Abstract
The invention discloses a ship ballast water treatment system and a treatment method based on a barge or a wharf, wherein the ship ballast water treatment system comprises a seawater tank and a ballast tank which are arranged on a ship; a pressurizing loading pipeline and a pressure discharging loading pipeline are arranged between the seawater tank and the ballast tank; at least one set of processing device is arranged in the pressurizing and loading pipeline, and the processing device is connected into the pressurizing and loading pipeline through a first hose and a second hose; the processing device is fixed on a wharf or a barge. The ship ballast water treatment system based on the barge or the wharf does not need to be provided with a ballast water treatment device on the ship, and the treatment of the ballast water on the ship utilizes the treatment device arranged on the wharf or the barge, so that the manufacturing cost of the ship is reduced, the weight of the ship is lightened, the utilization rate of the treatment device is improved, and the pollution to the environment during the period that the ship treatment device works to supply electric energy to a generator is reduced.

Background
The existing ships carrying ballast water need to be provided with one or more sets of ballast water treatment devices on the ships to realize the treatment of the ship ballast water. The treatment device is arranged on the ship, thereby occupying valuable space on the ship, simultaneously increasing the weight of the ship and reducing the loading capacity of the ship. (2) when the ship needs to discharge ballast and does not pass through the treatment device, closing the first valve, the fourth valve, the sixth valve, the seventh valve and the third valve, and then opening the ballast pump, the eighth valve, the fifth valve and the ninth valve to discharge ballast water in the ballast tank out of the ship; when the ship needs to discharge ballast and passes through the treatment device, the first valve, the fifth valve and the seventh valve are closed, the second valve, the fourth valve, the sixth valve and the ninth valve are opened, and the ballast pump, the eighth valve and the treatment device are opened, so that ballast water in the ballast tank is discharged out of the ship.
The invention has the advantages that:

As shown in fig. 1, a ship ballast water treatment system based on a barge or a wharf according to the present invention includes a sea water tank 1 and a ballast tank 2 provided on a ship; a pressurizing loading pipeline and a pressure discharging loading pipeline are arranged between the seawater tank 1 and the ballast tank 2; at least one set of processing device 3 is arranged in the pressurizing and loading pipeline, and the processing device 3 is connected into the pressurizing and loading pipeline through a first hose 4 and a second hose 5; the handling unit 3 is fixed to a quay or barge.
The invention is further provided with: the pressurizing loading pipeline comprises a first valve 6 connected to the water outlet end of the sea water tank 1 through a pipeline, the other end of the first valve 6 is connected with a ballast pump 7 through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the ballast pump 7 is connected with a second valve 8 through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the second valve 8 is connected with a second valve 9 through a pipeline, and a first blind flange 10 is fixed at the water outlet end of the second valve 9; an opening of the ballast tank 2 is connected with a valve III 11 through a pipeline, the other end of the valve III 11 is connected with a valve VII 12 through a pipeline, a water inlet end of the valve VII 12 is connected with a valve VI 13 through a pipeline, and a second blind flange 14 is fixed at a water inlet end of the valve VI 13; a third blind flange 15 and a fourth blind flange 16 are respectively fixed at the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the treatment device 3, the first blind flange 10 is connected with the third blind flange through a first hose 4, and the second blind flange 14 is connected with the fourth blind flange 16 through a second hose 5. By adopting the technical scheme, in the process of pressurizing and loading the ship, the processing device arranged on the wharf or the barge is connected with the ballast piping on the ship through the hose. One or more sets of processing devices adopting different processing methods are arranged on the wharf or the barge so as to meet the requirements of ballast water injection rates of different ships, and the ships with high water injection rates can be connected with the processing devices; opening a valve I, a valve III, a valve IV, a valve VI, a valve VII and a valve VIII; and closing the second valve, the fifth valve and the ninth valve, and enabling ballast water to enter the ballast tank from the seawater tank, the ballast pump and the treatment device in sequence.
The invention is further provided with: the pressure relief loading pipeline comprises a ballast pump 7, a valve eight 8, a valve three 11 and a ballast tank 2 which are positioned in the pressure relief loading pipeline, the water inlet end of the ballast pump 7 is also connected with a valve two 17 through a pipeline, and the water inlet end of the valve two 17 is connected with the water inlet end of the valve three 11 through a pipeline; the water outlet end of the valve eight 8 is connected with a valve five 18 through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the valve five 18 is connected with a valve nine 19 through a pipeline, and the water outlet end of the valve nine 19 extends to the outboard of the ship. By adopting the technical scheme, in the process of pressure load discharging, the processing device arranged on the wharf or the barge is connected with the ballast piping on the ship through the hose. One or more sets of treatment devices adopting different treatment methods are arranged on the wharf or the barge so as to adapt to the requirements of ballast water discharge rates of different ships and adapt to different ballast water qualities. Multiple sets of treatment devices can be accessed for ships with high discharge rates. For the treatment device which does not need to treat the ballast water in the discharge process, the valve II, the valve III, the valve V, the valve nine and the valve eight are opened; and the first valve, the fourth valve, the sixth valve and the seventh valve are closed, and the ballast water in the ballast tank is discharged to the outside of the ship board through the ballast pump. In the process of pressure load discharge, as for a treatment device needing treatment of ballast water in the discharge process, a valve II, a valve III, a valve IV, a valve VI, a valve IX and a valve VIII are opened; and closing the first valve, the fifth valve and the seventh valve. The ballast water in the ballast tank is discharged to the outside through the ballast pump.
The invention is further provided with: the valve eight 8 is a check valve, and the valve I6, the valve II 17, the valve III 11, the valve IV 9, the valve V18, the valve VI 13, the valve VII 12 and the valve IX 19 are stop valves.
The invention is further provided with: the treatment device 3 is used for filtering impurities and marine organisms in seawater. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, processing apparatus is used for handling the ballast water of boats and ships, kills the biology in the ballast water, and the ballast water that prevents to carry when boats and ships are sailed takes the biology in the sea water from a pier to another pier, prevents to arouse the migration of marine life. The treatment device is the prior art and equipment, ballast water treatment devices with various treatment modes are available on the market, the treatment method adopted by each treatment device is different, the filtration is only one treatment process in the treatment device, and other treatment methods such as seawater electrolysis, ultraviolet killing and the like are matched to form a set of complete seawater treatment process.

