Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a stainless steel stay cable made of a curtain wall keel material.
Background
The glass curtain wall is a kind of curtain wall with glass panels fixed to cable truss by steel claws. It mainly consists of three parts: glass panels, cable trusses and anchoring structures. In order to obtain a stable curtain wall system, considerable tension must be applied to tension the curtain wall system, the greater the span, the greater the tension required, and therefore anchoring structures subjected to considerable counter-forces are necessary to maintain balance. The cable trusses serve the task of forming the curtain wall system, taking up the loads borne by the curtain wall and transferring them to the anchoring structure. Therefore, the strength of the stay cable plays an important role in the stability of the glass curtain wall.
However, the existing stainless steel cable has the following problems when in use:
(1) the existing stainless steel stay cable usually adopts a single support structure, and no other support is arranged on two sides of the stay cable or the pull rod, so that the stay cable is easy to shake when the use environment meets severe weather such as strong wind and the like, and is difficult to play a stable fixed support role;
(2) because service environment's variety, the installation angle diverse of stainless steel cable, consequently many stainless steel cables use the hinge to install more, and installation angle can make nimble regulation according to actual conditions, but with the cable with certain angle installation back, often can not take spacing measure to lock its position, in subsequent use, the cable is easy because of receiving external force and taking place to rock, its job stabilization nature further receives the influence.
In order to make up the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a stainless steel stay cable made of a curtain wall keel material.

A curtain wall keel material stainless steel inhaul cable comprises a base disc 1, pull rods 2 and an adjusting mechanism 3, wherein a first rotating groove 1a is formed in the lower end of the base disc 1, a second rotating groove 1b is formed in the upper end of the base disc 1, a sliding groove 1c is formed in the middle of the base disc 1, the pull rods 2 are uniformly arranged in the sliding groove 1c along the circumferential direction of the sliding groove, the number of the pull rods 2 is three, and the adjusting mechanism 3 is connected between the pull rods 2 and the side wall of the base disc 1; wherein:
the base disc 1 is of an up-down telescopic structure, the base disc 1 is divided into two parts in an up-down equal way, the upper end of the base disc 1 is a telescopic end 11, the lower end of the base disc 1 is a fixed end 12, and the telescopic end 11 is connected with the fixed end 12 through bolts; the height of the adjusting base disc 1 is adjusted by rotating the bolt, and then the distance between the sliding grooves 1c which are oppositely arranged up and down is controlled, so that the position of the pull rod 2 is adjusted or limited.
The side wall of the basic disc 1 is uniformly provided with limiting grooves 1d along the circumferential direction, the limiting grooves 1d are arranged in an up-down symmetrical mode by taking the sliding grooves 1c as centers, the limiting grooves 1d are of a U-shaped structure, and the width of the limiting grooves 1d is gradually increased from outside to inside.

The adjusting mechanism 3 comprises a first mounting seat 31, an auxiliary supporting rod 32, a second mounting seat 33, a connecting ring 34 and an adjusting supporting rod 35, wherein three first mounting seats 31 are uniformly arranged in a first rotating groove 1a along the circumferential direction of the first rotating groove in a sliding connection mode, the first mounting seat 31 is connected with one end of the auxiliary supporting rod 32 through a pin shaft, the other end of the auxiliary supporting rod 32 is arranged on the side wall of the rod body 21 through a hinge, three second mounting seats 33 are uniformly arranged in a second rotating groove 1b along the circumferential direction of the second rotating groove in a sliding connection mode, the connecting ring 34 is arranged in the second mounting seat 33 through a pin shaft, the inner wall of the connecting ring 34 is connected with one end of the adjusting supporting rod 35, and the other end of the adjusting supporting rod; in the process of adjusting the relative position of the rod body 21 and the base disc 1, the positions of the auxiliary support rod 32 and the adjusting support rod 35 which are connected with the rod body 21 are correspondingly changed, and then the length of the adjusting support rod 35 is adjusted, and because the lengths of the auxiliary support rod 32 and the rod body 21 are fixed, when the length of the adjusting support rod 35 is changed, the included angle between the rod body 21 and the auxiliary support rod 32 is changed, so that the purpose of properly adjusting the inclination angle of the rod body 21 according to actual installation requirements is achieved.
The adjusting support rod 35 comprises a threaded rod 351, a rotating ring 352 and a sliding rod 353, one end of the threaded rod 351 is mounted on the inner wall of the connecting ring 34 through a bearing, the other end of the threaded rod 351 is connected with the inner wall of one end of the rotating ring 352 through a threaded connection mode, the outer wall of the other end of the rotating ring 352 is connected with the side wall of the sliding rod 353 through a bearing, the inner wall of the sliding rod 353 is connected with the threaded rod 351 through a sliding fit mode, and the outer wall of the sliding rod 353 is connected with the; after the rotating ring 352 is rotated, the rotating ring 352 performs spiral motion on the threaded rod 351, the sliding rod 353 connected with the rotating ring 352 through the bearing performs linear motion relative to the threaded rod 351, the whole length of the adjusting support rod 35 is changed at the moment, and the rotating ring 352 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 351, so that the self-locking adjusting support rod has certain self-locking performance, and the condition that the length of the adjusting support rod 35 is changed accidentally can be effectively prevented.
