Abstract
本发明涉及一种局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜及用途,该封装胶膜由反射层和基体层构成。本发明制得的光伏封装胶膜,在380nm‑1200nm的区域内,反射层在具有高反射率,基体层具有高的透光率。应用于封装晶硅电池片时,反射层呈网格化图案分布在无色透明基体层的一侧,并位于两片电池片的间隙以及电池片与组件边缘的间隙。本发明光伏封装胶膜产品生产工艺简便,产品性能稳定,性价比高,为普通晶硅电池组件功率增益型封装材料的成本优化提供了基础,尤其为双面、叠瓦、半片、多主栅等新型高效晶硅电池的增益封装提供了更简便的解决方案,并为光伏组件在户外长期应用中的可靠性提供保障。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏封装材料领域,尤其涉及一种局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜。
背景技术
我国现存的新能源发电技术包括风电、光伏、生物质能等,核电也被归类于新能源,目前风电、光伏和核电的发展规模较大。对于用户而言,不同电力产品仅存在价格区分,这意味着在不考虑其他因素的条件下,成本领先战略是发电企业必然也是唯一可行的竞争战略。
所谓的“平价上网”,即指电网供电的峰平电价,工、商业用电结构分为峰尖、峰平、峰谷。就是光伏电站传输给电网时,价格与火电、水电价格持平,因此为平价上网。而,光伏自身发电成本的持续下降则是平价上网的根本动力。
从组成结构上,晶硅光伏组件一般由低铁钢化前板、前层封装胶膜、单片电池片、后层封装胶膜和光伏背板构成。其中,各种材料在不断发展进步,在保证25年可靠性的同时不断推进新的降本方案。对于位于电池片的两侧封装胶膜而言,其起着保护电池片的作用。在其降本的同时,还要求对电池片的增效具有重要的作用。传统的封装胶膜是高透光率透明材料,是为了提高太阳光到达电池片表面的利用率。因而,对于电池片正面区域,选择高透方案是提质增效的最佳解决方案。然而,对于电池片间隙、以及电池片与边框之间的空隙来讲,高透光率会造成很大的光线浪费。例如,对于60片电池的光伏组件,空隙的间距一般为2mm-4mm,则未被电池片覆盖的面积占光伏组件总面积的2%以上,即有2%以上的太阳光从空隙中透过,未达到电池片表面被电池片吸收利用。2%空隙面积对于目前高效电池来讲,若光线可以充分利用,将会有2%以上的功率提升。如CN104419333A采用添加反光剂,CN203639397U采用双层结构,CN104497899A通过正面预交联方式,把封装材料做成白色,以填补空隙间的透光性,是一种有效的解决方案。然而,高反射率的白色封装胶膜材料原料成本相对较高,且仅能用于单面晶硅电池的后层封装,应用具有很大的局限性。
尤其对于双面发电组件,因其反面电池片也具有较好的发电功能,其后层封装材料尤其是电池片区域也应该为高透光材料,白色封装胶膜则无法使用。对于双面发电组件,其空隙充分利用后其功率提升在2.5%以上,比单面电池组件具有更高的增益效果。因而,对封装胶膜材料的光学性能进行有效设计,将光伏组件中空隙的区域光线进行合理利用,将对晶硅电池组件的功率增益具有重要的作用,尤其是对于双面发电组件更为重要。然而,现有功率的技术方案,主要集中在反光贴条方面。如CN107342342A报道的一种反光贴条,是由聚合物基材与涂层复合而成这类材料使用时,需要切成条状,逐条用压敏胶于贴合在焊带表面,对贴合工艺和人工成本造成很大浪费。如CN108010977A报道了将铝箔或银箔反光层用EVA胶膜粘结于背板上,用于电池片间隙的光线反射。这类材料使用较方便,但是光线需要经后层胶膜到达背板上的反射层后再透过胶膜;光线通过了2次胶膜,受到较大损耗,对功率增益提升效果较弱。CN107845698A报道的有银、铝、锡、镍金属材料或合金制成的锯齿状反光层图案的反光焊带,消除了反光贴条的贴敷工艺,但是在电池片锯齿状将造成电池片碎片,因而对焊带制作工艺和精度有很高的要求。这种方案金属层很容易被封装胶膜EVA腐蚀,从而导致发生绝缘性风险。
因此,开发出一种新型的光伏封装胶膜,具有局部高反光性,使其在电池片区域保持高的透光率,在电池片间隙及电池片与边框间隙区域具有高的反射率,且应用工艺简便,同时在封装性能、耐热性能、绝缘性和耐老化等综合性能方面也能具有优异的长期稳定性,是晶硅电池光伏组件尤其是双面发电组件所用封装材料所亟需解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种局部高反射的光伏封装胶膜。光伏封装胶膜,作为直接与电池片接触的光伏材料,其具有弹性大、熔点较低、受高热易收缩变形、不耐化学试剂腐蚀等特点,因而对其结构设计具有很大的挑战。本发明经过基体层和反射层的形状和方案精心设计,采用无溶剂复配树脂体系及弹性双组分填料体系复配使用,规避了导致封装胶膜失效的诸多条件,经过简便的徒步和固化工艺制作出了一类的具有局部耐候高反射层的封装胶膜材料。在应用到光伏组件封装时,使电池片区域的封装胶膜仍旧可以保持高透光率,而电池片间隙、以及电池片与组件边缘间隙区域具有高的反射率。在保证太阳光照射到电池片上的光线充分利用的同时,还增加了太阳光在组件间隙位置经反射而回到电池片上的光线的有效利用。不仅对晶硅电池组件尤其是双面发电组件的功率增益具有明显的效果,还大大降低封装材料成本,对平价上网在提质增效和节源降本方面具有重要的意义,同时在封装性能、耐热性能、绝缘性能以及耐老化性能等方面也具有优异的长期可靠性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,由反射层和基体层构成,所述基体层厚度为50~500μm,由60~90wt%的主体树脂、0.5~30wt%的交联剂、0.1~10wt%的紫外助剂、0.1~3wt%的抗热氧老化剂、0~5wt%的引发剂混合后,在60℃-200℃熔融加工后流延成膜制得;所述主体树脂由乙烯与丙烯、丁烯、庚烯、辛烯、降冰片烯、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或两种单体共聚而得。