(1) when the ship needs to be ballasted, the processing device on the wharf or barge is respectively connected with the valve IV 9 and the valve VI 13 through the first hose 4 and the second hose 5, the valve I6, the valve IV 9, the valve VI 13, the valve VII 12 and the valve III 11 are opened, the ballast pump 7, the processing device 3 and the valve VIII 8 are opened, and the rest valves are kept in a closed state, so that the seawater in the seawater tank 1 enters the ballast tank 2, the hull of the unloaded ship is enabled to draft, and the unloaded ship cannot turn over;
(2) when the ship needs to be ballasted and does not pass through the treatment device, closing the first valve 6, the fourth valve 9, the sixth valve 13, the seventh valve 12 and the third valve 11, and opening the ballast pump 7, the eighth valve 8, the fifth valve 18 and the ninth valve 19 to discharge the ballast water in the ballast tank out of the ship; when the ship needs to be ballasted and passes through the treatment device, the first valve 6, the fifth valve 18 and the seventh valve 12 are closed, the second valve 17, the fourth valve 9, the sixth valve 13 and the ninth valve 19 are opened, and the ballast pump 7, the eighth valve 8 and the treatment device 3 are opened, so that the ballast water in the ballast tank is discharged out of the ship.

A barge or quay based ship ballast water treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the pressurizing loading pipeline comprises a first valve (6) connected to the water outlet end of the sea water tank (1) through a pipeline, the other end of the first valve (6) is connected with a ballast pump (7) through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the ballast pump (7) is connected with a second valve (8) through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the second valve (8) is connected with a second valve (9) through a pipeline, and a first blind flange (10) is fixed at the water outlet end of the second valve (9); an opening of the ballast tank (2) is connected with a valve III (11) through a pipeline, the other end of the valve III (11) is connected with a valve VII (12) through a pipeline, a water inlet end of the valve VII (12) is connected with a valve VI (13) through a pipeline, and a second blind flange (14) is fixed at the water inlet end of the valve VI (13); the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the treatment device (3) are respectively fixed with a third blind flange (15) and a fourth blind flange (16), the first blind flange (10) is connected with the third blind flange through a first hose (4), and the second blind flange (14) is connected with the fourth blind flange (16) through a second hose (5).

A barge or quay based ship ballast water treatment system according to claim 2, wherein: the pressure relief loading pipeline comprises a ballast pump (7), a valve eight (8), a valve three (11) and a ballast tank (2) which are positioned in the pressure relief loading pipeline, the water inlet end of the ballast pump (7) is also connected with a valve two (17) through a pipeline, and the water inlet end of the valve two (17) is connected with the water inlet end of the valve three (11) through a pipeline; the water outlet end of the valve eight (8) is connected with a valve five (18) through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the valve five (18) is connected with a valve nine (19) through a pipeline, and the water outlet end of the valve nine (19) extends to the outboard of the ship; and a pipeline between the valve five (18) and the valve nine (19) is communicated with a pipeline between the valve six (13) and the valve seven (12).

A barge or quay based ship ballast water treatment system according to claim 3, wherein: the valve eight (8) is a check valve, and the valve I (6), the valve II (17), the valve III (11), the valve IV (9), the valve V (18), the valve VI (13), the valve VII (12) and the valve IX (19) are stop valves.

(1) when the ship needs to be ballasted, the processing device on the wharf or barge is respectively connected with the valve four (9) and the valve six (13) through the first hose (4) and the second hose (5), then the valve one (6), the valve four (9), the valve six (13), the valve seven (12) and the valve three (11) are opened, then the ballast pump (7), the processing device (3) and the valve eight (8) are opened, and the rest valves are kept in a closed state, so that ballast water in the seawater tank (1) enters the ballast tank (2), the hull of the unloaded ship is enabled to draft, and the unloaded ship cannot turn over;
