold are important problems in the development of the strawberry industry at present.
Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG for short) is the main component of tea polyphenols in green tea, and can be separated from tea to obtain catechin monomer. The research widely believes that the biological activity in the tea leaves is mainly caused by the anti-oxidation effect of EGCG. Research in clinical medicine shows that EGCG has the health functions of resisting oxidation, resisting cancer, protecting cell DNA damage, etc. Although the effect of EGCG is well known by relevant researchers at home and abroad in the fields of human and zoology and is widely applied, the research of EGCG in the agricultural field is very little, and no relevant application case is found. In recent years, with the continuous and deep research on EGCG purification technology and equipment, the purification and preparation cost of EGCG is obviously reduced, so that a huge development space is generated for the application of EGCG in the agricultural field.
In addition, because EGCG is easily oxidized in the air and turns into pink, the application effect of the EGCG has certain limitation.