所述反射层厚度为1~100μm,由21~60wt%的单官能度乙烯类单体、1~45wt%的辅助树脂、31~70wt%的第一填料、1~20wt%的第二填料、0.1~20wt%的助剂和0~5wt%的引发剂组成,涂布在基体层表面,再经紫外光固化、热固化、电子束辐照固化、微波固化中的一种方式定型后制得。
进一步地,所述单官能度乙烯类单体由苯乙烯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基腈类、乙烯基酯类、乙烯基醚类、乙烯基酰胺类乙烯基酰亚胺类、烯键式不饱和羧酸类、烯键式不饱和羧酸酯类、烯键式不饱和羧酸羟酯类中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成;
所述辅助树脂由丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、烯烃树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚己内酯树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、硅树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。
进一步地,所述第一填料由粒径在0.1um~10um范围的钛白粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、硅酸铝钾、氧化铝、云母粉、玻璃粉、陶瓷粉、硅微粉、白刚玉粉中的一种或几种混合而成。
所述第二填料由粒径在1um~100um范围的聚酰胺微粉、聚酯微粉、聚丙烯酸酯微粉、聚甲基丙烯酸酯微粉、聚苯乙烯微粉、聚乙烯微粉、聚丙烯微粉、聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚乙烯类共聚物微粉、三聚氰胺树脂微粉中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。

进一步地,所述反射层采用挤出涂布、网纹涂布、刮刀涂布、掩膜涂布、喷涂、喷墨打印、转移印刷等方式中的一种进行涂布。
本发明还提供一种上述局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜的用途,所述光伏封装胶膜用于晶硅电池光伏组件的封装,便于提高电池片间隙、以及电池片与组件边缘的间隙的光的反反射率。
进一步地,所述晶硅电池光伏组件优选电池正反双面都可以发电的光伏组件。
进一步地,所述光伏封装胶膜可作为前层封装胶膜或后层封装胶膜;用于封装光伏组件时,将前板玻璃、前层封装胶膜、电池片、后层封装胶膜和后板透明材料依次层叠,放入层压机,在在真空度90~100KPa及140℃~165℃温度下层压5~18分钟;所述后板透明材料为玻璃或透明光伏背板。
本发明所用原料均可市购获得。
紫外光固化条件为300~2000mJ/cm2,固化时间0.3~120s;热固化条件为80~200℃,固化时间120~600s;电子束辐照固化条件为0.1~200kGray,固化时间0.1~180s;微波固化条件为500~5000W,固化时间0.5~300s。

1、反射层由溶剂复配树脂体系的涂层组成,采用弹性双组分填料体系作为反射填料,避免了封装材料受溶剂侵蚀及受高热变形以及对电池片碎片的影响。
2、反射层呈网格化图案涂布于基体层表面,采用挤出流延成膜、反射涂料涂布、固化定型相结合的生产工艺,制备出的一种新型局部高反光的封装胶膜。
3、在380nm-1200nm的区域内,该封装胶膜的基体层具有90%以上高透光率,白色反射层具有80%以上的反射率,黑色反射层具有20%以上反射率。
4、该封装胶膜可作为前层封装胶膜或后层封装胶膜使用,用于封装单面发电晶硅光伏组件和双面发电晶硅光伏组件,可以有效地将组件中空隙间的太阳光反射到前板玻璃内表面进而被二次反射回到电池片表面而吸收,与使用高透光封装材料组件相比具有2%以上的功率增益。
5、该封装胶膜制备简便,材料成本低,应用工艺方便,在封装性能、热稳定性、绝缘性能以及耐候性等方面具有优异的综合性能,不仅对电池片的具有优异的长期保护作用,还为光伏发电平价上网提供基础。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围不仅局限于实施例。反射层形状的设计可根据电池片及光伏组件的设计而定,双面发电电池、单面发电电池、叠瓦电池、半片电池等组件中均可应用。
需要说明的是,光伏封装胶膜的各项性能指标是通过以下的方法来进行测定的:
1.反射率、透光率
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》中带积分球的有分光光度计方法。
测试仪器:紫外可见光分光光度计。
测试条件:380nm~1100nm。
2.体积电阻率
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试样尺寸:100mm*100mm。
测试条件:测试电压1000V。
3.交联度
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试样尺寸:3mm*3mm。
测试条件:140℃,5h。
4.收缩率
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试样尺寸:200mm*100mm。
测试条件:120℃,3min。
5.玻璃/EVA剥离强度
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试样尺寸:300mm*10mm。
拉伸速度:100mm/min。
6.高温高湿老化性能
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试验条件:+85℃,相对湿度85%。
试验前、后对试样黄变指数(ΔYI)按国标GB/T 2409《塑料黄色指数试验方法》测定。
7.湿冻老化性能
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试验条件:-40℃~+85℃,相对湿度85±5%。
