The large-scale water movable multifunctional sewage treatment device is characterized by comprising a main hull, wherein a plurality of cabins are divided into the main hull through bulkheads, and each cabin comprises a cabin, a plurality of sewage storage cabins capable of storing sewage in a large capacity and a sewage process cabin; a main deck of the main hull is provided with a lightering distribution station and a plurality of sewage treatment process devices which are arranged in parallel, the lightering distribution station is connected with the sewage treatment process devices through a deck pipe system, and the lightering distribution station is connected with the sewage storage cabin and the sewage treatment process cabin through pipelines in the cabin; a bow building and a process centralized control room are arranged on the main deck and positioned at the bow position, and the process centralized control room is connected with the lightering distribution station and the sewage treatment process device; wherein,,
the main deck is provided with towing devices and mooring systems at the positions of the bow and the stern;
a ballast water system is arranged in the main hull;
a filtering device is arranged in the sewage storage cabin;
the lightering distribution station consists of a plurality of groups of valve stations which are arranged in parallel, wherein each group of valve stations comprises a main pipe and a plurality of inlet/outlet process device branch pipes which are arranged on the main pipe; the inlet/outlet process device branch pipes of each group of valve stations are connected with each sewage treatment process device through a deck piping system; one end of the main pipe of each group of valve stations is connected with a big cabin inlet/outlet pipe, the big cabin inlet/outlet pipe is connected with a plurality of sewage storage cabins and the sewage process cabins through pipelines in the cabins, the other end of the main pipe of one group of valve stations is a hull inlet/outlet port of a lightering distribution station, the hull inlet/outlet port is connected with a hull inlet/outlet pipe, and a water outlet monitoring device is arranged on the hull inlet/outlet port;
a pump station connected with the sewage treatment process device, power generation equipment for supplying power to the sewage treatment process and compressed air equipment are arranged in the engine room;
the process centralized control room comprises a control system which is connected with each sewage treatment process device and the discharged water monitoring equipment on the inlet/outlet of the lightering and distributing station.

The large-scale water mobile multifunctional sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the sewage storage cabin and the sewage process cabin are closed cabins, a ventilation system is arranged on the main deck and positioned at a stern, and an exhaust port on each of the sewage storage cabin and the sewage process cabin is connected to the ventilation system through a ventilation pipe, and the ventilation system comprises an air ventilation port and a gas treatment, filtration and purification device.
3. The large-scale water-based mobile multi-functional sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the ballast water system comprises a ballast tank.
4. A mobile, multi-purpose sewage treatment plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein valves are provided on said main pipe and said inlet/outlet process plant branch pipes of each set of said valve stations.
5. The large-scale water-borne mobile multifunctional sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the sewage treatment process device is an industrial wastewater device, a domestic sewage treatment device and an oily sewage treatment device respectively; the sewage treatment process devices are arranged on the deck of the ship body, the sewage treatment process devices connected in parallel can respectively finish different sewage treatment processes, and the specified sewage and the corresponding sewage treatment process devices can be connected into a bypass system by using the lightering distribution station.
6. A sewage treatment method based on a large-scale water-borne mobile multifunctional sewage treatment device according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) Manufacturing and assembling a large-scale water-borne mobile multi-functional sewage treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
(2) When sewage treatment is needed in a certain area, the main hull is towed to the area through a towing device and a mooring system, and is moored at a wharf in the area through the mooring system;
(3) The inlet/outlet of the hull in the lightering distribution station is connected with the inlet pipe of the hull, and the sewage receiving operation is started;
(4) Foreign sewage enters the lightering distribution station through a water inlet pipe of the ship body, enters a sewage storage cabin through a large cabin inlet/outlet pipe and an in-cabin pipeline for storage, and is filtered and deposited in the sewage storage cabin;
(5) The sewage in the sewage storage cabin enters a lightering and distributing station through pipelines in the cabin, and is conveyed to a sewage treatment process device corresponding to the sewage type through a main pipe of an internal valve station of the lightering and distributing station, a branch pipe of an inlet/outlet process device and a deck pipe system to be treated, so that the first-stage treatment of the sewage is completed;
(6) After sedimentation and storage of sewage in a sewage storage cabin and first-stage treatment of a sewage treatment process device, the sewage enters a main pipe of an internal valve station of a lightering distribution station, enters a large cabin inlet/outlet pipe, and enters a sewage process cabin through a distribution valve;
(7) The sewage in the sewage process cabin enters the sewage process cabin through the lightering distribution station to carry out next-stage treatment according to the step (5), and the treated sewage returns to the sewage process cabin of the next stage through the lightering distribution station according to the step (6);
(8) Repeating the step (6) until the water treatment qualification reaches the national emission standard;
(9) After the water treatment is qualified and reaches the national discharge standard, the water is directly discharged to the surrounding water area or is conveyed to the shore through a transfer distribution station.
