The invention provides a screen printing plate for printing a solar cell piece and a protection process thereof, which have better wear resistance, can effectively prolong the service life and ensure the conversion efficiency of the solar cell piece; it includes the screen frame, be equipped with the screen cloth on the screen frame, be equipped with vertically and horizontally staggered's grid line in order to form pattern printing region on the screen cloth the frame outer fringe in pattern printing region on the screen cloth and all coat and have the abrasionproof layer on the knife face of scraping of screen cloth, just on the scraper face the abrasionproof layer coat in scrape the interval region of grid line on the knife face.

Technical Field

Background
With the wide application of solar cell technology, the printing quality of solar crystalline silicon cell sheets becomes a key for ensuring the conversion efficiency of solar cells, but because of the existing SE process, the screen used for printing the traditional solar crystalline silicon cell can not meet the market demand, the SE process is to etch grooves on a silicon wafer by laser firstly, and the residual dust on the silicon wafer is difficult to remove completely, so in the printing process of the silicon wafer, the dust can not only cause the abrasion of the contact part of the silicon chip and the printing surface of the screen printing plate, but also cause small sand holes and slurry leakage in the pattern printing area on the screen printing plate, directly affect the scraper surface of the screen printing plate (namely the reverse side of the screen printing plate), lead the photosensitive resist on the screen printing plate to be grinded and fallen off, therefore, printing virtual printing, grid breaking and the like are caused, the service life of the screen printing plate is shortened, and the conversion efficiency of the solar crystalline silicon cell is directly influenced.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the screen printing plate for printing the solar cell piece and the protection process thereof, which have better wear resistance, can effectively prolong the service life and ensure the conversion efficiency of the solar cell piece.
The technical scheme is as follows: it includes the screen frame, be equipped with the screen cloth on the screen frame, be equipped with vertically and horizontally staggered's grid line on the screen cloth in order to form pattern printing region, its characterized in that: the mesh cloth on the outer edge of the frame of the pattern printing area and the scraper surface of the mesh cloth are coated with anti-abrasion layers, and the anti-abrasion layers on the scraper surface are coated in the interval area of the grid lines on the scraper surface.

s3, after the ultraviolet irradiation is finished, taking away the film, washing the scraper face with water, and then in the step 2, the anti-abrasion layer covered by the grid lines on the film on the scraper face is washed away by the water, so that the anti-abrasion layer is formed in the interval area of the grid lines on the scraper face.
It is further characterized in that:
the drying time after the coating is finished is 10-15 minutes;
in the step 2, the time for ultraviolet irradiation is 200 to 400 seconds.
The invention has the advantages that the anti-abrasion layer is coated on the outer edge of the frame of the pattern printing area of the screen printing plate and in the interval area of the grid line on the scraper surface of the screen printing plate, so that the condition that the printing surface and the scraper surface of the screen printing plate are abraded due to dust on a silicon wafer is avoided in the printing process, the abrasion resistance of the screen printing plate is enhanced, the service life of the screen printing plate is effectively prolonged, and the conversion efficiency of the solar crystalline silicon cell plate is ensured.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the screen printing plate for printing the solar cell piece of the invention comprises a screen frame 1, a screen cloth 2 is arranged on the screen frame 1, grid lines 3 which are criss-cross are arranged on the screen cloth 2 to form a pattern printing area, an anti-abrasion layer 4 with the thickness of 3 to 7 microns is coated on the screen cloth 2 at the outer edge of the frame of the pattern printing area and on the scraping surface (namely the reverse side of the screen printing plate) of the screen cloth 2, the anti-abrasion layer 4 is an emulsion layer with abrasion resistance, the anti-abrasion layer 4 on the scraping surface is coated in the interval area of the grid lines on the scraping surface, and the anti-abrasion layer 4 is coated in the interval area of the grid lines on the scraping surface of the screen printing plate, so that the abrasion of the screen printing plate can be further reduced, and the problem of; the spacing distance between the grid lines 3 on the scraper face is 1.47 mm.
The protection process of the screen printing plate for printing the solar cell slice comprises the steps of paving a screen cloth 2 on a screen frame 1 to form the screen printing plate, coating photosensitive glue on the printing surface of the screen printing plate, wherein the coating temperature is 30-40 ℃, and drying is carried out after the coating is finished, and the drying time is 10-15 minutes;
it also includes the following steps:
s1, coating an anti-abrasion layer 4 with the thickness of 3-7 microns on the printing surface of the outer edge of the frame of the pattern printing area of the screen printing plate, and drying and curing for 10-15 minutes after coating;
s2, coating an anti-abrasion layer 4 with the thickness of 3-7 microns on the scraper surface of the screen printing plate, coating a film on the scraper surface after coating, aligning grid lines on the film with grid lines on the scraper surface, wherein the line width of the grid lines on the film is not less than that of the grid lines on the scraper surface, and then carrying out ultraviolet exposure irradiation for 200-400S, so that the part, which is not covered by the grid lines on the film, on the scraper surface is cured through ultraviolet irradiation;
and S3, after the ultraviolet irradiation is finished, taking away the film, and washing the scraper blade surface with water, wherein the wear-resistant layer covered by the grid lines on the film (namely the part which is not irradiated by the ultraviolet rays) on the scraper blade surface in the step 2 is washed away by the water, so that the wear-resistant layer is formed in the interval areas of the grid lines on the scraper blade surface.
In conclusion, the anti-abrasion layer is coated on the outer edge of the frame of the pattern printing area of the screen printing surface and the interval area of the grid line on the scraper surface, so that the anti-abrasion performance of the screen can be effectively enhanced, and the service life of the screen is prolonged.

1.