试验前、后对试样黄变指数(ΔYI)按国标GB/T 2409《塑料黄色指数试验方法》测定。
8.耐紫外老化性能
测试方法参照标准GB/T 29848《光伏组件封装用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜》。
试验条件:60±5℃。
试验前、后对试样黄变指数(ΔYI)按国标GB/T 2409《塑料黄色指数试验方法》测定。
9.最大功率
测试方法参照标准IEC61215《地面用晶体硅光伏组件—设计鉴定和定型》。
样品尺寸:P型双面电池片,60片组件。
试验条件:AM 1.5,辐照度1000W/m2,25℃,50%RH。
实施例1:
封装胶膜制造过程如下:
首先,将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(美国杜邦公司)85wt%,交联剂3-(甲基丙烯酰氯)丙基三甲基氧基硅烷(上海淳安国际贸易有限公司)7wt%和丙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯3wt%(沙多玛公司),紫外助剂2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三氮唑(济南邦德化工技术有限公司)2wt%,抗热氧老化剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(圣和化工有限公司)1.5wt%,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(成都格雷西亚化学技术有限公司)1.5wt%,混合均匀后在60-90℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得450微米厚的基体层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面掩膜涂布40微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为丙烯酸羟乙酯(沙多玛公司)25wt%,双酚A型环氧树脂(上海慧创贸易有限公司)5wt%,粒径为0.1~0.5um钛白粉R-930(日本石原公司)30wt%,粒径为70-100um聚酰胺微粉(优索科技公司)20wt%,助剂季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯15wt%(沙多玛公司)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(三井化学公司)5wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在室温下0.1kGray电子束辐照固化180s制备得到一种封装胶膜S1。
实施例2:
首先,将乙烯-辛烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)60wt%,交联剂3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(济南郎化化工有限公司)10wt%和烷氧化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(长兴化学)20wt%,紫外助剂2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(上海至鑫化工有限公司)6wt%,抗热氧老化剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(东莞市瓦里西化工有限公司)3wt%,引发剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧)-己烷(广州市乾晟贸易有限公司)1wt%,混合均匀后在80-120℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得50微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面网纹涂布100微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为醋酸乙烯酯(沙多玛公司)60wt%,脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂(日本三菱公司)1wt%,粒径为0.1~0.5um钛白粉R902(美国杜邦公司)31wt%,粒径为150-170um聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微粉(优索科技公司)7wt%,助剂丙氧化季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(沙多玛公司)0.1wt%和氢化苯二亚甲基异氰酸酯三聚体(日本三井公司)0.1wt%,引发剂偶氮二异庚腈(济南盈鑫化工有限公司)0.8wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在5000W微波固化0.5s制备得到一种封装胶膜S2。
实施例3:
首先,将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(美国杜邦化学)70wt%,交联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(上海淳安国际贸易有限公司)18wt%,紫外助剂2-[4-[2-羟基-3-十二烷氧基丙基]氧基]-2-羟基苯基]-4,6-双(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪(济南邦德化工技术有限公司)8wt%,抗热氧老化剂2-[4-[2-羟基-3-十二烷氧基丙基]氧基]-2-羟基苯基]-4,6-双(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪(圣和化工有限公司)2.5wt%,引发剂邻,邻-叔戊基-邻-(2-乙基己基)-单-过氧化碳酸酯(成都格雷西亚化学技术有限公司)1.5wt%,混合均匀后在80-120℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得200微米厚的封装层。

