Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adhesive removing agents, in particular to an adhesive removing agent and application of the adhesive removing agent in rail transit vehicle window maintenance.
Background
The vigorous development of the rail transit industry puts higher requirements on the safety, comfort and overall air tightness of train carriages. The bonded structure has the advantages of reducing vibration, absorbing proper deformation and weakening noise. Under the background, the connection mode of the windows of the rail transit vehicles is gradually changed from the original mechanical structure connection to the colloid adhesive connection mode.
The adhesive applied in the rail traffic field mainly comprises elastic bonding of ① vehicle floors, roofs, side wall boards and the like, elastic sealing of ② door edges, doorsills under vehicles, vehicle inner doorsills, welding lines, seats and the like, structural bonding of ③ shock-absorbing seats on the floors, reinforcing ribs of wall board top boards and floor cloth, bonding of ④ stainless steel supports and vehicle bodies and the like in the vehicles for preventing electrochemical corrosion, anti-loosening of carbon steel fasteners above ⑤ M6 by adopting a thread fastening agent, connection of ⑥ window adhesive tapes and instant adhesive at seat adhesive tapes, bonding of ⑦ pressure-sensitive adhesives at advertisement frames and the like, bonding of ⑧ wire inlet and blocking adhesive at pipe mouths and the like.
The adhesive may face problems of cracking, detachment, crazing, etc. during use, which may be caused by wrong selection of adhesive, improper bonding operation process, etc. After the adhesive problem is found, the vehicle inspection department can take treatment measures according to specific conditions to ensure that the vehicle side operates normally. Most of the currently used degumming agents are flammable and cannot be close to a fire source, the cleaning process is complex, and the degumming method is generally a soaking method and a wiping method for removing the degumming, such as: after soaking for 10 minutes to 3 hours, taking out the workpiece, and then peeling off and wiping off the viscose by using cotton cloth or a soft brush, wherein the time for removing the viscose by the method is too long. And because the vehicle is inconvenient to dismantle during overhaul, the vehicle can not be cleaned in a complex mode, for example, the components are soaked after being dismantled. Meanwhile, when the windows of the rail transit vehicles are overhauled, the materials of the joints cannot be contacted with the adhesive remover with strong corrosivity, and the precise parts cannot be removed in a soaking mode. Therefore, the adhesive removing agent in the prior art cannot be well applicable to in-situ adhesive removing operation of vehicle windows, and has the defects of long adhesive removing time, poor adhesive removing effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the adhesive remover in the prior art cannot be well suitable for in-situ adhesive removing operation of the windows of the rail transit vehicles, and has the defects of long adhesive removing time, poor adhesive removing effect and the like; the adhesive removing agent provided by the invention adopts an in-situ adhesive removing agent which is strong in permeability, is not flammable and explosive, and is rapid in adhesive removing, and higher convenience, operability and safety can be provided for the maintenance operation of the windows of the rail transit vehicles.
The degumming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
a first solvent: 20-60 parts of (by weight),
a second solvent: 15-40 parts of (A) a water-soluble polymer,
wherein the first solvent is one or a mixture of several of n-bromopropane, methyl benzoate, phenyl acetate and dimethyl methylphosphonate in any ratio; the second solvent is diethyl ether or/and acetone.
The invention also comprises 1-20 parts of stripping agent.
The stripping agent is triethanolamine or/and water.
The invention also comprises 0.5-15 parts of corrosion inhibitor or/and 0.5-15 parts of activator.
The corrosion inhibitor is octadecylamine.
The active agent is sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate or/and sodium stearate.
The amount of the first solvent is 20-60 wt% of the total amount of the degumming agent, and the amount of the second solvent is 15-40 wt% of the total amount of the degumming agent.
The total amount of the first solvent and the second solvent is 60-90 wt% of the total amount of the degumming agent.
The invention also discloses application of the adhesive remover in vehicle window maintenance, in particular application in rail transit vehicle window maintenance.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention adopts n-bromopropane, methyl benzoate, phenyl acetate and the like as the first solvent, has the advantages of strong dissolving capacity, permeability, low volatility, higher boiling point, proper price and the like, and also has excellent surface wettability. The first solvent can dissolve the glue film through molecular penetration and swelling dissolution, destroy the adhesive force between the glue film and a substrate and the space structure of the glue film, and have strong dissolving capacity on high molecular components of glue. Because the acting force of the first solvent penetrating into the macromolecular chain segments is strong, the dissolving force to polar organic matters is also strong, so that the macromolecular volume is increased to generate stress, and when the internal stress of the macromolecular volume is up to destroy the adhesive force between the adhesive film and the base material, the adhesive can be swelled and removed. Meanwhile, ether or/and acetone is used as the second solvent, and the second solvent has-O-structure activity, so that the second solvent is more favorable for reacting with hydroxyl groups of the glue, the adhesion force of the second solvent is reduced, the dissolution of the glue can be increased, the viscosity and the stability of the product are improved, the second solvent has the characteristic of small molecules and is easy to permeate, the first solvent molecules are cooperated to fully permeate the glue film, the adhesive force between the glue film and a substrate is reduced, the glue removing speed is accelerated, and the effect of quickly removing the glue is achieved. And the use of the second solvent can correspondingly reduce the use amount of the first solvent, thereby reducing the cost.
2. According to the invention, the stripping agent is added and is selected from triethanolamine or/and water, and because the triethanolamine and the like are nucleophilic solvents and contain functional groups which are the same as the glue composition, the triethanolamine and the like can interact with polar atoms such as oxygen, nitrogen and the like in a crosslinking system to remove part of physical crosslinking points in the system, so that the action of destroying macromolecular chains is achieved, the permeation and swelling of the glue layer are accelerated, the diffusion rate of the degumming agent in the organic glue layer is increased, and the swelling and wrinkle-raising capability of the degumming agent is improved.
3. The corrosion inhibitor is octadecylamine, and the octadecylamine has a good corrosion inhibition effect on ferrous metals and nonferrous metals. In order to prevent the corrosion of the base material, particularly the corrosion of the base materials such as alloy steel, alloy aluminum, copper alloy and the like, a certain amount of octadecylamine is added as a corrosion inhibitor to reduce the corrosion to objects such as metal and the like, and the method can be effectively applied to the special maintenance of the windows of the rail transit vehicles.
4. The active agent of the invention adopts sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and the like, has the activity of two groups in the active agent, also has good solubilization performance, and can remove more glue stains. The addition of the active agent can help to improve the storage stability of the degelling agent, and simultaneously, the dispersion of the first solvent and the washing with water are facilitated. And the molecular structural components of the active agent have lipophilic and hydrophilic surfactants with opposite properties, so that the solubilization effect can be achieved, and the solubility of each component in the degumming agent is remarkably increased.
5. The adhesive remover has good adhesive removing performance through the interaction and the mutual influence of all components and the optimal compounding among the components of the first solvent, the second solvent, the stripping agent, the corrosion inhibitor and the active agent.
