Abstract

The single-column anchor-angle support of a three-phase power line contains a sectioned rack of sections telescopically overlapped with a length equal to 1.6-1.8 of their width. In the one-value version of the support, the rack is made of three, and in a double-chain of four sections. Consoles for suspension of phase wires of overhead lines are fixed at the joints of sections. In a single-chain version, a cable console is additionally fixed at the upper end of the rack. Sections and consoles are multifaceted in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of steel sheet. The thickness of the steel sheet to the upper of the two joined sections is equal to or less than the thickness of the sheet of the lower section. The rack sections are made hexagonal. The consoles are octagonal and secured with mounting flanges. The diameter of the lower end of the lower section of the rack is 1.5-20 m (for a single-chain version) or equal to one of three values (1.97 ± 0.05) m, (2.2 ± 0.05) m, (2.46 ± 0.05) m for two-chain option. The diameter of the upper end of the upper section of the rack is 0.5-0.6 m (for a single-chain version) or 0.6-0.8 m (for a two-chain version). The height of at least the lower section of the rack coincides with the original length of the steel sheet. The technical result of the utility model is to reduce the metal consumption while maintaining the necessary rigidity and strength. 2 n.p.f., 15 s.p.f., 2 ill.

Description

The utility model relates to the anchor-angle supports of overhead power transmission lines (OHL) of high voltage and can be used in the manufacture of supports for OHLs of 330 kV.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Single-column anchor-angle supports of overhead lines are known [ed. testimonial. SU 1418454, SU 1509495, SU 1585481] and single-post supports made on the basis of multifaceted sectioned racks of steel sheet [patent RU 39627 U1]. Based on the analysis of the arrangement of the known supports in real-world OHL 330 kV projects, it was revealed that only 3-5% of the OHL supports are used for design loads, the rest of the structures have significant strength reserves for which excess metal costs are paid. A disadvantage of the known supports - excessive metal consumption is due to the fact that their design and basic parameters are not optimized for steel costs for use as supports of a particular type, for example, as anchor-angle supports of 330 kV overhead lines.
Utility Model Essence
The objective of the utility model is to reduce the metal consumption of a steel multifaceted single-column anchor-angle support by optimizing its design for a particular application as part of a single-circuit (first option) or double-circuit (second option) OHL of 330 kV.
The technical result of the utility model consists in reducing the metal consumption of a steel multifaceted single-column anchor-angular support, reducing its weight while maintaining the necessary rigidity and strength.
The object of the utility model according to the first embodiment is the anchor-angular support of a three-phase power line, containing a sectioned rack of three sections telescopically overlapped to a length equal to 1.6-1.8 of their width, the upper and two lower consoles for hanging phase wires, fixed at the junctions of the sections, and a cable console mounted on the upper end of the rack from the side of the upper console for hanging phase wires, while the sections and consoles are multifaceted in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of steel sheet.
This set of features allows us to solve the problem and obtain the specified technical result in the first embodiment of the utility model.
The object of the utility model according to the second embodiment is a single-column anchor-angular support of a three-phase power line, containing a sectioned rack of four sections telescopically overlapped to a length equal to 1.6-1.8 of their width, and pairwise mounted at the junction of sections in three tiers of six consoles for suspension of two chains of phase wires, while the sections and consoles are multifaceted in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of steel sheet.
This allows us to solve the problem and obtain the specified technical result in the second embodiment of the utility model.
The development of both variants of the utility model further clarifies the design of the support for particular applications and consists in the following:
- consoles are fixed with mounting flanges;
- the thickness of the steel sheet in the upper of the two joined sections is equal to or less than the thickness of the sheet of the lower section;
- the cable console (used only in the first embodiment) is made with the number of faces equal to eight;
- the diameter of the lower end of the lower section of the rack is 1.5-2.0 m (for the first option) or equal to one of three values (1.97 ± 0.05) m, (2.2 ± 0.05) m, (2.46 ± 0.05) m - for the second option;
- the diameter of the upper end of the upper section of the rack is 0.5-0.6 m (for the first option) or 0.6-0.8 m (for the second option);
- consoles for hanging phase wires are made with the number of faces equal to eight;
- sections of the rack are made with the number of faces equal to sixteen;
- the height, but at least the lower section of the rack coincides with the original length of the steel sheet.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Figure 1 presents a structural diagram of the support but the first embodiment of the utility model, and Fig, 2 is a diagram of the support according to the second embodiment of the utility model, taking into account the development and refinements provided.
The implementation of the utility model Support in figure 1 contains:
- sectioned rack of telescopically joined sections 1, 2 and 3
- two lower consoles 4, 5 and the upper console 6, designed for two-tier suspension of phase wires of overhead lines;
- cable console 7.
Adjacent sections 1 and 2, 2 and 3 are overlapped with a length equal to 1.6-1.8 of their width.
Consoles 4 and 5 are fixed with mounting flanges 8 at the junction of sections 1 and 2, and the console 6 at the junction of sections 2 and 3 form a two-tier traverse system for suspending phase wires of a single-circuit overhead line.
The cable console 7 is designed to suspend a lightning protection cable and is mounted on the upper end of the rack from the side of the console 6.
Sections 1, 2, 3 and consoles 4, 5, 6, 7 are multifaceted in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of steel sheet.
The thickness of the steel sheet of section 3 is less than or equal to the thickness of the steel sheet docked with it from below the section 2, and the thickness of the steel sheet of section 2 is less than or equal to the thickness of the steel sheet docked with it from the bottom of section 1.
The support in figure 2 contains:
- sectioned rack of four telescopically joined sections 9, 10, 11, 12;
- six consoles 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, for the suspension of phase conductors VL.
Adjacent sections 9 and 10, 10 and 11, 11 and 12 are overlapped with a length equal to 1.6-1.8 of their width.
The consoles 13 and 14, 15 and 16, 17 and 18 are pairwise fixed with mounting flanges 19 at the joints of the sections in three tiers and form a three-tier traverse system for suspending the phase conductors of a double-circuit overhead line.
Sections 9, 10, 11, 12 and consoles 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 are made multifaceted in the form of hollow truncated pyramids from a steel sheet.
The thickness of the steel sheet of section 12 is less than or equal to the thickness of the steel sheet joined to it from below the section 11, the thickness of the steel sheet of section 11 is less than or equal to the thickness of the steel sheet joined to it from the bottom of section 10, and the thickness of the steel sheet of section 10 is less than or equal to the thickness of the steel sheet joined to below the section 9.
It is advisable to choose the rack sections in both versions with hexagonal, and the consoles with octagonal.
The height of at least the lower section of the rack coincides with the original length of the steel sheet.
The support is delivered to the installation site in a disassembled form on the section and console.
Optimization of the support structure for use as an anchor-angle support of 330 kV overhead lines made it possible, in particular, in both embodiments of the utility model (for single-circuit and for double-circuit overhead lines) to fix consoles supporting phase wires at the joints of the rack sections and thereby provide rigidity and strength of structures without additional metal costs.