首先,将乙烯-丙烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)82wt%,交联剂乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅(南京罗恩硅材料有限公司)0.5wt%,紫外助剂双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)-癸二酸酯/单(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯复配物(济南郎化化工有限公司)10wt%,抗热氧老化剂β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯(杭州储源化工有限公司)2.5wt%,引发剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(苯甲酰过氧)-己烷(德国巴斯夫公司)5wt%,混合均匀后在150-200℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得500微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面采用转移印刷方式涂布1微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(沙多玛公司)21wt%,聚酯丙烯酸树脂(吉田化工有限公司)8wt%,粒径为0.1~0.5um钛白粉R-930(日本石原公司)30wt%和云母粉(福斯曼科技公司)40wt%,粒径为60-80um三聚氰胺树脂微粉(福斯曼科技公司)0.1wt%,助剂二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯0.06wt%(沙多玛公司)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯预聚物(三井化学公司)0.04wt%,引发剂1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮(德国巴斯夫公司)0.8wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在2000mJ/cm2紫外固化0.3s制备得到一种封装胶膜S2。
实施例5:
首先,将乙烯-降冰片烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)90wt%,交联剂3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(杭州之江有机硅化工有限公司)6wt%,紫外助剂聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯(台湾永光化学公司)2.5wt%,抗热氧老化剂三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯(德国巴斯夫公司)1wt%,引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)0.5wt%,混合均匀后在120-160℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得450微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面刮刀涂80微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为甲基丙烯酸甲酯(沙多玛公司)22wt%,聚己内酯树脂(华凯树脂有限公司)3wt%,粒径为0.1~0.5um硫酸钡R-930(常州丰硕化工有限公司)35wt%、硅酸铝钾(德旺化工有限公司)15wt%,粒径为40-60um聚甲基丙烯酸酯微粉(南京嘉中化工科技有限公司)15wt%,助剂二丙烯酸新戊二醇酯5wt%(沙多玛公司)和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(江苏三木集团有限公司)4wt%,引发剂2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-1-丙酮(德国巴斯夫公司)1wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在100kGray电子束辐照固化0.3s制备得到一种封装胶膜S5。
实施例6:
首先,将乙烯-丙烯-辛烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)87wt%,交联剂季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(长兴化学)12.8wt%,紫外助剂2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三氮唑(济南邦德化工技术有限公司)0.1wt%,抗热氧老化剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(东莞市瓦里西化工有限公司)0.1wt%,混合均匀后在100-130℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得300微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面喷墨打印20微