The preset reporting gestures corresponding to different violation levels are different, so that the user can report quickly, and the preset reporting gestures corresponding to different violation levels can be distinguished by the number of the contained same elements. For example, the violation levels from low to high may include warnings, first level warnings, and no-show, and the corresponding preset-reporting gestures may be "X", "XX", and "XXX", respectively.
In another specific embodiment, the method may further include a preset reporting gesture setting step, so that the user may set the preset reporting gesture according to personal preferences and habits. Specifically, the spectator client may prompt the user to set a preset reporting gesture and display a drawing interface of the preset reporting gesture when the user uses the video live broadcast application for the first time, and when the user inputs a gesture track on the drawing interface and clicks and submits, the spectator client may respond to the preset reporting gesture setting request to obtain the input preset reporting gesture; the audience client displays the violation level options so that the user can select the violation level corresponding to the current preset gesture; the audience client may determine the violation level corresponding to the preset reporting gesture in response to a selection signal of the violation level option. The violation level included in the violation level option may include multiple levels, for example, the violation level from low to high may include warning, first-level warning, and no-broadcast.
Taking three levels of violation level from low to high as warning, first-level warning and no-broadcast, and taking preset reporting gestures corresponding to the violation level from low to high as "X", "XX" and "XXX" as examples, as shown in fig. 3a, a target gesture received by a client is "X", and the target gesture is matched with the preset reporting gesture "X"; as shown in fig. 3b, the target gesture received by the client is "XX", and the target gesture matches with the preset reporting gesture "XX"; as shown in fig. 3c, the target gesture received by the client is "XXX", and the target gesture matches the preset reporting gesture "XXX".
In an embodiment of the present description, when the target gesture matches a preset reporting gesture, the viewer client may obtain a video stream identifier of a live video. The video stream identifier is used for uniquely identifying the video stream of the live video, and is in one-to-one correspondence with the anchor client providing the live video, namely, the anchor client and the live video stream can be uniquely determined through the video stream identifier.
And S205, generating a reporting instruction according to the video stream identification.
In this embodiment of the specification, when the preset reporting gesture corresponds to a corresponding violation level, the violation level corresponding to the preset reporting gesture matched with the target gesture may be obtained, and a corresponding reporting instruction is generated according to the violation level and the video stream identifier.
And S207, sending the reporting instruction to a reporting server so that the reporting server responds to the reporting instruction to determine a target live broadcast video stream matched with the video stream identifier, recording audio data and video image data of the target live broadcast video stream, and reporting according to the recorded audio data and video image data.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the report of the live video can be realized only by sliding and inputting the corresponding gesture on the playing interface of the live video by the user, so that the report of the live video is quicker and more convenient, and the report operation entry is not required to be searched, thereby avoiding the problem that the illegal live video is passed or deleted due to the fact that the invisible report operation entry is searched, and being beneficial to strengthening the supervision of the live video.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow chart of another reporting method for live broadcast according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method may be applied to the reporting server in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include:

For the violation level, reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
And S505, determining the tag information of the target live broadcast video stream according to the tag information of the audio data and the tag information of the video image data.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the tag information may include a tag type, where the tag type includes an illegal tag and a non-illegal tag, and when the tag type is an illegal tag, the corresponding tag information may further include an illegal level.
And under the condition that the illegal tag exists in the tag type of the audio data and the tag type of the video image data, determining that the tag type of the target live broadcast video stream is the illegal tag, namely, if only one of the tag type of the audio data and the tag type of the video image data is the illegal tag, the tag type of the target live broadcast video stream can be considered as the illegal tag. When one of the two tags is an illegal tag, acquiring an illegal level in tag information corresponding to the illegal tag, and determining the illegal level as an illegal level of the target live video stream; and when the label type of the audio data is an illegal label and the label type of the video image data is an illegal label, respectively acquiring an illegal grade in the label information of the audio data and an illegal grade in the label information of the video image data, and taking the illegal grade in the label information of the audio data and the illegal grade with the highest illegal grade in the label information of the video image data as the illegal grade of the target live broadcast video stream.