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为丙烯酸四氢呋喃(沙多玛公司)23wt%,聚氨酯树脂(华凯树脂有限公司)5wt%,粒径为0.4~0.8um碳酸钙(常州丰硕化工有限公司)47wt%,粒径为1-30um聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯微粉(上海百茵化工有限公司)5wt%,助剂二丙烯酸二乙二醇酯酯15wt%(沙多玛公司)、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(德国巴斯夫公司)3wt%和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯预聚物(德国拜耳公司)1.8wt%,引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)0.2wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在500W微波固化300s制备得到一种封装胶膜S6。

首先,将乙烯-庚烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)65wt%,交联剂二丙烯酸二乙二醇酯酯20wt%(沙多玛公司)和3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(杭州之江有机硅化工有限公司)5wt%,紫外助剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(台湾永光化学公司)7wt%,抗热氧老化剂双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二磷酸酯(德国巴斯夫公司)2.5wt%,引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)0.5wt%,混合均匀后在120-160℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得250微米厚的封装层。

实施例8:
首先,将乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)75wt%,交联剂丙氧化季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯15wt%(沙多玛公司),紫外助剂2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三氮唑(台湾永光化学公司)6wt%,抗热氧老化剂叔丁基过氧化碳酸异丙酯(德国巴斯夫公司)3wt%,引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)1wt%,混合均匀后在120-160℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得300微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面挤出涂布70微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为十二烷基丙烯酸酯(沙多玛公司)21wt%,萜烯树脂(华凯树脂有限公司)40wt%,粒径为0.3~0.5um碳酸钙(常州丰硕化工有限公司)31wt%,粒径为40-60um聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯微粉(上海百茵化工有限公司)3wt%,助剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体4wt%(沙多玛公司),引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)1wt%。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在150kGray电子束辐照固化1s制备得到一种封装胶膜S8。
实施例9:
首先,将乙烯-辛烯-降冰片烯共聚物(美国陶氏化学)72wt%,交联剂二丙烯酸二乙二醇酯酯20wt%(沙多玛公司),紫外助剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(台湾永光化学公司)7wt%,抗热氧老化剂双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二磷酸酯(德国巴斯夫公司)0.5wt%,引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(德国巴斯夫公司)0.5wt%,混合均匀后在120-160℃挤出后,经流延成膜,制得150微米厚的封装层。
然后,在预先设计好网格图案形状的涂布线上,于封装层的表面喷墨打印90微米厚的反射层。反射层涂料配料为丙烯酸四氢呋喃(沙多玛公司)30wt%,聚二甲基硅氧烷树脂(道康宁公司)25wt%,粒径为10~0.5um钛白粉R706(美国杜邦公司)35wt%,粒径为100-120um聚四氟乙烯微粉(上海百茵化工有限公司)9.9wt%,助剂异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯预聚物0.1wt%(三井化学公司)。将原料混合均匀,涂布在封装层表面,在200kGray电子束辐照固化0.1s制备得到一种封装胶膜S9。
对实施例1~9制得的一种光伏封装胶膜材料进行性能检测,结果如表1所示。其中,用于封装60片的P型双面发电组件,材料自上而下层叠顺序低铁钢化玻璃、前层高透封装胶膜F406S、电池片、本发明封装胶膜、浮法半钢化玻璃,真空层压机条件为:-100KPa&150℃&15分钟。。功率数据为正面功率测试数据,其中后层封装胶膜使用高透封装胶膜F406S时,正面功率为305.5W,背面功率210W.

由表中数据可知,本发明局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,在电池片区域具有高透光性,在空隙区具有高反射性能,为双面电池光伏组件的功率增益具有显著的提升。另外,在封装性能、耐热性能、粘结性能、绝缘性能、耐候性方面也具有很好的可靠性,可完全满足双面电池封装胶膜材料的要求。本发明封装胶膜,材料成本低,制备工艺简便,应用操作方便,性能稳定,不仅可以大大提升晶硅光伏组件发电效率,而且为光伏发电平价上网在组件方面提质增效和节源降本提供了重要技术支撑。
Claims (9)
1.一种局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,由反射层和基体层构成,其特征在于,
所述基体层厚度约为50~500μm,由60~90wt%的主体树脂、0.5~30wt%的交联剂、0.1~10wt%的紫外助剂、0.1~3wt%的抗热氧老化剂、0~5wt%的引发剂等混合后,在60℃-200℃熔融加工后流延成膜制得;所述主体树脂由乙烯与丙烯、丁烯、庚烯、辛烯、降冰片烯、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或两种单体共聚而得。
所述反射层厚度约为1~100μm,由21~60wt%的单官能度乙烯类单体、1~45wt%的辅助树脂、31~70wt%的第一填料、1~20wt%的第二填料、0.1~20wt%的助剂和0~5wt%的引发剂等组成,涂布在基体层表面,再经紫外光固化、热固化、电子束辐照固化、微波固化中的一种方式定型后制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述单官能度乙烯类单体由苯乙烯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基腈类、乙烯基酯类、乙烯基醚类、乙烯基酰胺类乙烯基酰亚胺类、烯键式不饱和羧酸类、烯键式不饱和羧酸酯类、烯键式不饱和羧酸羟酯类中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。
所述辅助树脂由丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、烯烃树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚己内酯树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、硅树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述第一填料由粒径在0.1um~10um范围的钛白粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、硅酸铝钾、氧化铝、云母粉、玻璃粉、陶瓷粉、硅微粉、白刚玉粉中的一种或几种混合而成。
所述第二填料由粒径在1um~100um范围的聚酰胺微粉、聚酯微粉、聚丙烯酸酯微粉、聚甲基丙烯酸酯微粉、聚苯乙烯微粉、聚乙烯微粉、聚丙烯微粉、聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚乙烯类共聚物微粉、三聚氰胺树脂微粉中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述助剂由多官能度丙烯酸酯单体、多官能度甲基丙烯酸酯单体、异氰酸酯三聚物、异氰酸酯预聚物中的一种或多种按任意配比混合组成。

所述紫外助剂为由2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2,2,4-三羟基二苯甲酮、2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三氮唑、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三氮唑、3-[3-(2-H-苯并三唑-2-基)-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基]-丙酸-聚乙二醇酯、2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(4,6-双(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-辛氧基酚、2-[4-[2-羟基-3-十三烷氧基丙基]氧基]-2-羟基苯基]-4,6-双(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2-[4-[2-羟基-3-十二烷氧基丙基]氧基]-2-羟基苯基]-4,6-双(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)-癸二酸酯/单(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯复配物、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、聚{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-[(2,2,6,6,-四甲基-哌啶基)亚氨、双(1-辛氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶硬脂酸酯、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯中的一种或多种按任意配比组成的混合物。
所述抗热氧老化剂为由2,2’-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、β-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯甲基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮、2,2’-亚甲基-双-(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二硬脂基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、三(壬基苯基)亚磷酸酯、四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯、三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯甲基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二磷酸酯、3,9-双十八烷氧基-2,4,8,10-四氧-3,9-二磷螺环[5.5]十一烷、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、4,4'-对开异丙基二苯基C12-15-醇亚磷酸酯中的一种或多种按任意配比组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述反射层涂布于基体层的一侧,涂布位置在两片电池片的间隙、以及电池片与组件边缘的间隙,呈网格化图案分布在基体层表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述反射层采用挤出涂布、网纹涂布、刮刀涂布、掩膜涂布、喷涂、喷墨打印、转移印刷等方式中的一种进行涂布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种局部高反光的光伏封装胶膜的用途,其特征在于,所述光伏封装胶膜用于晶硅电池光伏组件的封装,便于提高电池片间隙、以及电池片与组件边缘的间隙的光的反反射率。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于,所述晶硅电池光伏组件优选电池正反双面都可以发电的光伏组件。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述光伏封装胶膜可作为前层封装胶膜或后层封装胶膜;用于封装光伏组件时,将前板玻璃、前层封装胶膜、电池片、后层封装胶膜和后板透明材料依次层叠,放入层压机,在在真空度90~100KPa及140℃~165℃温度下层压约5~18分钟;所述后板透明材料为玻璃或透明光伏背板。
